  Hello Experts, I am report on 2 groups of fact.
  Postal history and booking.
  The common dimension only between the 2 is the Dimension of the person. I created hierarchies and defined the content of aggregation in the LTS. It helps me in the reports using any column of the facts or a whole dimension of one of the groups of fact. But if I select 2 or more dimensions, one or more of each group of fact, then the report gives and error. A general error occurred. [nQSError: 14026] Unable to navigate the requested term: MailingHistory Campaign.Campaign name. Correct metadata consistency warnings. (HY000)
  
  For example: BookingDim - BookingFact-MailingHistoryFact (ok) MailingSourceDim - BookingFact-MailingHistoryFact works (ok), but BookingDim - BookingFact-MailingHistoryFact - MailingsourceDim (failure).
  
  When I apply the filter to the fact 1. I get this error. (which is the column in the second fact 2 table). I checked all the joins in the MDB layer.

  It is a problem of command in the Planner. We have solved like this
  Add a flag column in the fact table to identify the unique opportunity. Let's say that

  OPP project val FLAG

  1 1 100
  100 1 0
  200 1 1
  200 1 0

  The value - SUM (project value) of the project
  OPP brush - Filter (sum (opp) indicator = 1) gives you the value of the separate opp.

  Another way is to divide your fact LTS1 and LTS2... You can try, but I feel THAT FLAG is acquisitions.

• 2 facts with common dimensions

  I'm trying to developer a response
  
  I have two fact tables:-Budgets and actual expenditures
  
  The two fact Tables have common dimensions (time, costs and fees Centre)
  
  When I create a response which combines these standard dimensions and two fact tables, I can create a report that compares the actuals Vs Budgets and which works very well
  
  However the Budget has an extra dimension Bugdet name (which can have values like "Budget", "Forecast", "Attribution") which does not apply to actual spending
  
  When I try to fliter, or include the name of Budget I lose all of my actual spending
  
  (By the way some real numbers have no budgets, budgets have no actual spending and I want to see all the lines)
  
  Any ideas?

  You want to report the facts on:

  Cost center dimension
  Dimension of the expenditure
  Dimension of time

  and Budget is on:

  Cost center dimension
  Dimension of the expenditure
  Dimension of time
  Axis of budget name

  If you combine a CALENDAR_MONTH_DESC then choose filter on PROD_CATEGORY it applies only to SALES and SQL retrieves the two tables:

• How to watermark multiple images with different dimensions in Photoshop?

  Is there a way I can place a watermark on the bottom right of the multiple images, any size images? I tried to use Photoshop Scripts > image processor, but it only works for images of the same size. I want to put the watermark on multiple images of different sizes. It is the output I got.

  For the first image watermark placed properly, but for the second picture watermark is distracted. As you can clearly see the dimensions are different. Please suggest me a solution.

  Changing the size of a book can change the layout of the pages. You must create a second version of the book.

  • CTRL-click on the book in the source list and choose "duplicate".
  • Open book duplicate and press the button "change theme".
  • In the lower left corner of the theme Panel click on one of the L or XL - size options.
  • At the top of the Panel, select the type of coverage.
  • Now check out the pages of the book, if inappropriate photos or text boxes need a new layout.

  There has been a lot of posts on this issue, I've read a lot about this, but still can not get this to work. We are looking for a basic marketing operation where we can follow the links that were clicked in email marketing that have been sent. What I have is two fact tables, with a dimension in line with each other and one of the facts with a dimension not compliant:
  
  Fact 1 Sun - related links
  Fact 2 Sun - related links. Dim - Email name;
  
  In fact, I've defined a measure that counts the number of links clicked 1
  In fact 2, I defined a measure that counts the number of links
  
  So I can't take fields of Sun - Email name and fact 2 this properly will show me the number of links in this e-mail. I can add in the name of the Sun link - links to give me the details of the links in the email. However, when I then add the number of links clicked of the fact 2, it is shown as zero. Withdrawal of the name Email will cause the number of clicks to display correctly for each link.

I created hierarchies, set the LTS of fact 1 retail for Dim - links and the LTS in fact 2 detail for Dim - Dim - Email name and links. It does not work. I then put the LTS in fact 1 total for Dim - Email name. It does not work. I then put the LTS to the dimension tables to be detail in every case, and this does not work either. My business issue is quite simple: for each email list links and the number of times the link has been clicked.
  
  I started from scratch, I seek only to these 4 logical tables, I've got to the stage where I'm BI reboot after each change, but I still don't see the problem. Can someone give me some advice please?

  Just a small change more...

  / * The single fact table now columns as two, one a separate count on linkid, and the other a number on the clicksid * /.

  Given that clicksid is a source is 1 that has no mapping to Dim Email, for this column value mapping contained level Email Total.
  That is to say, double-click your count (clicksid)--> go to the tab levels--> set Email name Dim at the Total level. Note to all levels of rest must be left untouched (unselected).

