  It probably wasn't your bank. They ask you for the details of the account confirmed that you were you? If yes you have given access to your account to someone else. Contact your bank directly and discuss with them.

  In fact, 30 images/s is very good for playing games, but in crowded cities and intense parts of some games, my lappie slows down in the mid-teens.  This is why I need help for her.

  You said that the laptop I have specced would get 25 fps (which is playable) with high resolution of crazy, that's not even an option on this laptop.  Then I showed you that it gets 41fps in a resolution of the laptop.

  Hello

  I assume you are using Flash Builder 4.6? If so, then in the project settings, project > properties, select Flex Build package (or ActionScript build) select 'Apple iOS' and then check the box 'enable this target platform '. You can then fill the signature information, etc., and you're ready.

  If you use Flash Builder 4.5, you must download 4.6 FB and use it. This is a free update if you have a 4.5 serial number.

  We cannot tell which country you are, but in many countries these days, debit cards are not acceptable.   This also applies to the prepaid cards in stores.  You will need a card of credit supported by a bank in your country.
