  You can probably remove and re - enter the map.  Settings > portfolio & Apple pay unless the credit card is also the default value, the one you use with your Apple ID.  In the latter case, go to settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > review Apple ID > payment information to update your card information.  Yet once, you may need to remove and re-add the map here.

  It probably wasn't your bank. They ask you for the details of the account confirmed that you were you? If yes you have given access to your account to someone else. Contact your bank directly and discuss with them.

  Set up Apple pay with a debit or credit requires that you run through a security process with the issuer of your card or the Bank. Even if someone has your credit card number or debit, they would not be able to create a fake account Apple pay to run with him.   Force restart your iPhone > press on and hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

  Some card issuers can automatically associate your new card with the current number of account of the device (created when your original card has been added to your device), replacing the old card.
