Apache HTTP Server Memory exhaustion T1300

Not sure if just Board for that.  obtained results on T1300 to a problem of denial-of-service with the version of the Apache HTTP server on plotter.  Here is the recommendation to solve the problem.  only problem is when I go to the url below, there are about 1 million, okay maybe a little less, newsletters to look through.  I have no idea who is the resolution of my problem.  I know that I might have to update the version of Apache on Tracker, and I can download, but not instructions on how to update.

Thanks in advance

    Hello

    I'm still new to FMS... I installed FMS 4.5 weeks ago... but at this time there, I have installed Apache HTTP Server. ...

    So, if I need to activate Apache HTTP Server, can it install now only? or I have to re - install FMS4.5 to make it work?

    Thank you

    You need to reinstall... BTW, it's not a big ask reinstall... Just make sure that you back up and restore applications and conf file.

  • Install and configure the Apache HTTP server plug-in

    Hello

    I use WL10.3 in a Linux machine.

    I have an environment where I have one WL server in a domain which is deployed with the web application

    And I have another area where I have two managed servers in a cluster that is deployed with the company.

    Now, I want to configure Apache HTTP server to make it work as a proxy with the weblogic.

    In my current scenario, the proxies of one seed server req in the cluster and that is defined in a jndi.properties.

    Now, what should I do if I want to use the Apache

    I have the following questions:

    1 forget my env, generally how to install and configure Apache HTTP plugin?
    I see that we have already seen libproxy_61.so file in /bea/wlserver_10.3/server/plugin/linux/i686

    Do I need to install the patch even then as said in http://www.oracle.com/technology/deploy/security/wls-security/2793.html?

    2. While am adding the lines in the httpd.conf file.
    LoadModule modules/mod_wl_22.so weblogic_module

    If I put ibproxy_61.so instead of mod_wl_22.so in this line?

    3. While configuring the proxy server, balancing and session replication will be assured?

    4. and for my setup, as stated at the beginning, a few lines, which may be the best architecture?

    Your help is really appreciated.

    Hi Subh
    1 so all external requests go to the single domain server with MoreWeb app. In this scenario, you don't need any additional Proxy Apache server. Because the basic concept of the Apache Web server is to route multiple applications on a cluster of managed servers. In your case, it is a single server, you don't need any additional Web front server. Now you have these EJB on another area that is clustered. I guess you use search standard JNDI to access the EJB. So, how do you make sure that only MoreWeb app requests are load balanced to the EJB. As each subsidiary request for EJB must go to MS1 and MS2 as robin in default mode. First request to MoreWeb need access EJB of MS1. Second request for MoreWeb need access EJB MS2 etc. This means in theory, you should have an Apache Web Server before the second area something like that. You have any servlet default weblogic cluster already deployed to the second area. Otherwise use that or care of apache in etc. Then in MoreWeb App when you search the EJB, make sure that you give the address Cluster and the direct port instead of the host/port MS1 or MS2. This Web server should in turn make the round robin for EJB on second domain clustered. When you get the InitialContext object instead of using empty default constructor as new InitalContext(), you may need to use something like InitalContext (aMap) new aMap corresponding to a hash table with the properties for the provider url, etc. etc. You can see the docs for more details. Here is the link for the EJB Clustering. See the section on EJB

  • HLS and external of the Apache HTTP server does not

    I installed FMS 4.5 on a debian system already running a server web apache.

    I configured the httpd.conf file as mentioned in http://help.Adobe.com/en_US/flashmediaserver/configadmin/WSd391de4d9c7bd6093a7e2f8312a374a-1bde - 8000.html but when I call a url continuously, for example http:// < IP > /hls-live/livepkgr/_definst_/liveevent/livestream.m3u8 demand is still managed by the old apache, not by the FMS.

    When I stop the old apache and restart the FMS application is managed by the FMS and works continuously.

    Does anyone have any suggestions on that?

    Hello

    Thank you for using the FMS 4.5

    Since you have two copies of apache running on the same computer, they can be separated by specifying the port in the URL. By default, apache which is bundled with FMS works on port 8134 and therefore, you can change the URL to look like http://: 8134/hls-live/livepkgr/_definst_/liveevent/livestream.m3u8 to point to the apache on FMS.

    I hope this can help, thank you!

