• Another stupid question: defeat headache pixelated image

  I am just placing of pictures in the frames of ellipse in an InDesign document, but they eventually pixelated, whenever I print the document. Here are the steps I take; Please let me know where to begin my idiocy.

  1. I downloaded files jpeg image of a set of photos on Flickr. When I upload an image, I can print it with net angles without any problem (outside of InDesign). However, the image will appear much smaller in InDesign, so I uploaded a smaller version of the image.

  2. this smaller image, that's what I the framework of the ellipse in my document. Sometimes, I need to manipulate the image a bit as part of the ellipse to make sure that the right parts of the image are visible and relaxed as I would that they in the framework.

  3. when I print, the images appear pixelated. Why is - what happens when I have already printed a much larger version of the image that seems fantastic?

  4. I also tried another route. First of all, it's not like I can download images from Flickr in any format other than jpeg. What I have done, is to open the file downloaded into Photoshop jpeg and resaved it in tiff format. However, when I place this tiff image in the InDesign document, which appears too pixelated when printed.

  Can anyone suggest a solution to this problem?

  Also be sure to change the default "send image" data control "optimized subsampling" to print 'all' in the dialog box.

  The speed of the memory on systems T6x and X6x bus is only 667 MHz (PC2-5300), if you don't win anything by inserting the faster RAM (800 MHz PC2-6400) prorated in these systems, although the system will accept this type of RAM... The 6400 RAM won't work at a speed of 667 MHz.

  I looked through some tips and read the summary instructions (at best) that came with my BB and now have a few questions, if that's ok:

  1. I downloaded the "favorite" of Facebook, but I don't know where that is?  I thought this would be an icon, I could then add to the home screen?  If it IS, then how can I find and to do this?

  2. is it possible to add my iTunes Catalog, or a part of it, to my BB - are compatible somehow?

  3. how to choose something other than the horrible Vodafone home page, to be my homepage on the internet?

  5. What is the difference between "browser" icon and the icon "WAP"?  Am I meant to go through one preference to another, because in the end, they both make the same thing?

• Stupid question: why tinytots (and other similar fonts) will not work in Firefox?

  I am a user of Tumblr, if of course if I had to work on a theme, I would like to see the fonts that I have chosen to serve. In Chrome, everything seems as it should usually (relative to the fonts). In Firefox, I respond specifically to these two browsers so my theme seems not completely horrible. In my opinion, only a browsing experience more could be made if Firefox showed fonts such as tinytots for more than just me, but for someone else who is perhaps not brave enough to post about it. This brings me to another question: I'm just ranting or is it possible I can see these fonts and not know about it?

  To run on Firefox fonts, they must be installed on Windows and then Firefox must be restarted.

  Sometimes, Web sites do not use the correct font name and the police is found, even if it is installed.
  
  A good website designer would design a Web site with backup for users to load fonts if they do not have the installed font.

• Digital networks... Maybe a stupid Question

  I have three updated servers in place currently in my lab. One is 3.3.4 Call Manager called EV. I have two other servers, the two 4.0.3/EX2000 unity. One is called AA and the other is called EVVOIP which is connected to the EV Call Manager. Two unity servers are in the same domain/AD Forest, but different Exchange servers. I configured the search options, options for addressing etc.. I have also configured a dial in EVVOIP area, and there have been replicated to AA, so I could select it. I did the reg also hack. When I use a telephone connected to the CM and go in the EVVOIP unit, I hit the ' * ' key to access the main menu. I select '4' to join the fate of directory name. I can get the names of the local server on EVVOIP, but when I try to retrieve the names of AA, it returns nothing.

  Here is the stupid question. Do I need to have an another call manager to the top and connected also to the AA unity server running? I'm not trying to transfer a call, just try to search for names. I can't join the names from the store of the AA unit.

  Yes, it is certainly a factor.

  The choice of name list manager will never offer a username to a caller outside that does not have a name of the recorded voice. For subscribers addressing messages, these users are, of course, available, but they are checked with their extension number (no doubt if an external caller knew their extension number they would have composed it).

