• Photoshop and Illustrator is like after installing Cintiq 13HD touch.

  Photoshop and Illustrator does not respond. I'm running Windows 10, having the latest updates and versions of Adobe CC and its application, applications worked until I installed a Cintiq 13HD touch, however, still after that I uninstalled the Tablet, applications do not open. It's not even an error message. I uninstalled the tablet apps would work again. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled, including my OS, and then only my programs adobe has worked again. I thought I would try reinstalling the Tablet and now I'm back to ground zero, nothing works. My computer is extremely powerful, so I know that's not a problem of material for me. Does anyone have any solutions for this?

  So I ended up going with the support of two levels, the question was that there are start-up programs that were interfering with the ability of programs to open it. It is there no specific program to do, just a combination of those, it's the Cintiq driver that heaved over the edge. Once all the startup programs have been disabled, issues vanished.

  Close Photoshop. Hold Ctrl + Alt + Shift (windows) / Shift + Alt + Cmd (mac) key and double click on the photoshop icon to start the application. It displays "delete the settings file" - click Yes. When photoshop opens them layers will reappear.

• Wacom Cintiq 13HD - "a supported Tablet not found on the system."

  You just bought a 13HD Cintiq (no touching) and installed the drivers Wacom on my Macbook Air w / OS X 10.11.4. It works as a second screen, but I can't get the pen to do anything and when I look in the preferences system under the Wacom component I see nothing except a message stating "a supported tablet was not found on the system." I have installed the latest driver and two former previous drivers and restarted several times now. Any help?

  Hi all

  I have a flash extension ZXP; When loading, Illustrator CC2015.2 (El Capitan) appears to be blocked forever and never my screens.

  Strangely, endearing XCODE Illustrator 2015.2 unlocks the Panel!

  Any idea?

  PS: I have no problem with my Panel on CC2015.1 on Yosemite 10.10.5 extension

  Was solved by moving the OS El Capitan of 10.11 in 10.11.2 (Dec 8).

  Hello!

  I have a question that I can't, for the life of me, find the answer to!  I hope someone here can help you.

  With the help of Illustrator CC2015 to perform a work of master in layers... the layers capture all forms of each layer instead of each form on its own layer.  The layers are then producing many sublayers.

  I usually use CS6, so if this is something new in the CC2015, can someone please help?

  I would like to download the file, but don't see any widget to do.

  Judging by your screenshot it is assumed that you did drag (hand) layer 2 layer 1, so it became a sublayer of layer 1.

  This is normal behavior because the subshells have been introduced in Illustrator 9.

  If you just want to go square pink rounded on 1 layer without making a new sublayer, you would either increase first layer 2, select its contents (subject) and drag it on layer 1. Or do you simply drag the selection box on the right of the target on layer 1 circle.

When I use a tool such as the brush in photoshop and then change after you have entered the text or cancel, or another tool or feature, my wacom pen does not respond.   As the title says, I bought a new Cintiq 13HD, after insalling driver I tried to open Photoshop but still, it stops when it loads of work and I don't know how to solve.

  I tried opening other Adobe programs, but I found the same problem in each of them.

  I'm in a hurry because I'm studying and I have a lot of work to do.

  I have Illustrator CC2015 now and I see a sharpness, unsharpen, or blur tool.  The help page, there should be an icon in the left column tools area.  Can you tell how to find it or why it might be left out?

  Sharpen or blur has never been in Illustrator.

  Maybe you want to use Photoshop?

• Adobe Animate: Size of layout change on Wacom Cintiq 13hd

  Hello.

  So I decided to start using Adobe animate recently and one of the first things I noticed is that everything seems a lot bigger and more amplified whenever I have my Cintiq hooked up compared to when it is not.

  For example the two pictures below.

  When I decide to plug my Cintiq in everything suddenly becomes a lot bigger.

  I'm not sure what is causing the problem, but I know that it does not occur with Adobe Photoshop so I hope someone has a solution to this problem.

  I use Windows 10 and a Wacom Cintiq 13hd.

  If you go to the Windows display settings (right-click the desktop you may), there is a parameter of the scale to 100% by default, but with the connected Tablet it can use another value. Try setting that 100%.

  Window > workspace > reset Essentials (or any workspace you are using).

  If it does not, trash your preferences. Press and hold the keys Alt + Ctrl + Shift (Windows) or Option + command + shift (Mac OS) as you start Illustrator. Your current settings are deleted. New preferences files are created the next time you start Illustrator.

  I use adobe draw on iPhone and android, but in both platforms, there is no touch slider tool that is available in the iPad so please let me know when adobe launches this important tools in the two platform.

• Illustrator CC2015 opens in view full screen

  Not sure if anyone else knows this, but everytime I open Adobe Illustrator CC2015, the application opens and takes up the entire screen. Y at - it a way to stop this. I always have to resize to a smaller size.

  The update to Illustrator CC 2015.3 version (20.0.0) seems to have solved this problem for me. At launch, the screen workspace 'Start' and/or new window document (if 'Start' is turned off) by default up to the left of the screen rather than centre (like the other apps CC) but full screen is only an option and either the default value in the open position. Screenshots attached for reference. Also, custom window size remains persistent at the next startup.

  I received an Arabic text to fall into a work of art, but no punctuation (modeled, semicolons, etc.) always appear right rather than to the left as supplied, I tried to implement everything.

  • "Show me the Options of C.i." enabled in the preferences
  • Activated Adobe Arabic fonts
  • Arabic keyboard enabled
  • Composer of the selected line of Middle East & South Asia
  • Align right
  • Mac and restarted Illustrator

  I use Illustrator CC2015 (v19.2), I looked at other threads on the forum, but many of them are of old nets.

  Arab in AI CC 2015 would be a way to use as below

  1. 'Show the Indo-Aryan Options' in the preferences
  2. You can select Adobe line composer as it works with the suite of measures
  3. Click on "Window" tab-> click on Type ->, click Character Styles
  4. In the pop-up window, select the menu drop-down and click Options from character Style
  5. In the following pop-up window click Middle East Character Formats -> click on the drop down menu to the Direction of character and choose from right to left
  • It should work edit documents in Arabic and you can choose any compatible with Arabic font (Adobe has also some predefined fonts)
  • The only catch here is that when you want to type English words between Arabic, you will need to tap back i.e. lets say you want to type the English word SUPER between the Arabic words, you will need to type it as FULL using English keyboard.

  This has worked well for me and seems to be the easiest.

• Problem with editing colors in Illustrator CC2015

  I'm having a problem when I try to use the function "change colors" in Adobe Illustrator CC2015.  I selects a section/items to be recolored, select "Edit colors > Recolor art" in the "Edit" menu

  When the 'Redefine' window, Illustrator automatically recolors the selected items without my choose what colors I want to change, or what color I would what they changed. It seems that illustrator applies the swatch/colors of something I last selected.

  This makes it impossible to change the colors. I have never had this problem with Illustrator before, looks like when everything started when I upgraded to CC2015.

  If anyone has AN idea of what's going on, please help - I tried to understand what is wrong for weeks.

  This is a bug and it is being investigated. As for now, you can click the eyedropper icon in the Recolorier Art dialog box to reset the graph.
