Click on the last item in the path bar or in the empty space to the right of the last point.  This will change the contents of address bar path to a mode that is editable by the full path highlighted then you can copy to the Clipboard (and spent as you wish).  Press ESC to return to the normal path display mode.

    Aaaarrrrrgggghhhhh

    Hi Belj,

Thank you for visiting the Forums HP's Support and welcome. I read your thread on your HP Pavilion g6-1305sa Notebook and not able to restore Windows. If the HARD drive is faulty, this can cause the restoration should not go well. You can try to run a test of material. Please note remove any and all USB devices and remove the memory card in the slot of the card reader. Disconnect all non-essential devices. What is the original HARD drive? Have you replaced all other parts? Have you tried to do a clean install of Windows 7. Try running sfc/scannow would scan your system to find errors on the command line. You can get to the command prompt by clicking F11 at startup. You can see this Microsoft document on the system recovery options.

    Hope this will help.

    Thank you.

I plan to create a 2nd account and he spend games and others, but I prefer not to have reset all my settings one by one.

    See the following article:

It is to create a new user profile and copy files to the new user profile. You can then simply delete the files that you don't like that have been copied to the new profile.

  • Cannot install the update of security KB2698365, get the error message ' set up cannot copy the file msado15.dll.

Tried several times, if I check the update log it shows canceled, have tried to disable Norton. Tried to install it manually through the Setup Wizard.  He gets up then I get the message "set up cannot copy the file msado15.dll.

    Hello

You did changes to the computer before the show?

    Method 1
I suggest you to run the fixit from the following link:

The problem with Microsoft Windows Update is not working
    http://support.Microsoft.com/mats/windows_update/

    Method 2
I suggest you register the Msado15.dll file required.

    a. Click Start and then click Run.
    b. in the run dialog box, type the following commands in the Open box and then click OK.

    Regsvr32.exe ">"

The> placeholder is the absolute path of the file Msado15.dll.

The following examples show how you can specify an absolute path:

    Regsvr32.exe "C:\Program Files\Fichiers Files\system\ado\Msado15.dll"

If the Msado15.dll file is saved successfully, you receive a message similar to the following message:

    DllRegisterServer in C:\Program Files\Common Files\system\ado\Msado15.dll successful.
    c. click OK.

    Method 3
I suggest to perform the clean boot and then try to install the updates. Clean boot will disable all of the third-party program to ensure that all third party program is not causing the problem.

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/310353

Note: Make sure that you reset the computer back to normal once the diagnosis is complete.

    Method 4
I would say that you can download and install the update to the clean boot from Microsoft download center.

  • Deleting a user profile also deletes copying the files of main profile?

I created a new profile for admin because I think that my current profile is messed up (don't click Start or taskbar unless I have close explorer.exe and run it again) and I started to copy files from my main profile to the new. I had a blond moment, not realizing I was just duplicate the files on my hard drive and I don't have a lot of space to work, so I stopped.

Should I manually delete all the files copied or simply remove the 2nd user profile and will remove the files copied too? (only not by deleting the original on my main profile)

    Thank you.

    Hey Nate,

You can try to remove the new user profile and check. During the withdrawal of the profile, you will get an option to remove the files included in the profile. You can check the possibility to delete the files and see if it helps.

  • Error message "unable to copy the file"hiberfil", it is used by another person or program." Problem copying content from your PC to external hard drive.

Original title: problem to copy content from your PC to external hard drive.

I use Windows XP 2000 and am trying to restore my pc to factory settings as it is continuously 'stick '. When you try to copy my drive "c" on an external drive I get a message saying "unable to copy the file"hiberfil", it is used by another person or program." Close any program that might be using the file and try again "." What is 'hiberfil' and how do I close it down as I am not aware that I use?

    Concerning

    Pete

The hiberfil.sys will be created every time that you start... If you put in hibernation enabled in your control panel, Power Options and the file is 'open' to think that you can actually choose to Hibernate at any given time.  When you Hibernate XP gives a note of it and will write a hiberfil.sys sometimes important in the c:\ folder so that when XP fires again upwards and returns from hibernation, XP will read the hiberfil.sys file and return to the situation that you were in when you put into hibernation.

I use to be a chronic hibernant because it takes less time to return after hibernation as a cold start.  Sometimes, it can actually be slower that a cold so start your system based on the amount of RAM has.  The more RAM you have, the more your hiberfil.sys will, if sometimes it's faster to move with just a cold start if you Hibernate (26,03 seconds for me).

If hiberfil.sys is giving you a hard time (you would not in any way copy it) disable hibernation in your Power Options and the file will be deleted immediately since it would be is no longer necessary.  That would solve this, but if you are trying to copy the entire C drive, you will have other files to complain after that.

It is certainly possible to make a complete copy of the C drive, if you want, but you will have to initialize on something next to your drive hard if you want to do this so the XP files are not used - then you can copy anything and everything.  You can get some imaging software of disc that will also help you.

It depends on what the problem is you want to solve and what you wand to end up with when you're done (so far, unspecified).