  If you need to record the names of a few votes for users before they will appear in the list manager of choice of name for external callers.

  Which refers to the class definition you provided:

  generic class

  You "stated" in your 'generic' class a 'collar' stretching ' the object '. It reads as if it said "String declared in the class generic.

• Text field aligned in another field of text using Muse 2014...

  My site has a text field containing an image + text legend that is pasted into another field and text aligned on the right at the beginning of a paragraph. Everything works great and it downloads and look as expected. However when I close Muse 2014 and later reopen this page, show this text box on the far left of the page in edit mode - but if I go to preview it always displayed correctly. Which makes it very difficult to change - and this technique to put a text inside a box was an Adobe recommended in a previous question and has worked well in the 'old' Muse.

• Stupid question about compatibility

  I would be happy to search the forum for inDesign to discssions on compatibility with other editions, but it seems that it is impossible. Where this stupid question.

  Problem: a uniform translation ends me back-saved files in InDesign CS, which I created originally, but I can't open them.

  This that I have to spend $500 on an upgrade so I can open it or is there a way they can back - save it so I can open it?

  I think that I get it now. I doubt that the files have been saved as files InDesign CS. As I said before, it is impossible to back - save as InDesign files. Only InDesign X can save to a file, InDesign X. very probably, the provider is you open files in a later version of InDesign and save as native file of this version, InDesign 4, 5 or 6, you cannot open.

  You have three options:

  1. You are upgrading InDesign to be compatible with the version of the provider.
  2. Only translated text files, then you replace the text in your files.
  3. Having the export INX since InDesign 4 provider. If they use later to edit it can be a loss of hassle and risks of formatting.

  Hi, one other stupid question here. I have an Oracle database that has multiple marts - each in it's own schema. In addition, there is NO account (other than SYS) who has access to all the.
  
  Physically, if my goal is to bring together data from multiple Mart, how I put up? I thought I could just create multiple objects "database", each with a pool of connections username / password to connect to a specific mart. However, this doesn't seem to work... I get errors on the air of "DatabaseI apparently cannot have sub several databases, for OBIEE barks if I try to change the name of the basis of his 'real' name (it gives the error as"false name"..". Username "not defined).
  
  Then I thought to create pools of multiple connections within a database... but them I don't know how to assign a physical given table to the correct connection pool that connects to it.
  
  Am I missing something simple here? (OTHER than creating a unique account with privs read to all the marts)

  We have multiple WSHD in the same database, and we use a database object for each not to use another account, but for caching purposes, so we can identify the BI server cache by DWH as the ETL each runs at different times. So I don't know why you are getting errors. The name of database in the physical layer can be anything you want, it has nothing to do with the real name of the DB. Which goes inside the connection data source name. Having said that you must use the same account, if you want to merge data from different repositories, as otherwise OBIEE will draw two separate petitions and will try to join the data themselves, something it won't be able to make faster than the Oracle DB.

  No such thing as a stupid question in these forums. I think what you're talking about is a ToolTip and you can use the TITLE attribute to create one for any element on the page. It allows to describe links, tables, individual table rows and other HTML elements. Search engine of many ranking algorithms read the text in the TITLE attributes like the contents of a regular page.

• Stupid question, I know, but after years of use of Firefox, on this one I can not find the icon of reloading the Page? Help, please.

  In the past, when I refresh a page, I just went to page reload icon in the toolbar. On the new version, I can't have the icon charge. Sorry I know this is a very stupid question, but I can't find that reload icon. The toolbar is very different from previous versions, but I don't know tht pesky icon should be here somewhere!

  Firefox 4 and later versions use a combined Stop/Reload/Go button that is placed at the right end of the address bar.
  
  During the process of loading page it shows as a stop button and once the charging button is replaced by a reload button.
  
  If you type in the address bar this button would then become a button go.
  
  Click the Reload button to duplicate the current tab in a new tab.