  • I can't change the Embedded gateway PL/SQL to Oracle HTTP Server/Apache?

    Hello world

    Can I change an installation 10.2.0 for Oracle Application Express 3.2.1.00.10 running away from the Embedded PL/SQL gateway on the Oracle Apache HTTP Server? I'd like to be as transparent as possible to avoid a failure if I can. What I have to reinstall everything and simply import a backup or is there a way to switch between http servers? I couldn't find anything on "switching" in the user's guide, so I was hoping that one of you may successfully tried this.

    Thanks a lot for your help!
    m.

    It should be simple with a very little downtime. Test dev system before you interrupt the prod system.

    1. install the SST
    2 configure the SST
    3. configure the plugin mod_plsql
    4 stop the embedded PL/SQL gateway

    Inform users about the new URL.

    All of the above steps are documented in the documentation.

  • Download Oracle HTTP Server (OHS)?

    Hi, I am trying to download the Oracle HTTP server (OHS) and its components - anyone happens to know which package I need to download from Oracle E delivery site?

    I am trying to download only the HTTP server and so avoid downloading a great fusion middleware install pack (containing Weblogic).

    We already have Weblogic (and much more) installed...

    You can use one of the following web servers for this purpose:

  • Apache HTTP Server
  • Oracle HTTP Server
  • Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS)
  • Oracle iPlanet Web Server

    As long as the web server is supported by the web server plugin, it can be used for proxy requests to a Weblogic Cluster. The Guide [url http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E23943_01/web.1111/e16435/overview.htm] Oracle Fusion Middleware by using Web Server 1.1 Plug - Ins® with Oracle WebLogic Server for more information.

    The Oracle HTTP Server is included in the cdrom of 11g of Oracle Fusion Middleware Web Tier utility. It is part of the Oracle Fusion Middleware Media packs. This product can be installed in [url http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E23943_01/doc.1111ways /e14260/overview.htm#CEGBDFHD]two:]

  • Stand-alone mode
  • Oracle Enterprise Manager using Fusion Middleware control

    The first option does not require a WebLogic domain but you will be limited to the command-line to start/stop and maintenance utilities. The 2nd option requires a logical area of the web. Waiting for your decision to install either should the 11g Oracle Fusion Middleware Web Tier utility cdrom or the cdrom of Oracle Fusion Middleware Web Tier utility 11g and Oracle WebLogic Server 11 g 1 generic material and consistency cdrom. You are installing on a separate server anyway and that you do not have a dependency with the WLS 10.3.5 install proxy for them except you so that you can use the components of the 11.1.1.6 Fusion Middleware Media pack that has been released this week:

  • Oracle WebLogic Server 11 GR 1 material (10.3.6) generic and consistency
  • Oracle Fusion Middleware Web Tier utility 11g Patch Set 5 (11.1.1.6.0)

    Thank you

  • How to write a program that allows an HTTPs connection to the APACHE TOMCAT server in blackberry JDE

    Hello.. I am very new to the blackberry JDE environment. But then, I have a project in which I should write a program that will make an HTTPs connection to the apache tomcat server using blackberry JDE. The simulator which I use is 8330-JDE.

    Here is my code...

    import java.io.IOException;

    Import java.io.InputStream;

    Import javax.microedition.io.Connector;

    Import javax.microedition.io.HttpsConnection;

    Import net.rim.device.api.ui.UiApplication;

    Import net.rim.device.api.ui.container.MainScreen;

    public class Httproto extends UiApplication

    {

    public public static void main (String [] args)

    {

    Httproto instance = new Httproto();

    instance.enterEventDispatcher ();

    }

    public Httproto()

    {

    pushScreen (new HttpsConnectionScreen());

    }

    }

    final class HttpsConnectionScreen extends screen

    {

    public HttpsConnectionScreen()

    {

    HttpsConnection c = null;

    InputStream is = null;

    int rc;

    try {String url =

    "https://192.168.2.3: 8443/cit/j_acegi_security_check? j_username = sanogo & j_password = redhat;

    c = (HttpsConnection) Connector.open (url);

    c.setRequestMethod (HttpsConnection.POST);

    System.out.println ("connection is open with the server");

    Get the response code is open the connection,

    Send the request and read HTTP response headers.

    The headers are stored until asked.

