  To disable VoiceOver and curtain of screen (which explains why your watch screen is off), follow one of these steps:

  Don't know what are these applications, but if you want to get rid of them simply uninstall them by moving to the trash.

  You will need to check for the header and the footer in your word document. Open this word document-> click on View-> header and footer. You can delete the text from there.

  If you are using Word 2007, double-click the header and change it accordingly.

  There is no such thing as a "max usage limit" (other than to be in use on a single computer at a time) for a Windows XP product key.

  There is no limit to the number of times where you can reinstall and activate the same license of Windows XP on the same PC.  Is never a charge.  No more than a product key (as long as it is not an evaluation license) never expire.  If it's been more than 120 days you finally turned on this specific product key, you will probably be able to activate via the Internet without problem.  If it was less, you may need to do a five minute phone call.
