APEX 4.2.2 - ORA-6502 when you connect the application with anything other than Firefox!

If I try to connect to my application by something else that Firefox I get the following message appears on the screen:

ErrorError processing request.
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: digital error or value
Ok

If I try to access the APEX generator via one browser other than Firefox, I don't receive any returned HTML.

Last night, I improved from 4.1 to 4.2.2 and ran the patch which dealt with lack of developer toolbars...

Of course, I never use Firefox, but my users use IE...

Any ideas?

    Search for the name of the calculation Application in APEX_APPLICATION_COMPUTATIONS APEX view using component.id: 3102806535980644 to find his name.

    Thanks for posting the script. I was able to reproduce the error locally.

    The problem is the use of the sem_apis.create_rules_index () procedure, which has been deprecated:

    According to the description of the problem, it seems that you are unable to get the signal when you connect the TV to HDMI port.

    Here are some steps that you can try in order to solve the problem.

    Step 1. First you need a video cable to make the physical connection. For a better image quality, you need to connect the computer to the TV using standard VGA ports or via DVI to HDMI Cable provided your TV supports these ports.

    Step 2. Open thedisplay settings' ' in your Vista computer and Activate the output to the TV screen. You can reflect the content of your computer on the TV or extend the display as a double screen control.

    I changed the subject: config to make the rotation gesture to move between tabs and it worked great for well over a year. It now behaves properly, as described here:

    It used to be very controllable move a tab on, now it is erratic and moves quickly and the unexpected tabs regardless of the slowness, I do the gesture of rotation. It's the main reason I use Firefox on Chrome and I will continue to do so unless there is no solution for this.

    Just put the browser.gesture.twist.threshold to something around 15-25.

    All the drivers are up to date.

    IM using windows 10.

    By default, the refresh rate of the screen is reduced automatically when you disconnect the adapter to save power. Right-click on the "desktop", select "Graphics properties", click on 'Power', select 'on battery' and disable the change rate of auto update so this behavior is unintentional.

    The phone is a Droid that is original, bought in December 2009 at Costco.  The service provider is Verizon.

    For example, when I call automatic CVS Pharmacy prescription refill service, the screen flashes and is mainly off makes it difficult-not impossible to enter a list of numbers of RX to recharge.  It is repeatable.

    I tried to use the phone to access the payment system of automated mortgage payment to my Bank, a large National Bank and had the same results. It's also repetitive.

    I am running firmware version 2.1 - update1.

    I'd appreciate any help anyone has this problem.

    I think your problem is that your fingers trigger the proximity sensor.  When you enter the numbers on the phone during a call make sure you hit the first speaker key.  This will disable the proximity sensor and the screen will not virgins on you you are trying to enter numbers.  I hope this helps.

    When I run the level the lowest and second lowest level inline queries statements, which consists of a select field of data and functions, there is no error and capable of generating the result.

    But when I run the statement which refer to the alias of queries inline (STD, getCL), it prompted an error ORA-00979 not a group by expression. This happened only Oracle 11.2.0.3. If I run the statement in another version of Oracle (11 GR 1 material and below), I am able to generate the result.

    Please advice how can I fix this problem.

    It seems that this should be the "SAMPLE" TO_CHAR conversions "" SAMPLEDT ".

    You seem to be willing to cut the time part of SAMPLEDT. The best way to do so is TRUNC (SAMPLEDT).

    In each of the groups of clauses, replace TO_CHAR ('SAMPLE'. ("' SAMPLEDT ', 'dd-Mon-yyyy') with TRUNC ('SAMPLE'. (' "SAMPLEDT") and completely remove the TO_CHAR ('SAMPLE'. ("' SAMPLEDT ',"dd-mm-rrrr") in the last group of.

    Replace in selection lists, TO_CHAR ('SAMPLE'. ("' SAMPLEDT ', 'dd-Mon-yyyy') with TO_CHAR (TRUNC ('SAMPLE'. ((' ' SAMPLEDT '), 'dd-Mon-yyyy') and replace TO_CHAR ("SAMPLE". "SAMPLEDT", "dd-mm-rrrr") with TO_CHAR (TRUNC ("SAMPLE" ".")) " "" "SAMPLEDT"), "dd-mm-rrrr").

    These changes can take you the ORA-00979 not one group by expression.

    Also the date manipulation is wrong — you do implicit conversions to date using default formats, when what you seem to want is to truncate the time part. Instead of

     TRUNC(SAMPLE.SAMPLEDT) BETWEEN TRUNC(:StartDate) AND TRUNC(:StartDate) + 6

    Of course, when we changed the function is

    No error is reported, and the value is returned

    However, the function in question is in the use of production since 2004. We are currently a few changes to the application and imported the backup of Oracle 10 g Oracle XE. When we try to run the function, the error is thrown.

    I would like to understand if this is a limitation with Oracle XE that causes this problem. It seems to me that the problem is to select the MAX value in the variable that has been set. Executing the query directly from sqlplus does not generate an error, and therefore do not feel there is an error with the SQL code. The only time that we can't get the error is with the INTO statement.

    Is there a way to use the function as it has been defined in production? Why the ORA-06502 error would be thrown? It does not seem to make sense to me. Would appreciate any guidance on this.

    What happens if you do this and rerun the select

    SQL>alter table test_table modify test_column varchar2 (8 byte);

    Edit:
    You may need to open a SR with Oracle on this one
    (Really, financial system on XE?)
