  So I remember in ESX 3 you can use "esxtop network" and find what a vNIC VMs has been mapped to as uplink but in ESX 4 it looks different.  I have searched for the answer and can't find it anywhere.

  This will show you what vnic uses each vm and then the host configuration you can see what Teddy is mapped to the vnic.

  Whenever I restart the startup of the server, the error below

  oracle.wsm.common.sdk.WSMException: WSM-07620: Agent cannot apply policies due to either failure during extraction of policies or a validation error, detail = "failure of WSM-02302 of document repository to access underlying 'Exception during invoke' error.

  The same project works well before restarting!  This is not the first time, whenever I restart I encounter the same problem.  What could be the problem and how to overcome them?

  I got it to work.  In deployments"(administration console), wsm - pm service showed 'impossible' status.  I did it to 'Active '.  The question disappeared after that.  Don't know the reason why wsm - am was able to start!

  I really wonder the max speed in the datasheet.  0,0833 "/ to 3.3" rev / s = about 40RPS (2400 RPM), which is extremely fast for a motor, especially at 24VDC.  Know exactly what engine is on the cylinder and go to www.applied-motion.com and you should be able to find curves of torque for that or a similar engine with various readers.  You will see that couple to 24VDC curves are not good.  In addition, ask Ultramotion if their speed/strength curve is theoretical, or tests have been conducted.

  1: try to add the following command in your router.

  Panel MultiLink virtual-model 1

  2: set 'crypt map rtp' command in virtual model 1 void-configuation.

  3: remove 'crypt map rtp' command of all the interface configuration and closure of the serial interface.

  4: highly recommended to remove the following command from each serial interface.

  5: If still does not work, apply new 'crypt card rtp"command in all interfaces of Seraglio under configuration.

• Clone the virtual machine between two ESX 3.5.0 servers (low connection)

  Hi all!

  I have two ESX 3.5.0 servers that are managed by a vCenter servers one have just the connection of 32 KB.

  I need to clone one of my virtual machines from one to the other ESX is W2k8 created with 40 GB HARD drive. I tried to start it clone trough my low connection, but the task is about 86% for 4 days :|

  Is it possible to clone virtualmachine on one of my ESX for its local storage and after that, get it by vCenter for example an external HARD drive and then copy them all to my second ESX? How to run copied virtual machine on my second ESX? Maybe I can do it with another way - ideas?

  Two ESX are the same versions and machines, only the names and the ip addresses are different.

  I don't think it is possible since the virtual disk will be 40 GB in size - I was suggesting using a laptop as a server NFS ESX sees and access the virtual machine for this storage clone - it take the first vessel of ESX host it to secondary site attach NFS datastore on the second ESX Server and using the browser of data store you navigate to the cloned VMX of VM file and to him the second ESX host - you can cold migrate leaving the second host and then move the cursor above for the storage you want.

  Hi Mark,

  When you set the source of the tunnel in the tunnel interface, the router adds the IP address of the specific interface (loopback or physical) to the GRE packet generated by the tunnel interface.

  This is useful when you need to deliver a tunnel through the Internet WILL, but the tunnel interface has an IP of priivate, if you use the interface external (with a public IP address) as the source of the tunnel.

  When remote endpoint WILL receive the packet, search interface tunnel there as destination of the tunnel and decaps the packets, and then he gets the GRE packet and forwards it to the specific tunnel interface.

  Since 12.4 you simply apply the crypto map to the interface defined as the' tunnel', usually the one connected to the Internet, where all VPN tunnels are landed. The reason for this is the endpoint VPN termination being the physical and not the tunnel interface interface.

  The reason why you need to add the encryption card for both is not clear for me, since I did not support older versions of code.

  Do not forget that when configuring a GRE/IPsec tunnel in ACL Cryptography you set the source and tunnel destination IPs.

  ESX 4.1 virtualizes not VT - x. This feature is available from ESXi 5.0. Official support for virtualized VT - x is available from ESXi 5.1.

• ESX 3.5 upgrade to VSphere 4, question of SAN.

  First time poster long time reader and disgester of all.  Thanks for all the info everyone.

  We manage all the IBM HS21XM blades.  We have all our warehouses of VM data on a San and the guests all have the ESX OS on the local blade HARD drive.  On the KB update: http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US & cmd = displayKC & externalId = 1009039 it says on the step 5 Note ESX Server to physically disconnect the fiber during the upgrade.

