  (b) has detected before HARD drive in my computer screen? If so, did you do changes on the computer before this problem?

  Thanks for the update, rwillm.  It seems that the installation of the printer can be a little messed up.  If the printer software is always installed, but simply lacks the printer, then I would advise to do a little cleaning before choosing to add the printer back.

  • Make sure that the printer is deleted from the file devices and printers
  • Click on one of the remaining printers folder
  • Select the properties of the print server at the top of the window
  • Click the tab drivers
  • Remove all drivers in this window for the Officejet 4500

  Also check in the Device Manager to verify that there is no mention of remaining of the 4500.

  • Click on the start menu
  • Right click on computer
  • Select manage in the list
  • Click Device Manager in the list of questions on the left side of the window that opens
  • Click the view at the top of the menu, and then select Show hidden devices
  • Remove all references to the 4500 in the list of devices

  After making sure of the device is gone, I recommend bike devices in the power circuit: router, computer and printer.

  * Make sure the printer has a valid IP address after switching back on and is connected to the same network as your PC before adding the printer.

• Inspiron 1525 not able to select the internal microphone for the webcam, or it appears on the Control Panel, sound, Audio devices

  In the Panel configuration, Device Manager, sound video and game controllers, there are two high definition Audio devices listed: location 1 (internal Bus High Definition Audio) - I take it that it is the internal mic. and location 2 (Audio High Definition Bus Interior) - I take it that it is the external microphone jack.   Control Panel, sound, the recordings tab showed 2 devices that looked like identical except the bars that show green with volume were only on the first, which is also the default and would detect sound if you're real close to the webcam microphone when you talk.   Accessories, Sound Recorder records are silent any distance you get to internal webcam mic.

  Dell WebCam Audio Source tab has two selections, the two reading Microphone (3 - high definition Audio Device). Both selections recorded the sound with the EXTERNAL microphone jack. There is no way to select the internal microphone webcam, it is not an option.

  According to the instructions found on the web, I uninstalled the first device only in the Device Manager and rebooted. The same version of the same driver has been installed. But now the parameters have changed. Device Mgr shows Loc 1 and 2 pass.   I try to use my bluetooth headset.  It is paired with success and it seems in the window bluetooth devices.  However, it will not work.  I looked in the sound control panel and the helmet does not appear.  This use to work, but stopped.  How do I add the bluetooth headset icon in the sound control panel so I can choose it as audio device by default?  I uninstalled and reinstalled the device several times.  I also have a bluetooth mouse and it works fine.  There is no other bluetooth devices.  I use Windows 7.

  f) click set default-> default device

  (g) If you want the device of Communication by default and the default unit will be defined on the same audio device just click on the button set by default instead.

• Installed applications do not appear in the control CC app

  I installed several applications (PS CC, 5 Lightroom, first CC and more) the application of creative control Cloud (app name/window title: 'CC').

  Using OS X on my 21.5-inch iMac 10.11.6 find small boxes containing unwanted orders often open on my computer screen when I place my cursor in a position to order an action such as 'delete' (for example) which is already there and requires nothing more than a pressure on my mouse to work. These boxes often vary in content, and all are difficult and time consuming to remove. Is there a way to prevent their unwanted interference?   But maybe the battery BT software has been installed and is why the BT icon is visible in the control panel.

  Windows Defender cannot be used with AVG, McAfee, MSE or Norton, and several other AV products also report potential problems with Windows Defender.  It is part of the Vista and Win 7 operating system and cannot be uninstalled.  It must be uninstalled XP if you use AVG, McAfee, MSE and Norton.
