• Reinstall InDesign CS6 (not CC) of Creative Cloud Apps?

  Hello

  I recently updated my InDesign CS6 and something went wrong (would open is no longer). I tried to delete the preferences that didn't work so I uninstalled with the intention to reinstall. Unfortunately, I see now that InDesign CS6 doesn't seem to be an option in the list of Creative Cloud App, I can only download InDesign CC from there. When I signed up initially to creative cloud you could of times!

  Now, the CC version is probably great, but for backward compatibility issues, I still need to run CS6 right now. I hope that someone can offer some helpful tips?

• Computer think InDesign CS6 is CC and won't let me open my program without subscription

  I have the CS6 adobe creative suite installed on my computer and use almost every day. A few months ago, I bought a subscription monthly to InDesign CC and used for a few months before disabling it. Then, I continued to use my InDesign CS6 without any problem. Today my InDesign CS6 froze on me after that I saved a PDF of my file, so I force quit the program. Now, whenever I try to restart InDesign CS6, Adobe Application Manager appears and tells me that I need to renew my subscription to Creative cloud be able to use it! Very frustrating. All my other programs CS6 open for myself, it's just the InDesign that I have problems with. I use a Mac. How can I stop this happens so that I can return to reuse as usual my InDesign CS6? Thank you!

  I see that your Adobe Id is associated with an expired / suspended Design CC subscription.

  If you have CC desktop app installed please uninstall and uninstall Indesign CC as well. and then try to use Indesign cs6. It may ask you to click on license this software and ask for serial key that you can use to activate it.

  Hi friends,

  I'm trying to merge several documents into one at my workplace in Indesign CS6. In the script first I ask the user to select the docs to merge, what am I saying to Indesign to open all documents selected one by one and duplicate pages in them, at the end of an another (already open) doc1.

  The code is something like this:

  It is normal, all pages go through with doc1 but they form a single gap. If the user selects 10 docs, with 12 pages in them, that in Doc1, I get a gigaspread with 10 x 12 = 120 pages.

  No matter how many Sections have been the source, sections remain valid in doc1, but within this wiiiiideeee spread.

  Pls tell me how I could make Indesign to keep the structure of dissemination of the original source documentation! I can't find any setting or option to regulate this behavior.

• InDesign CS6 spelling does not not after installation of the Plugin Blurb

  I am running Adobe InDesign CS6 Version 8.0 on OS X Yosemite Version 10.10.5 and installed the last Plugin Blurb (Blurb book creator CS6 v2.7.0.20d18s.dmg): http://www.blurb.com/apps/InDesign-Plugin/v2-download

  After installing the Plugin, I point out spelling CS6 InDesign no longer works. Spell check worked perfectly just before installing the Plugin.

  
  

  I see that my operating system does not appear in the list of Blurb Book Creator download (it goes only until Mac OS X 10.9).

  
  

  I created a layout without other problems (as far as I can tell) I just don't seem to not be able to run spell check.

  If someone else has the same problem, here is the solution (thanks to Grabzoo on a previous discussion forum):

  Open the paragraph Styles Panel, and then double-click one of the styles (i.e. [standard paragraph]). Click on the "Advanced character Formats" tab in the left navigation menu; Verify that the language is set to your preferred language (e.g. English: us.).

  Do this for all the styles listed, and then save your document. Run the spell checker and your problem should be solved.

  It worked for me.

  Cannot install Indesign CS6 in another mac (10.6.8).

  The licenses have been reactivated by Adobe. But I still have the same error message.

  Sorry, but they closed the other discussions and I don't really know what to do...

  I tried to restart and install in safe boot... but does not work.

  I tried to clean up the hosts file but had nothing with adobe mentioned on the file...

  I installed for a long time while there is a hacked version of master collection CS6 there may be something related?

  I'm a MacBook OS X 10.6.8 Subscriber user and CC.

  InDesign CS6 via cloud and then updated to Id CC but my MacBook, I realize is not able to run.

  Want to get CS6 once again, but all the advice came back saying Download CC desktop application, which unfortunately I can't do as the required configuration is not capable. How can I get my return using the Apps Manager CS6? or others?

  MAC Mini with 2 partitions: MAC and WIN7. Partition of MAC is fine.

  WIN crashed a day ago. Install new WIN 7 charges. I installed Creative Cloud Desktop app for the VICTORY. I need two versions of InDesign: InDesign CS6 which worked perfectly until VICTORY crashed and InDesign CC2014. Despite I selected all versions of the application in a desktop CC app, when I tried to install I didn't see no option to select what version of InDesign. Instead, InDesign CC2014 installed automatically.

  I went to my account via Adobe site jump to get it from there. The new website is looking fine, but I can't find the option to download InDesign CS6. In fact I can't find anywhere in the new site of earlier versions.

  Please help me.