  You can identify the facts and Dimension based on the data.
  You must analyze.
  Generally the table with measurement (Max column in the table), we will consider a fact.
  Table with attribute as Dimensions.

  For the facts, we can apply the global rules.

• Combine data sources with different granularity in the same fact table?

  I have two operating tables 'Incident (157 columns)' and 'unit (70 Colums) '. For all the "incidents" happening there could be one or more records in the table of the 'unit '.
  
  As part of my design of data mart, I have merged the tables in one "makes the incident (227 columns)" and insert records from two tables with a join condition between them [incident. IN_NUM = Unit.IN_NUM].
  
  Is this correct, is my question? or am I mix data sources with different granularity in the same fact table. Appreciate your help.

  Are the measures of the 'Incident', repeated during an incident given, in more than one record in the table of the unit? If so, then the sum (indicent.measure) will give an incorrect result?

  What is there to merge physically tables set outside OBIEE? With OBIEE you might have a table of 'facts' logic to present the user with report, which from tables separated units and Incidents and would stop the occurrence of incorrect aggregations. A common piece of modeling in the same way would be arrested in OBIEE headers and lines of command, quite common to have a logical fact 'orders' which contained the two header orders and order line, this translates into the Incidents-> relationship of units.

  To do what I mentioned, is relatively simple, you need a "Dim - Incident" at two levels, unit, mapp and Incident unique identifiers as keys to level and then use these levels to define the content of the levels correctly in your 2 tables logic sources logic "done", IE the LTS Incidents at incident level LTS units as level of units.

  We must apply the clustering (active for load balancing) in our project. We use both analytical and bi publisher. You must also deploy Analytics/bipublisher in weblogic aimed SSO server.
  
  Now we have two machines.
  
  From now on, we did the obiee10g installation (installing, we selected the button 'Finish') on both computers. Could any body tell us how to implement w.r.t. clustering for weblogic.

  A. you can use both ways but note are all systems must be same domain only.

  Hello to all, question, I'm sure you have met in the past, but always wanted to get your opinion.
  
  I have a few FACT tables and dimensions that are shared (common size). Rest of the dimensions are related to one or the other FACT tables.
  
  What is the best way to present a view where users CAN pull information from both tables?
  
  I managed by pulling the shared dimensions (common) on the tables of BOTH FACTS and having the same grain, but this view breaks down when I pull information from a Dimension that does not much to do with another.
  
  What is the best way to present it? Should it be broken down in three areas?
  
  Business line 1-> some Dims-> FACT Table has
  Area 2-> some Dims-> Table of FACTS B
  
  AND
  
  Business line 3-> * only commune Dims *-> Table of FACTS A & B Table of FACTS?

• acquisition of data with different sampling rates high

  I have a few questions on the use of the OMB-DAQ-3005 with different sampling rates high.

  For our application, we have 8 analog inputs. Which two are a quick response and should be sampled frequently.  We have an encoder quadrature (CPR 1000 running at 1800 rpm).  We plan to sample X 4 encoder.  For the analog inputs for the quick response, we want to trigger a sample of each pulse or each a few pulses, thus creating a timestamp with the position of the encoder with respect to position index as well as two fast analog inputs.  We have data correlating the analog inputs with the position of the encoder.   Other analog inputs, we want to measure relatively slowly (for example once every 5 dry or similar).

  How can I go on the configuration of the two (or more) sampling rates different wherein I can taste entered at different frequencies?  Also, is there a way to reset the encoder count after outbreak of the index as I have the position of the encoder with respect to the index?

  Maybe you'll find someone here who uses the OMB-DAQ-3005, but this forum is really more designed for LabVIEW programming issues.

  I've never used the OMB-DAQ-3005, but out of curiosity, I took a glance at the Manual of OMB-DAQ-3005.  The answer to both your questions are:

  1. you cannot run a hardware DQA Multiplex (like this one) at independent rates by channel.

  2. the OMB-DAQ-3005 supports an Index Z feature to reset the counter - look for documentation on how to configure any software interface you are using.  If you get stuck, you can try to discover media appropriate for instrument channel.

  I configured 1 LIVE ID certificate for one of our sharepoint sites would like to know can I use the same certificate for other sites too or I need to install other certificates LIVE ID to access other sites.

  How can I get prod LIVE ID certificates are available for free as nexus offers two certificates INT and PROD (x 509 certificate) or do I need to buy.

  I am trying to replace 15 PCs.  They all have XP because their BONES, bought with different SPs at different times.  They all have been updated to SP3...  They have all MS 2003, upgaded to MS 2007.  I would use a clone as image.  I do not support different key codes?  Although the XP are authentic, I may not all key codes.  My predessor has not keep good records, and stickers on some had labels of Vista.  Even if the PC was bought with XP downgrade.  I need to use XP because of some other software requirements.

  What is the best way to represent all the PC so that I can get back them to my users?
