  I am trying to apply a positioning widget to a simple contact form. Is this possible? Muse is not allow me to assign a graphic style for the contact widget.

  You can apply effects of form and then save it as a library for use in other pages, I think it's a third party widget on the widget.

• How to deal with forms not continuous and graphic styles

  I don't know how to phrase this question so I will try to describe the problem.

  Imagine that I have two forms. One is a hollow circle (like a doughnut chart). The second is filled with a smaller circle. The smaller filled circle is then poitioned inside the hoolowed one, if you as a target, but with no group 'middle '. I want to do is apply a graphic style to the COMBINED form. The problem is that if I select both shapes and apply the style, each form will have its own style, whereas what I want is for the style to be spread across the two forms as if they were one. And if I use the generator of form tool, when I join two forms, from outside, filled circle inside circle dug, I filled in the form of the "middle band" then I want this median strip to be empty.

  You can probably I don't know Illustrator and Photoshop is from. PS, I can simply select my two shapes and apply a style. Given that my selection is a form that does not take into account the median strip, the style applies uniformly to the entire selection. I can do something similar in Illustrator? In reality, my network of forms is more complex than the example above and I have to keep a vector.

  Really, there are two types of Graphic Styles - object styles level and group level. It is Impossible to tell what style is who. So if you have a level of the Style object and try to apply it to a group of objects or often a compound shape, you get each object with the style. If you have a style of group level and try to apply it to an object, you often get asked anything.

  It may seem that you have a style of object level and try to apply it to a group.

  There is no way to convert a level of the object style to a style of group level or vice versa. The best (and almost only) I found to work around this problem is to apply the style to the correct level then take note of all the style settings, select other classes and recreate the style of this level.

  Whether or not a style applies correctly has a lot to do with specific aspects of the style in addition to what level the style originated from. It is a frustrating aspect of Graphic Styles.

• copy / paste from 2014 to 2015 Rectangles with graphic styles don't return does not correctly.

  I open an Illustrator Document of 2014 in 2015 with a rectangle in the corners rounded as a graphic style.

  Paste this into a new document, and the actual location of the rectangle and the location of the show are FAR apart from each other.

  Change the race, and it can be corrected.

  Open a Document from 2014 to 2015, to APPLY a graphic style, corner rounding, save it... Open it, copy it to a new document... Did the same thing.

  Fix who in a 2015 NEW Document, save/open/then copy it on a 2014 file, open in 2015... and the screw up which comes back.

  Only face a NEWLY drawn with a graphic style to a NEW document box Illustrator NOT screw this place.

  Just change the rectangle a little to fix this error.  Re apply the graphic style... edit a stroke color /... but it happens EVERY time.

  Please apply the latest patch 19.1 this should solve your problem.

  Graphic style, I currently draw the line or shape, and then click the style that I want to use, and then right or the shape appears as the style.

  I would like to be able to click on the Style first, then draw the line or shape. If I have it, click the Style you want, and then start drawing the line or the shape takes on the first fill and stroke listed in the style, not the entire style?

• Graphic style that adds the line without changing the filling?

  I want to assign a graphic style that adds to the existing style. For example, I need to add the same line to various objects that have different fillings. I can do it with a graphic Style? I know that I can the group object and add the style of the group, but it complicates the structure of the file. I would have preferred the race has been added to the object itself. I watched "additives styles", but don't think they are what I'm looking for.

  Select the object of Alt/Option click on the graphic Style with the stroke to be added.

• Add another style to my library of graphic styles

  Hello!  I have a nice graphic Style "Functional Classification" defined.  My needs have changed, and I need to add extra fillings to this graphic Style defined by the user.  I can't understand how to add an element - is - it possible or should I create a new palette of graphical Style?

  Then you will need to copy and paste objects with the new graphic Styles in the new Document profile that allows you to create a file of file > new or file model if you use one. Open the file you need in the file > open and navigate to the file. Paste items into the file and then drag each to the graphic Styles Panel and name correctly. Remove the pasted objects and save the file. If you use a template file, then use Save as and replace the original with the new version. New Graphic Styles are now avialable when you do a File > New.

• Add to an existing graphic Styles library?