    RC = c.getResponseCode ();

    System.out.println ("response from the server" + rc);

    if (rc! = HttpsConnection.HTTP_OK) {

    throw new IOException ("HTTP response code:" + rc);

    }

    is = c.openInputStream ();

    Get the ContentType

    The string of type = c.getType ();

    The length and process data

    int len = (int) c.getLength ();

    if (len > 0) {

    int actual = 0;

    int BytesRead = 0;

    byte data = new byte[len]; while ((bytesread! = len) & (real! = - 1)) {

    real = is.read (data, bytesread, len - bytesread);

    bytesRead += real;

    }

    } else {}

    int ch;

    while ((ch = is.read (())! = - 1). {

    }

    }

    } catch (ClassCastException e) { throw new IllegalArgumentException ("not a HTTP URL");}

    }

    catch (IOException ioe) {}

    finally {

    Try

    {

    if (is! = null)

    is. Close();

    if (c! = null)

    c.Close ();

    }

    catch (IOException ioe) {}

    }

    }

    }

    When I run this program in the Simulator, I can do nothing. Please correct me if I'm wrong in coding.

    As I am new to this blackberry JDE environment, ideas and suggestions on how to write and run the sample applications in the blackberry are more welcomed.

    Concerning

    Hinduja

    Make sure that your MDS starts when the Simulator starts.  In the JDE will in Edition > Preferences > Simulator > General and click the checkbox "launch Mobile Data System connection with Simulator Service.

  • Between R2 2012 Windows and IBM Http Server SSL connection failed periodically.

    Hi, I have a problem recently. I found that my windows server 2012 R2 has sometimes failed to connect with IBM Http Server ssl. Here it is the information of the two servers:

    1 windows 2012 R2

    -Already activate TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.0

    -Already the latest version of windows update and restart

    IIS - 8.5

    2 IBM Http Server

    -Apache 2.2.31

    -using OpenSSL 1.0.2f

    -Allow TLS1.2 and TLS 1.0

    I also captured network traffic when the two server. If the ssl connection has managed to create. Traffic will be like the following screen:

    If the ssl connection was impossible to create, network traffic was like the below:

    You will see that the ssl connection failed when the version of the TLS protocol was passed to TLSv1. And returned access denied.  The details of the access denied was like the below:

    As the captured screen reproduced above, you will see that the SSL for Client Hello was TLSv1.2 but running on the recording layer TLSv1. this Hello customer was sent by the server r2 windows 2012. I don't know why the ssl connection has been passed to TLSv1 suddenly.

    I found that Microsoft has released an update on January 12, 2016. This fix is the resumption of SSL. Update ID was 3109853 , but I have already applied this update on my server. I tried to do the with the other type of server ssl connection, the ssl connection is possible in a stable condition and has happened the problem I mentioned. Is there someone met this case and resolve it finally?

    WHY is happening.  GREAT video becomes more common, this will become a growing problem?

    Just got "insufficient system resources to complete the service requested, using robocopy on my xp machine.

    This becomes a very serious problem that I have almost 200 GB tied up on my local disk in two files that I need to get away!

    Help!

    Boblevy,

    I had this problem with the Western Digital external drives in the past. There is an article on this specific error found here:
    http://support.Microsoft.com/?scid=kb;en-us;177078

    It refers to the same registry key that you mentioned above. You mention that you are changing the key; If it helped?

    This may be caused by your antivirus and it may be interesting to try this copy even in Mode safe and then further identify the issue with a clean boot:

    Method 1: Put the computer in safe mode and see if the problem persists:

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/start-your-computer-in-safe-mode

    Method 2: Clean boot

    If the problem is not repeated in safe mode, there is probably a startup item or service is causing the problem. Follow the steps on the following link to locate the item or service responsible for the error:

  • Can't see Oracle HTTP Server in Oracle Enterprise Manager 11 g Fusion Middleware control

    I completely installed and configured release EMP 11.1.2.1. I threw EM suite http://host:7001 / em. I see "Farm_EPMSystem" and 'Deployment of applications' and groups "WebLogic domain" in it, but I don't see "WebTier" group with instance of "ohs1" to the root of the farm (see attached 2015-05 - 28_181243.png /discussion/create!input.jspa?containerType=14 & containerID = 3222 & customTheme = otn & draftID = 746291file) as described in the "Guide to the administrator for Oracle HTTP Server (e10144) .pdf" document (see file 2015-05 - 28_181332.png).

