  I use Firefox for years, but I can't find a way to work around this problem. The problem started after I upgraded to v38.0.5 but I tried to go back to v35.0 and it has not solved the problem. I tried the safe mode and finally uninstalled, delete Mozilla registry entries and performed a clean installation. I am still unable to view the options.

  As soon as I click on Tools / Options menu I get an AppHangB1. Initially, the problem manifests itself by trying to add attachments in Gmail.   I think that these two errors may actually be related, like IE (and Chrome as well by the way, this be why I think that the two issues are related) works fine, until I just any type of site where I need to download a file.  This happened in the light, as our Chief of accounts needs to download a flat file in a room online banking software.  What's going to happen (and, again, this can be repeated as needed) is: -.

  auggi, when I got back on my colleague's PC, I thought I would test to see if the feature didn't always before considering saving data dumps etc, and it worked fine!

  I left it overnight with instructions for the lady who uses the PC to test this morning and see if it's all workers, and it is still, it seems that the fix does not immediately solve the problem of browser, but there later - maybe after a second reboot or something... very strange!

  In all case, this matter can now be considered closed, so all that remains for me to say thank you very much for your help, you are amazing :)

  It was running FINE until YESTERDAY.

  It crashed while I was importing images.

  This problem seems to be related to the display adapter drivers

  You can try to disable the option of CPU graph use in Preferences > performance.

  Then restart Lightroom, and look for the question.

  I have an ATI Radeon HD 4620 graphics card and I'm running Windows 7 32 bit. My system is a PC HP Compaq 8100 Elite - Intel Core i5 to 3.33 GHz with 4 GB of RAM.   See the directions for what they are: you have the garbage fonts on your system. If it happened with the text tool may not simply have degenerated to a point where he'll be right because some system fonts is affected as well. Straighten the fonts yopur, trash the prefs, try again.
