  One way:

  Right click on the jpeg format and select "choose program by default" in the context menu.

  If Photoshop is not listed, use the Browse button to navigate to the folder Program files (64-bit) or Program Files (86) (32 bit) and choose the Photoshop.exe from Adobe > Photoshop CS6 file to add it.