    How to add an Oracle HTTP Server (it is listening and working on my server 19000 port) in my EM?

    My OHS starts with "E:\Oracle\Middleware\ohs\ohs\bin\Apache.exe" and using the catalog "E:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem1\httpConfig\ohs".

    The command

    E:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem1\httpConfig\ohs\bin\opmnctl - adminHost localhost - registerinstance adminPort 7001

    has solved my problem.

  • Can I use IBM HTTP Server as Proxy for WebCenter content?

    When I worked in development, I used Apache 2.2 as a Proxy for WebCenter content.

    I would use the WebLogic Server plugin 'mod_wl_22.so' in Apache to redirect the request of WebLogic.

    In Production, I need to use IBM HTTP Server (IHS) as a proxy.

    I couldn't find any plugin WLS for IBM HTTP Server.

    When I looked at the note of support Doc-ID 1111903.1 , it does not included of IHS in the list.

    This means that IHS is not supported as a proxy for WebCener content?

    If not, can someone tell me where I could download the plugin, please?

    I tried to use the same configurations for Apache 2.2 to the IHS.

    Startup is fine, which means that IHS could load the module 'mod_wl_22.so '.

    But I got error 403 for the connection.

    I couldn't see any access connected the WLS, so I guess that the connection failed introduce to the IHS.

    Any suggestion, please?

    If you want to use for the work of pure http proxy that I don't see why it wouldn't work. However, I didn't a study on this specific topic. However, you may need to do more things manually in the configuration box, and it cannot be officially supported. The unsupported part is often a point where I suggest you use another product that is supported.

    Kind regards

    Johan.

  • Huge success in Oracle HTTP Server for Application Apex

    Hello

    I've been running several applications in the same database in Apex 4.2.2. I use Oracle HTTP Server 10.2 for web access to customers. I have 4000 users in systems, but at the same time can be logged 500. Server Web is in DMZ, and database server's internal network. We notice that we conduct page huge hit in the system, very high. I noticed a client IP had 44 000 visits in one day and on a daily basis any number of access is 500 000 to 600 000. That is for me, it's huge. This huge success makes the firewall close the connection to the web server. This disturbance is causing the company a lot.

    I would like to know how Oracle Apex communicates with the web server and clients, is the mechanism of Oracle Apex which causes this huge success or is it for external cause, such as a DoS attack or something like that. I'm really exhausted with it. Don't know what to do. Help, please

    Hasan Al Mamun

    Hi I have kind of a resolved / by past the problem. Now, I have no connection to the bottom of the problem. The problem was. Subdomain (say myapp.testlab.com) of my app had a single IP address, router treated the huge success of the same IP address as a threat and that's why router blocked the real IP of this subdomain. We did it, we asked our dns provider to add a few more (5) IPs for the same subdomain. Now, as dns selects a single IP among 5 fps in alternating single IP does not get as much success as to be blocked by the router. It works better now. Cordially Hasan Al Mamun

  • Changing the Apex of http server scenario or an auditor of XE installation.

    Hello!.
    I installed Oracle 11 g XE. After that, I've updated to Apex 4.2 all it works very well, but... default XE installs and configures apex to use the gateway pl/sql embebed.
    In this scenario, the images are stored directly in the database in oracle XML DB repository. This can be a problem because XE have a limit of 11 GB and my apex application is simple, but it can download images for clients, etc. and in this schenma that the photos will consume space in the database instead of using in the linux file system.
    Can I install the HTTP server in a 11g XE and reconfigure apexr?, or can I change to apache + earphone? or easier... can I download images outside the XML DB in my apex application easily?
    Thank you and sorry for my English.

    As far as I KNOW, the SST is a product authorized, not free. So you can consider this aspect.

    , or can I change to apache + earphone?

    You need a container with ApexListerner JEE, not Apache. Not supported, but a good option is Glassfish Community Server. You can always choose to deploy the Apache, in addition to JEE container, for URL rewriting, etc.

    or easier... can I download images outside the XML DB in my apex application easily?

    EPG is not the fastest server around.
    I'd go with Apache + GF + ApexListener.

    See you soon,.