  I just saw that we accidentally omitted our style of orle of our graphic style library.  It does not accept the new lines dragged into it, nor do I find an icon 'Add a new style'.  Is it possible to add a line to an existing library style?  Thank you!

  Open the library as an Illustrator file. Add the style in the file (paste from an existing file, and then delete pasted object). Record.

• Problem when trying to create the graphic style...

  I am trying to create a menu of the nave and to do this, create a unique graphic style that can reach my end goal. I can get what I want using a distinct form, but that defeats the purpose of the unique graphic style. I thought I could achieve the look by using an effect under

  Effect>Pathfinder

  But that is not the result I was expecting. Below you can see what the graphic style looks like currently, so I want to add to it (the brilliant) if all goes well in the same graphic style. Is this possible?

• Cannot find custom graphic Styles

  I created and saved Graphic Styles in Illustrator CS4. When I followed the path of the default save location (applications > Illustrator > Presets > en_US > Graphic Styles) are not there. I used the Spotlight to search for my machine for files, but it returns no result.

  I created a new custom location for recording the graphic Styles in the future, but I would like to locate these "missing" files, so that I can remove them.

  Anyone know how to locate these files?

  Can I locate and remove them from in Illustrator?

• Definition of the object for movies Styles

  Hello!

  In the ExtendScript API, movie, I can see a property called appliedObjectStyle (which is similar to that for images). But when I try to apply an object style to video, InDesign does not. The object Style Panel is disabled and there is no way to select an object style. Because this type of property has been listed in the API, I suppose it's possible to do. Could someone help me with affixing of an object style to the movies?

• Scrolling on Preview animation does not what its supposed to then sets the design document, also going to the mess of the page master all the link and all the objects in the subpages and sends the data more irrelevant site

  When I use scroll animated: Walker I saw in the browser, it does not work in the x / y position cordinated in design mode. then when I go back to the design mode the object moved permenantly. Also when I extend the master page, then go to edit page with the master page applied to all objects and links are deformed and moved to the top of the page. Why? and also I have some links in the text and the buttons become irregular colours or States without reason then do only what they are supposed to after you press them and return them. ?

  These are common questions of interest because I think for a product, you pay for it should be able to do all the simple things like keeping the objects in place.

  Hello!  When I combine several functions (usually for purposes of alignment), separating them and then throw all the objects on a layer.  It's pretty frustrating; Anyone know a work around?

  You need to revise your workflow. When you group things they belong on the layer of the object higher in the Group and when you release that's where they stay. You could try to save a selection instead of a group for purposes of alignment by watching. A selection can have objects on multiple layers.

  Well, as far as I know, there no way to do it. Apply an object style to a group applies this style to all elements within the group as well. So, I resorted to writing a script for this.

  Hey all!

  I am a user of AI through Creative Cloud, so using CS6, on my Windows machine and everything is up-to-date.

  I played with Graphic Styles more and this is the first time I have encountered this problem and I hope that there could be someone who is able to help me.

  I've created a bit of a GS complex that contains a lot of strokes, fills, gradient (no transparent node), shadows, lights outdoor, transformation and offset path effects, brain with round hats and wiped out stroke, drop shadow on a stroke, no gradient on traits.

  I created more than 110 GSs and they recorded properly in one. Format HAVE CS6. However, when I just save them in an earlier version, when I open the file of the GSS are gone and everything that I've drawn on the artboard have been expanded.

  So I did some trial and error, trying to save a GS of a copy and the pasted object and then selecting a GS in the AI CS6 file and saving it in just CS5. The object is still growing and there is nothing outside of the default value of GS in the Panel.

  Nothing is bundled, all applied to an object. The styles work fine on the objects and text, so I'm a bit puzzled why they have the habit of saving in a legacy format.

  The only thing I thought is there could be too many shots, but when I tried a GS that had with the effects of direct pixelation on deleted and only 3 races, he didn't develop, but he was even more in the Panel of the GS.

  Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

  Each version gets new features. In CS5 and CS6 lot of stuff has been renewed, for example the Gaussian blur, appearing in the shadows litters and glimmers. Therefore, it is quite normal that you cannot save your graphic styles for older versions.