  Since we are in a blade chassis that will cut all of our ESX host.  So it's kind of bad for us during the opening hours.

  My question is is in the chassis and by disabling the good enough to meet this stage port of host level or the fiber must be disconnected from the chassis?

  step 5 is just a security measure to ensure that warehouses data on SAN used be disturbed during the upgrade. It is not required of disconnect\disable SAN LUNS before starting the upgrade.

  Compared with 3.5, 4.0 upgrade mechanism is different, SAN data warehouses will not be disturbed in the current method of upgrade.  So far I have strength hear any question saying upgrade disturbed warehouses of data on SAN 4.0 updated.

• Not put numbers at level with El Capitan

  Have recently updated my ElCapitan worm 10.11.4 iMac desktop computer. The demand numbers remains to be the worm ' 09.

  When you use help Numbers ' 09, it refers to the characteristics that seem to apply to a newer version, which, after a search, is worm 3.6.1. I see no avenue to upgrade to this later version without having to pay for it on the App Store.

  Numbers, Keynote, Pages are part of the iWorks who are paid Apple developed applications.  (replaced by Photos which is free) to iPhoto, iMovie and GarageBand are part of iLife, which fall in the same category of additional paid Apple developed applications. These applications come pre-installed with many new computers, but they are still the App Store applications that are separate from the operating system.  Upgrading the operating system does not refresh App Store applications without worrying if they have been developed by Apple or a third party.  Hope this helps to understand why the operating system upgrade not also update the numbers.  I suggest you contact Apple to see if other options are available for the update of the numbers instead of buying it again.

I understand that most VMware products do most of the time, but my experience is limited to VMware Workstation, Server, ACE and player. I already know I want VMware View 3 for office centralized management and can use VMware ThinApp to deploy stand-alone applications that everyone uses (such as MS Office, Firefox) with the exception of an application (the store management software) which unfortunately requires Terminal Server - so I want to convert the existing Windows Svr'03 R2se Terminal Server running the store management software , in a virtual machine, I hope that can also run on the same ESX or ESXi physical server that also hosts VMware View

  My Questions are the following:

  (Q1) What is the minimum number of physical servers required for a VMware View solution 3 10-20 more a virtualized 10 standard client Terminal Server Windows Server 2003 R2 "edition"?

  I'd put a Terminal Server in this Envirenment so; but don't forget that you need a Windows Virtual Center and Connection Broker server as well and I wouldn't put them two on the Terminal Server.

  I need little help of networking, we have a physical switch and VM heap are attached to it and physical switch isn't a failvoer configuration, so whenever we lose our physical switch all the vm offline, what I can do to level comments to avoid this problem? I think to add additional NIC on a guest and then perform balancing I guess? any ideas would be appreciated...

  Goodness, I thought I was going crazy, glad to see we're all on the same page now... Here is a shot of a network configuration, you can see that 2 bears are assigned to the DMZ portgroup.  vmnic4 and vmnic5 are both connected on different physical switches, so any virtual machine that is part of this portgroup has access to these cards.  ESX decides what Teddy the virtual machine uses so no need to configure anything at the OS level, it is completely transparent.  If a bear down ESX automatically sends the data on it.

That works well, but my boss has decided now that he wants that to change color on mouseover buttons in addition to the image that is already in place. I'm sure it's simple, but now that I've added the second behavior of the passage of the mouse, the image is not change to its original state when the mouse is not on the menu.
  
  If none of this makes sense for everyone, I would really appreciate a hint. As I said, I'm sure it's a simple solution, and I feel stupid asking but I cannot waste any more time trying to figure it out on my own. Thanks a bunch!

  This shows me a little. First, you use spaces in your
  file/paths. Stop that!

  Then, you apply multiple instances of the swap behavior when you
  should do the whole kaboodle with a single instance. Select the trigger,
  apply the behavior, select an image by its name and browse the replacement.
  then select another image by its name and go to his replacement and repeat
  until your face turns blue. Then click on OK to terminate the application of behavior.
  This will change your code to something like this-

  HOWEVER, who will restore the TWO exchanged pictures. If you want only one of the
  two images to restore, then you will need to UNCHECK the auto restoration
  option when you apply the behavior and then apply the NEW behavior
  restore only the desired image. Make sure that you change its event of
  the onmouseover DW wants to to onmouseout when you do this
  second swap.
