  Hello and thank you all in advance for your help. I'm trying to calculate a value based on the boxes checked. Specifically, I would like to add a particular value $$ each CheckBox and if this box is checked, I want to add to the total rental value (see screenshot below):

  

  As you can see in the screenshot that I have different areas that can be selected (first floor, court before, etc.), I want to assign a value to the checkbox of each region (and added value for others) and calculate a total in the "Balance of rental fees" less the deposit. I'm new with java and scripts but not know how to do it in an excel formula. I guess it's very different from what little I know of Java. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

  Calculation options are in the text field. In this screen, you only need to set the value of exports to the amount this box represents.

• Referencng a Page in another Page item value

  I'm relatively new to Apex and I was using the Apex 4.2 Application guide to try to understand among other things session state. Could someone clarify if the following text, which is confirmed by the official user guide is accurate:

  "When a user sends a page, the engine request Express automatically saves the values typed in the fields (items) in session state. For example, assume that you have an application that contains two pages. The first page of the application contains a form where a user can enter a phone number. You have defined this form by creating a named item P2_PhoneNo . On the second page, you want to display the information that the user enters in the form.

  When the page is submitted, Oracle Application Express captures the value entered in the phone number field and stores the value for later use. The phone number entered by the user can then be retrieved from session state by referencing the element associated with the field in the page. »

  What that means for me is that I should be able to reference/use a point value entered in a field (P1_SUPPLIER_NR on Page 1) on region SQL report IE another page Page 2, as follows: "SELECT... WHERE supplier_nr = : P1_SUPPLIER_NR'. What I found though, is that the value of P1_SUPPLIER_NR is always NULL when accessing the Page 2. I don't know how to move a Page 1 value to use in the Page 2, but the text seems to indicate that I am not explicitly change the value between the 2 Pages.

  I use Apex 4.2 with the EPG and I am speaking here of Page elements rather than the Application parts. Any comments or links to articles relevant etc. are all welcome.

  So, I think, at this stage, your question has been answered, though perhaps not the answer you were hoping for.

  So that the value of Page 1 to be available to Page 2, the condition is that it must be defined in the session. As a beginner describes, how the simpler to proceed is junction of the page 1 page 2 following a send operation. There are other ways, through JavaScript, to put it in the session, but if your goal is less work, then this probably isn't it answer for you.

  For what it's worth, branching and defining the corresponding items in the resulting page are the more standard way of doing things.

  I want the value of an element to another page.

  Is there a good tutorials on it? I don't want to use the URL for it, if you understand what I mean.

  Also I would like to learn more about session state in the apex and how it works and how I could display a value of an element stored in the session state. So if you have some good reads on that I would appreciate it.

  I have some problems with dynamic Action "set value". What I want to do is located a Page element with a variable derived from javascript. So basically, I have a JavaScript variable ' test' which is changed by javascript code. I use dynamic Action "Set Value" to set this value in a page element. As a source, Im using "Javascript Expression." He was, however, the value set with JAvascript expression dynamic Action does not reflect this change in the session, then the page item is not updated.

  Apex. Submit-> works, but submits the page. I need to present only the Page element.

  because JavaScript itself cannot change the session state from points, it must be done via ajax - which is the case at present.

• How to disable the LOV values based on the State of some?

  I have a requirement like this.

  (1) LOV Field (1), when I get a value here then based on the query I get two new values and assign to another two LOV Fields (2,3) and then disable them. However, when I enter the value in the field LOV (1) based on one of the conditions I won't have no default value then LOV fields must be enabled so that the user can select the values of LOV.

  (2) now an another LOV domain (4) when I go here again, then again two fields a LOV (5), and the free text field must be filled in.

  To do this, I wrote the logic in the following way:

  (1) get the LOV box-1 value and deriving the new values and set the session Variable to 1 and then refresh the Page. Now in PR get the Variable from Session 1 and assigning new values to LOV fields 2 and 3 and then using the property Setdisabled I deactivation.

  (2) getting the value of LOV field-4 and then drifting two new values and set the session Variable-2 and refresh the Page. Now in PR get Session-2, and then set the new values for the LOV-5 field and free text. But once the Page Refreshed and assigning values, values that we have given in the Point 1 in the LOV-2 fields, 3 turn white and field's get activated.

  Can you please let me how to achieve this? and also why the values are empty when I implement Point-2.

  This VO have no matter what right SQL query, so even if you run the VO by using vo.executeQuery (), you will not get all the lines in the VO.

  So in the PR you need createRow and insert VO (otherwise your page no mistake) the below blog can be considered as an example.

  On top of which is explained in the blog above, you set the values for the attributes of the useful, likely to set the value for the other LOV.

• Is it possible to show/hide something on the car (registration - buy) page that is based on the name or the productId?

  I need to show some of my form of payment based on the name or the productId. I have 2 types of products, family and individual. If they have product in the family is selected they need to add dependent information.

• Calculate the value based on the selection of the checkbox

  People from g ' Day,.

  I have myself a little stuck on a job that I have here, this javascript Gets the better of me.

  The idea is that this script takes the total sub and adds a surcharge for credit card (in percentage) based on a selection of the checkbox, then spit out the value to be entered in another field.

  If someone could have a quick look over what follows and let me know where I went wrong, it would be appreciated.

  Hello

  Well, I don't understand the question "no refresh" you mention. However, you did it that the workflow is isolated and does not share its DataControl? If you share the DataControl then region 1 and 2 show the same data and are just one and same.

  I have an Acrobat PDF form where there are 8 combo boxes (not editable) which are related in a logical way, but have unique names and a list of unique values, with the exception of a default value that represents 'null' or 'none '.

  for example:

  The first 1 combo box value is "none" followed by the value A1, B1, C1, etc., and Combo box 2 the first value is 'none' followed of the values A2, B2, C2, etc...

  The combined list useful values for every combo boxes relate to the types of unique product for the user to select mode 'radio button '.

  When the user selects one of the 8 Combo boxes and performs one selection other than 'none', then the form must verify the 7 other combo boxes and when any current value is not equal to 'none', he has to change 'None '.

  The following script is currently enrolled in the properties of "Actions - Mouse Run - Up a Javascript" from one of the drop-down list boxes, others have similar scripts as well.

  The current problem is that, when a Combo is selected and one option other than the 'none' value is clicked, the other combo boxes do not include the 'None' value.

  To reset the other combo boxes requires another click on the option which has just been moved to the position selected in the drop-down list, but it seems reasonable that the drop-down list boxes should reset with the initial click the option in the drop-down list.

  I tried other properties (Format, validate, Calculate) but without success.

  What I'm missing here?

  The normal way to proceed is to define "value option selected to validate immediately" and to place the code in the event of the combo box button. And instead of the first two lines you have, you need to use something like:

  If (! event.willCommit & event.changeEx! == 'none') {}

  Your other code goes here

  }

  The changeEx property returns the value of exports, if any, for the selected item.
