• Layers in Illustrator CC2015

  Hello!

  I have a question that I can't, for the life of me, find the answer to!  I hope someone here can help you.

  With the help of Illustrator CC2015 to perform a work of master in layers... the layers capture all forms of each layer instead of each form on its own layer.  The layers are then producing many sublayers.

  I usually use CS6, so if this is something new in the CC2015, can someone please help?

  I would like to download the file, but don't see any widget to do.

  Judging by your screenshot it is assumed that you did drag (hand) layer 2 layer 1, so it became a sublayer of layer 1.

  This is normal behavior because the subshells have been introduced in Illustrator 9.

  If you just want to go square pink rounded on 1 layer without making a new sublayer, you would either increase first layer 2, select its contents (subject) and drag it on layer 1. Or do you simply drag the selection box on the right of the target on layer 1 circle.

  I have Illustrator CC2015 now and I see a sharpness, unsharpen, or blur tool.  The help page, there should be an icon in the left column tools area.  Can you tell how to find it or why it might be left out?

  Sharpen or blur has never been in Illustrator.

  Maybe you want to use Photoshop?

  Window > workspace > reset Essentials (or any workspace you are using).

  If it does not, trash your preferences. Press and hold the keys Alt + Ctrl + Shift (Windows) or Option + command + shift (Mac OS) as you start Illustrator. Your current settings are deleted. New preferences files are created the next time you start Illustrator.

• Illustrator CC2015 opens in view full screen

  Not sure if anyone else knows this, but everytime I open Adobe Illustrator CC2015, the application opens and takes up the entire screen. Y at - it a way to stop this. I always have to resize to a smaller size.

  The update to Illustrator CC 2015.3 version (20.0.0) seems to have solved this problem for me. At launch, the screen workspace 'Start' and/or new window document (if 'Start' is turned off) by default up to the left of the screen rather than centre (like the other apps CC) but full screen is only an option and either the default value in the open position. Screenshots attached for reference. Also, custom window size remains persistent at the next startup.

• Arabic text does not properly in Illustrator CC2015

  I received an Arabic text to fall into a work of art, but no punctuation (modeled, semicolons, etc.) always appear right rather than to the left as supplied, I tried to implement everything.

  • "Show me the Options of C.i." enabled in the preferences
  • Activated Adobe Arabic fonts
  • Arabic keyboard enabled
  • Composer of the selected line of Middle East & South Asia
  • Align right
  • Mac and restarted Illustrator

  I use Illustrator CC2015 (v19.2), I looked at other threads on the forum, but many of them are of old nets.

  Any help would be appreciated! Thank you

  Arab in AI CC 2015 would be a way to use as below

  1. 'Show the Indo-Aryan Options' in the preferences
  2. You can select Adobe line composer as it works with the suite of measures
  3. Click on "Window" tab-> click on Type ->, click Character Styles
  4. In the pop-up window, select the menu drop-down and click Options from character Style
  5. In the following pop-up window click Middle East Character Formats -> click on the drop down menu to the Direction of character and choose from right to left
  • It should work edit documents in Arabic and you can choose any compatible with Arabic font (Adobe has also some predefined fonts)
  • The only catch here is that when you want to type English words between Arabic, you will need to tap back i.e. lets say you want to type the English word SUPER between the Arabic words, you will need to type it as FULL using English keyboard.

  This has worked well for me and seems to be the easiest.

  I have a flash extension ZXP; When loading, Illustrator CC2015.2 (El Capitan) appears to be blocked forever and never my screens.

  Strangely, endearing XCODE Illustrator 2015.2 unlocks the Panel!

  Any idea?

  PS: I have no problem with my Panel on CC2015.1 on Yosemite 10.10.5 extension

  Was solved by moving the OS El Capitan of 10.11 in 10.11.2 (Dec 8).

• Problem with editing colors in Illustrator CC2015

  I'm having a problem when I try to use the function "change colors" in Adobe Illustrator CC2015.  I selects a section/items to be recolored, select "Edit colors > Recolor art" in the "Edit" menu

  When the 'Redefine' window, Illustrator automatically recolors the selected items without my choose what colors I want to change, or what color I would what they changed. It seems that illustrator applies the swatch/colors of something I last selected.

  This makes it impossible to change the colors. I have never had this problem with Illustrator before, looks like when everything started when I upgraded to CC2015.

  I hope that the screenshots below will help you to show my problem.

  If anyone has AN idea of what's going on, please help - I tried to understand what is wrong for weeks.

  This is a bug and it is being investigated. As for now, you can click the eyedropper icon in the Recolorier Art dialog box to reset the graph.

  I am running OSX Yosemite 10.10.4 - Adobe Illustrator CC2015. I have been using a Wacom Intuos 4 without any problems. I just bought a Wacom Cintiq 13HD Touch. Now, my cursor disappears when I move the cursor over the toolbar when you draw in Illustrator. If I switch back to my Intros I see very well. I'm using the latest drivers for the Cintiq. Someone has an idea of what's going on?

• Can I disable the zoom brush in Illustrator CC 2014 (on Mac)? This will be possible in CC2015?

  This feature (not literally) killing me. I often use the direct Selection tool to select individual points and the thumb then down option when I want to select the groups (or sub-groups). I think it's a faster way to work this switching between 'A' and 'V' keys all the time. Problems with zoom chinless is that whenever I hold Option and my finger get to brush the top of the magic mouse (or wheel) my page going nuts with zoom. Even more frustrating is that there seems to be no way to disable this feature. I understand that people have different ways of working, but I am yet to meet a person who likes this feature or it's something that they're relying on. At least Adobe should let the user turn it off. Any thoughts?

  You can disable it in preferences > performance GPU, uncheck the activate Zoom animation.

  seyit CC2015 gibt in Illustrator auch den neuen Zoom, already langerem aus Photoshop known ist seit der animiertem, was ich sehr gut finde. Die Zoom-Art, dann works der neue animierte Zoom keep nicht mehr und ich muss wieder "Zoombereiche Park" leider andert Illustrator permanent oder by klick stufenweise reinzoomen, das nervt mich unheimlich. Mark ich versehentlich shortened gegenwartige und deaktivier damit den neuen oder ist das einfach wieder ein Bug in Illustrator Zoom?

  The shortcut Cmd + E disables GPU preview and animated zoom. Could it be the problem?

  It's in the preferences-> GPU performance, you have to uncheck 'enable animation Zoom '.

  I'm animation images I created in Illustrator CS4 using After Effects CS4 and am having a problem with images being blurred when Illustrator I medium zoom by using a camera layer in After Effects. I tried to hit the switch ' continuously Rasterize "within EI. But when I do this, the layer of the camera does not work just because I can't zoom in or out. For some context I'm trying to create a shot when I zoom to an extreme CU on a person's face, an extreme wide shot of the room in the person.

  First thing to do is to determine if your 'pictures' are raster or vector. How they were created? When they photos that have been imported into illustrator? Did you shoot by using one of the tools of illustrators such as the pen tool, or one of the shape tools? If you did the first case, intensification will cause as if you have any questions. With the latter, you can pass up all you want continuous rasterization will take care of this.

  If it's the latter, it may have to do with the way the image is in AE. You said that you move the camera, but what is the placed image on? You have activated 3d so that the z-axis is available for your objects and the camera?

  If this is the first, set the resolution of the photo itself so that is zoomed in on the area is 720 x 640 or whatever your support will be. In other words if you are zooming in on the photo, your photo must be greater than the average it will be displayed on. If the photo is less than that, you will get pixelation.
