  You can use the cordova-plugin-device plugin for a UUID of the device (this api is the same on iOS, Android,...)

  This isn't exactly the same as the IMEI, but it is unique enough to identify the device, while protecting the privacy of the owner of the phone.

  If you need to get the IMEI, then google is your friend. This [1] was the first result when searching for "imei cordova.

  There's a good stack overflow article here [2] which has the disadvantage of using this value and encourage you to consider other ways to identify users, because users cannot trust your application if you ask for this info. Read the accepted answer.

• To save the movie app crashed using Siri

  I have an Apple TV with the latest non-beta OS 4.  Watching Dark Knight Rises.  Whenever I try to use Siri to save 30 seconds, it rewind the film of 30 seconds and then the film Soft has promptly stops and restarts, forcing me to go through the hassle to find the film and commissioning.

  This exact thing also happens if I pause the movie, allow the saver to start screen and then press the remote control to exit the screensaver... the movie app just crashes.

  Reboots don't fix.  It happened with all the movies I've tried.  Manually progress.

  No problem using Siri in the Youtube app.

  It looks a bit like this another recent thread: Returning to film on Apple TV 4 results with automatic return to the view of the 'Films'. I see the behavior even if I try to use Siri to jump into a film with movies app restart. Apple has indicated via Apple TV Feedback.

  Last updated sdk Gold, TabActions added an ActionBAr do app crash and close without displaying an error.

  It worked well on a previous sdk beta, but same code breaks in gold.

  I also tried a sample application which adds an actionbar and breaks when the tabs button is clicked.

  Thank you for bringing this place. In fact, we are looking at this question. My apologies for now see it sooner.

  The workaround, which is actually a better UX experience, would be to put a tabOverflowParent and adding in your content.

  I use the iPhone 6, iOS 8.1.3, with a development certificate.

  With Adobe AIR SDK 16.0.0.283 and now with 17.0.0.93, after compiling the application (whether release or debug mode), before the getTimer() app can never reach 999 milliseconds the app will crash. Any code that I have, it just hangs before the runtime can never reach the first second.

  Anyone else having this kind of behavior?

  Thanks for your quick response. I found a way to reproduce. It is on the interfaces, and when I try to call a method with an interface of the application hangs. I think it's related to interface with several parameters. I have connected the bug here:

  This is very unusual.  Two thoughts come to mind.

  1. Your storage space is too full?  Check the settings > general > storage & use iCloud > manage storage (in storage).  Make sure you have at least 10% (hopefully more than 15%) of total storage of your iPhone for free.
  2. Use iTunes (you must use the current version - 12.5.1, as this is the only version supporting iOS 10) to upgrade.  See 'Your device via iTunes update' here: update the iOS on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch - Apple Support software

• Why my app crashes when in the dialer?

  I recently had a few crashes at reception or to make a call on my motorcycle g xt1032. I get a pop up saying unfortunately "contacts ceased." I am still able to make the call, but the pop up still until I press OK. Its really annoying that I have to press OK every time before answering a call.

  It's the recent updates of Lollipop for Google + which allows to create the questions and the Contacts app crash when you use the dialer on and outside. Very pretty darn boring and the last update on Google + do not resolve this problem for me yet. The simple but awkward solution is temporarily disable or uninstall the Google app + until they fix this annoying bug. It seems that the issue is not there when phones are updated to the lollipop, but it's still pretty boring for us with slow update schedules.

  I developed an application of game and because it is a 3D game, using a lot of resources of the device, it will crash / frozen in our device of players (customers), I need to know why.

  The problem is in the Passport, before releasing passport, our game works greatly to Z10, Z30, Q10, Z3 for more than half the year, but it is crash / frozen usually in the Passport.

  I had a camera, passport, if my game has a programming problem with a sure way to repeat, I can solve any problem of crash as soon as POSSIBLE, but he never accident / frozen in my passport test event if I played for a while.

  This problem has confused me for a long time...

  1, is there a way to get crash log or system easily connect my device players (customers)? Do not need to install any token debugging and other environment in their PC. I knew only a few ways to get the shrimp log but not custom device.

  2, I found a ' BlackBerry Logging Tools software "in the settings of the device, it records something about mechine, but this is a binary format, the name like"bbswltLog... ". ", I can convert it into a format readable humman? How? Can I get the official BlackBerry developers help? I Googled that, but have not all useful messages.

  I remember old BB OS can use Alt + lglg to access the stack app crash information in any device, I expect an easy way even in the new system of BB10

• BlackBerry Z10 BlackBerry World app crashing on Z10 phone

  Hello BlackBerrians,
  I knew the World of BlackBerry app crashes when I try to run it on my Z10. I use a 100-2, with the OS 10.2.1.2102 STL. I get the message: "year error has occurred and BlackBerry World needs to close." Try to wait a few minutes and then reopen BlackBerry World'. This happened about a month now.
  I have to repeatedly open and close the application until it finally works. The updated OS that I applied was a small BlackBerry published approximately one month, there are or not. It is the only link I can associate with this error. Does anyone else know this problem? How can I solve it?

  I realized that when I swith off my WiFi connection and the use of the mobile data connection to connect to the BlackBerry World, it is not closing. I can then turn on the WiFi and continue normally. It's the work that I found about work. I'll use it until BlackBerry releases another update of its software OS10. Thanks for your help.