I would work on figure our why your XP is paste and fix it in place.  XP should not be sticky.

  • copy the file directory into an Excel sheet

How can I copy the file names in a directory/folder to an Excel spreadsheet? For example, I have 200 files in a folder. I want to copy the title of all the files in an Excel sheet to better management and add notes. Thank you

I received an email go, but I can't respond to this e-mail address.
    Here is my supplementary question:
"Thanks a lot for your help."
    It's one more step.
But I want just the names of files on each cell in the Excel sheet, without the path. »

Open the folder, and then select all the documents in question.

Hold the shift key while clicking the right mouse button (shift + right click).
    Choose "copy as path".
Return to the spreadsheet and choose "Paste" to paste the list of documents in the worksheet.
This will paste the full path, including file name, of each document, as shown below.

Is that what you meant? Please let us know.
    Best wishes

  • Delay of the dialog 'Copy the file' when you drag a file to a folder that already contains.

Delay of the dialog 'Copy the file' when you drag a file to a folder that already contains.  The dialog box only appears when that I disconnect.  In fact this problem can seriously mislead the user. The file has been copied to or not? This is a serious shortcoming of the operating system.
A similarly delayed dialog box is to join files on a send to the recipient of the message.

What is the cause of the delay? Dialog boxes are not under other windows - they break on screen as I log out.

When I drag AGAIN the same file in the same folder, then I get a message that "the action cannot be completed because the file is open in another program.  (No doubt the program who was trying to copy in the first attempt and waits for a response to the dialog box may not show me!)

Hardware: Computer laptop Asus M70.  VISTA Ultimate with the latest patches.

    Lorien, thanks for your response.
A lot of time and effort was exercised in an attempt to find out WHY. I wanted to not just fix the symptoms. It concerned me greatly as a basic function of the operating system does not work. He was not fit for purpose. In the end I found that a third-party application compromised of WINDOWS VISTA 32-bit operating system. If an operating system can not reliably inform the user that an operation is successful or not, it is worthless. In the case above, I didn't move the files was a success (no response required) or the delayed response until I signed.

In addition to the original problem, there was the following problem: http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/vistanetworking/thread/24068518-31e0-4b23-823b-d54882792301 where "send to..." 'Recipient' disable the context menu in Explorer for JPG does not or not broken.

Finally, I figured out the following error had something to do with my problems:

    Description:
The server {AB8902B4-09CA-4BB6-B78D-A8F59079A8D5} is not registered with DCOM within the required time.

Arriving in my solution, I was inspired by the following articles http://blogs.technet.com/markrussinovich/archive/2006/08/31/453100.aspx     http://blogs.technet.com/markrussinovich/archive/2006/11/27/532465.aspx
So I downloaded the MS debug tools and confirmed my suspicion of dllhost.dll using REGEDIT to set debugging on that.
To cut a long story short, it's DivX 7.2 which caused me grief.  In particular, the file DivXDecH264.ax 'has an access violation - code C0000005 (first chance).  It has been autonomous in DivX Plus DirectShow Filters.     Thus, when it has been deleted (starting other Articles to original install DivX) through Control Panel of configuration/programs and features my system worked perfectly well.

I know SFA on the architecture of Windows but why was this DivX file loading and cause an access violation whenever I used the windows Explorer?  How an operating system may fail in a basic function of by a third party issue?  There are some newspaper where this access violation was recorded?  It was only possible to identify it in debugging?

    What you fella?

  • Is it possible to move the files to another user in Vista?

so I was wondering if I can move all my files and applications on another user? is it possible or not?

    Hi andylam123,

Yes, you can move your files and settings to a different user account.

Refer to this article for more details:

Difficulty of a corrupted user profile

Note: Ignore the title of the article. You can follow the procedure to copy the files successfully.

  • Copy the file into BPEL

I want to copy a file to both folders and then delete the original file in a BPEL process. The file is large (100 MB), so I don't want to read the contents of the file. In addition, the process is started by another process, so I'll have to do the synchronous copy or read/write.
Is this possible in BPEL 11 g?

I also faced the same problem.
You can use Sync Read to copy the file into the file system. Check the details here:

    http://docs.Oracle.com/CD/E21764_01/integration.1111/e10231/adptr_file.htm#CHDEEDGC

You need to replace the options in the file JCA that these options are not available in the wizard. Test and let us know if it works.

  • Copy the file to a file server location

    Hi all

I have a requirement that I have to load a BLOB/BFILE column from a file server that is not even as Oracle server. I use windows and oracle 11 g 2.
But I found, every time when I have to load any file/object into the blob column, I need to specify the path of the directory. But in this case, I do not have the directory.

In this regard, I also searched the forum, but did not get a satisfactory answer.
Is there another way to load/copy the files to a file server location that is not on the oracle server machine?

    You can use

    CREATE OR REPLACE DIRECTORY remote_server AS '\\server_name\path\to\folder';

As long as the account that runs the Oracle server has permissions to this remote location you should be able to read the files there.
