However, what I can tell you, is that we now use the name of the folder that you publish the Application. For example, 'My Applications' is the default location and appear under start\program as you say. You can create a new folder called farm name and publish apps for this, then they will appear under Start Menu\Programs\Farm name Unfortunately, it's not like you can make nested folders.
