• Bug in Lightroom 6.5 with DJI Phantom 4 photos

  I just tried to edit my first batch of photos of my 4 ghost of DJI and noticed that there is a strange yellow pixelation in the same place on each photo. At first I was worried that it was a problem with the sensor on my 4 Phantom, but when I looked out of the camera straight original DNG files, yellow pixels do not exist. So I'm sure it's a problem with how Lightroom processes these files, even if it is surprising, given that the Phantom draws to the native format of Adobe's DNG. Also, my Professional 3 ghost photos do not have this problem in Lightroom.

  I've attached a picture with the strange yellow pixelation. It is on the right side and the most visible in the sky.

  Has anyone else experienced this problem? All solutions? I'm on Lightroom 6.5, and I use the new firmware on the Phantom 4.

  I can confirm that this problem happens in PS - CC / ACR 9.5 and PS - CS6 / ACR 9.1.1 and LR 6.5 of 10 Windows with or without the GPU enabled in LR.  Here's a side-by-side with the image on the left is rendered using RawDigger and the right being LR 6.5, but I see the same weird colors and model using PS - CS6 / ACR 9.1.1 so I don't think that the bug comes from the version.5 unless it's something with a camera or profile of lens that changed with the x.5 of every product Adobe install.  Has this happened in LR 6.4/2015.4?

  Lightroom is said to one another program opened the lightroom catalog and I need to shut it down before it can open in lightroom, but there is nothing open during this time.   IN the folder with your catalog, there is a file with the same name as the catalog but with the extension ".lock".

  When LR does not properly close, this file is left behind.

  Delete the file *.lock. Delete nothing else.

• import from iPhone 6 + bug in Lightroom

  I had high hopes that Adobe would have solved the problem extremely frustrating not to import photos from the iPhone 6 +, now that a new sysem import has been implemented in the last update of Lightroom.

  No chance! Exactly the same problem occurs; "Unable to display previews" and when something is selected for import, the IMPORT with Lightroom feature is grayed out. Lightroom has to be FORCE QUIT to restart.

  Many have posted with the same problem, then it is certainly a serious bug that Adobe has ignored.

  Someone at - IL from Adobe monitors these forums to resolve this bug, which did well through this recent update!

• Say that the files are moved to another drive to lightroom

  At the moment I have my Lightroom .lrcat file and all my images on the same drive.

  If I want to spend all my images to another drive, but keep it on the original drive .lrcat file how to do this?

  Is there a way to quickly tell Lightroom my images, files are passed without having to go through the whole import business and a re-editing of images?

  Any help/advice you can offer would be appreciated.

  As long as you do not change the structure of the folders containing your photos, it's an easy task.

  Mark your catalog as "backup to the next exit. (just in case)

  Release of LR.

  Using your OS (Finder or Explorer) tools, move/copy the folder above your folder of image to the new drive tree.

  In LR, go to Control Panel files of the library module.

  If you don't see the highest folder in the tree, right-click and "view parents ' as many times as necessary.

  Right-click on the folder above (must be marked with '? '), select "search/move"; Navigate to the new location.

  LR will automatically correct the paths of everything in this folder.

  My guess is that when the computer wakes, he "rediscovered" the external hard drive and want to import photos from it.

  Just tackle LR - round-trip PS and I'm a bit confused so thought I'd check here.

  What we want in LR is more of a raw file simple tiff file edited in PS - and if we open the tiff already edited in PS again, the file is replaced just when PS saves.

  Looking at the descriptions/options when we're going to edit already edited tiff, 'Edit the Original' looks like this will be repeated, but instead, we are left with two TIFF edited in Lightroom - does that mean that every tweak in the PS will result in another file in LR?

  Actually, for once that we certainly had edited TIFF two in LR - but after the back and forth a few times, we now see a PS edited tiff in the library - maybe the film took a few minutes to update?

  How to reproduce (and Yes, that's with the software of camera bb last updated from the game store):

  (1) to unlock the phone, insert the SD card, tell app camera to record pictures on SD card.

  This phone is so buggy-with this, the keyboard double letter dropping and lag, overheating General and fast battery slide during use... on top AT & T startup sound, I can not turn off even muted, and "AT & T" shout his name in my face on the top bar each time notification I unlock the phone on my unlocked phone... • Cannot move photos from one folder to another folder in Lightroom 6

  I just upgraded to Lightroom 6. I lost the ability to drag and drop the images in different folders in Lightroom. I click on the photo, move it to the folder (a white + sign in a green circle appears), but there is no movement and I can not drag and drop them to the folders on the left side of Lightroom.

  I've seen this question before but no solution has been offered outside of "make sure you are clicking on the image and not the surrounding area." I have done this, restarted Lightroom, restarted my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled Lightroom and spent a lot of time in searching the Internet to solve the problem without success.

  I can create folders in Lightroom, but also these folders cannot be moved. I can only remove them.

• Bug in Lightroom CC with Wacom Intuos Pro curves

  I have a Wacom Intuos Pro and LRCC on my Macbook Pro i7.

  I can't move the curves in the module of tone curve using my pen and tablet.  If I use my trackpad, it works fine.  I had this problem with LR5 and had to roll back my driver on my Wacom to 2 older versions to repair.  Now that I've upgraded to LRCC, the problem is back. I also tried the newer and older drivers. I can't to the pass smoothly.  In fact, sometimes if I just click on a point on the curve and hold the pen firmly, he will start creeping to the right and top... even without moving.

  I revisited this and I think I see what you are referring. It is a bit subtle, what is happening, but I would like to explain my results and see if you experience the same.

  Everything by moving a point on the curve of tone autour with my Wacom pen, sometimes point will refuse to move or move a bit erratic. What I discovered, it's my cursor and point move together. This is especially true when you move to the top or to the right. Down and to the left, have a lesser effect. To illustrate this, click on a weak point on the curve and move it to the top. When you release the cursor will reappear and there will not be above the point. Instead, the cursor will be moved higher. Now click on that point and move it to the bottom. When you release this time, the cursor will be much closer to the point, if not directly above. The same phenomenon occurs when you move to the right compared to moving to the left. The movement to the right is really important because the cursor will hit the edge of the screen very quickly, preventing you from moving the point further to the right. The same thing can happen when you move the point up, especially if you repeatedly move the point up and down. This limitation of the movement to the right or upwards may make believe that the point is not to do what you want and it only gets worse the harder you try. This can also make it likely that you will eventually move the point in any direction that causes the point of becoming disabled and are deleted (move the chart or another point on the graph).

  If you can verify that this is the behavior you are as well, so we can get this reported to engineering for repair.

  The solution is to move only the points a little bit at a time before letting go and re-clicking the point, especially when moving upwards and to the right. Big, sweeping movement of the stylus while only clicked on one point should be avoided.

• Bug import Lightroom 4.3

  Why is an image imported into Lightroom 4.3 much lighter than the same image displayed in the Windows Photo Viewer at the same time and on the same screen?

  Would be a good idea to check if you have sellected 'Auto tone' in your Lightroom or an import preset that may make changes when raw files are imported into Lightroom.
