  Recently my network admin updated windows, and since then I can't see a custom font in flash more. I use classic text with AC2, because its light and does not add too much to the size of the file. It used to work perfectly, but now if I use the textfield, enter a text in my police (NeoSans "BOLD"), then it's just invisible. Although I can select (and it will show the words in reverse).

• Flash CS6 - fonts won't get as a classic text, only as TLF

  I worked on a series of Flash animations in which the main font used is Helvetica Neue, that is embedded using the embed fonts... Menu. Everything worked fine and then yesterday just rendered arrested police. I've spent hours thinking it was a question of recess - which maybe somewhere, the code has been replaced. But then I opened a new file Flash (AS3) and noticed that I could not a static textfield to display text in the Helvetica Neue font. So I unintalled my fonts Helvetica Neue and reinstalled them. I erased my Adobe font caches and caches of Windows fonts (7). I rebooted. Still just a text field empty. Then I tried something radical. I went from the textfield of a classic text in the TLF text. Well it turns out that TLF textfields will display the Helvetica Neue Font very well.

  So, what's the problem? In this project TLF text will not work because I have to publish to Flash Player 8, as part of the design of the project requirements. How can I get Helvetica Neue to begin to work again as a classic text mode?

  If you are using Windows, it could be linked to a recent Windows Update.  Seems to have started yesterday for many people.   Check out this thread (or the other text related discussions yesterday).

  I wonder if anyone knows anything that I'm not on this subject:

  I have a percentage counter in my preloader that still works perfectly fine in CS3. Now I downloaded CS5 preloader displays static text "LOADING" but not the dynamic text with the charge percentage.  I have re-embedded fonts, don't get no error when I publish, and the preloader doesn't actually seem to work. Why dynamic text would not show upward? I use classic text fields.

  Any help, greatly appreciated.

  When you move the slider to the frame that contains your preloader code, do you think that any text in myTextField?  If so, remove it.

  in particular, "LOADING" should not be seen in myTextField.

  If this doesn't solve your problem, you probably haven't a textfield named myTextField.  Use the trace() function to confirm.

• Illustrator crashes on save in. AI with a layer of text not indicated

  Illustrator 2015.3.1 - 10 of Windows with the latest updates installed and NVIDEA GTX GPU 970 (372.70) latest drivers running.

  Illustrator was working fine a couple of days. Today, when I was working on a new file and went to save, Illustrator crashed. I have re-opened, automatic backup of backup is restored, immediately try to save, down again.

  Here's what I did:

  • I checked to see if there was an update available - there were. 2015.3.1 update, restart the computer, Illustrator breaks down.
  • Try to delete the Preferences file, it deletes the automatic record of my work, so I try to edit a new file, add text, trying to save, Illustrator breaks down.
  • Open illustrator, try to disable the use of the GPU in the program, create file, add text, try to save, Illustrator breaks down.
  • Open Illustrator again, create the new file, write something, try to save, Illustrator breaks down.
  • Read online on the problems that others have any with build 2015.3.1. See that users have a problem with text, specifically the fonts on the system.   After a LOT of troubleshooting with support and be wound up to software engineers/developers. It came down to a simple problem that has happened in the past with Adobe Photoshop.

  If there are all the fonts installed on the system that contains special characters in the name of the FILE (I had several that were the symbol of the brand), it will make Adobe Illustrator fails when you change a file, or when you try to save. Previously, I had this problem with Photoshop, but they released a patch that fixed, so hopefully that happens as well with the Illustrator.

  Hope this helps anyone else has a similar problem.

  Now, I need to create a static file - for example just a simple picture (logo).

  I want to just show at the point of the image.

  If I inspect the source of element it shows this:

  

  I have configured all the necessary stuff: apex_rest_config.sql( APEX_LISTENER, APEX_REST_PUBLIC_USER)

  I also tried to configure SQL Developer to manage data REST Services. (java-jar apex.war user adminlistener "Listener administrator")

  Login test. But if I try to connect to the listener the error to occur:

  This problem happens so that a single file or all files in space of static work/applications?

  Go to the tab network browser development tools and inspect what happens if you load a page with files of static applications/work space.

  If you get 404 for work/application space static files then this is the issue of the wrong Configuration of RESTful Services.

  RESTful Services configuration is mandatory at the APEX 5 and this is not just limited to the configuration using apex_rest_config.sql.

  The second step is the configuration of users required for RESTful Services when installing ADR?
