Approval for the creation of the organization workflow

Hello

I need to set up a workflow approval for the creation of the organization. When the administrator tries to create a new org, approval should go to an administrative group. The org should get created once the approval is made. I configured a workflow approval for the purpose of resource Xellerate organization. I created a unconditional task where the assignment tab has the admin group. When I test, the org is created without going through the approval process. Is could someone please tell me what I'm missing?

Thank you

It is a decision that was made by Apple.  El Capitan is the newest OSX that will support a 2009 MBP.

This is not uncommon.  My 2006 MBP came with Tiger, but is limited to OSX Snow Leopard.

Old hardware ends up by becoming obsolete with newer technology.

    GObi says:

(Photoshop elements is installed on both computers).

This is a typical and very common requirement.

The solution is to store your media library as well as your catalog on an external drive.

You can connect the external drive on both computers alternately. The performance is very good.

One way to make the transfer is to use the backup / restore process:

    https://helpx.Adobe.com/Photoshop-elements/KB/backup-restore-move-catalog-Photoshop.html

This is the same process to an external drive or another computer.

    Edit:

Make sure that the external drive is recognized by the same drive letter.

  • Best practices for the Organization of a Muse Web site creation

You wonder how others manage assets and files used during a generation of Muse.

I know that this can become uncontrollable if assets are coming from everywhere in the computer.

«I guess as Muse "refers to" a current location (anywhere) and who in the end...» they are all "published in one place.

I've seen a single project folder containing the .muse file, containing subfolders for the assets.  Is - this recommended?

... For later versions (updates etc.) a new renamed project folder.

So similarly organized the way I work in first... unless the assets are spread around different readers (because they are more demanding on the system).

That's exactly how I organize my sites of Muse. I only go a step away and hold the sites in my Creative Cloud Storage so that any computer, I need to change the site after I have always has the latest files from muse and the assets.

When we press 'Costing Information' is displayed.

We need to download this Information of costs in the body through the API.

    Which API should we used?

    Please help us.

    Hello

Use the API for the creation of HR organisation.

Oracle provides APIs for creating organization as well regarding the creation of HR organisation.

These 2 are different API. If you create using HR organization you will also see the columns of the table for the dimension information of the operating companies.

Please read the readme.txt file. It clearly states:

""If you wish, include display_reject_reason could be used to display the reason.". (i.e. it has not yet been added to any page)

What you need to do is add a line

    <$include display_reject_reason$>

  • Recommendations for the Organization of the disk image?

I am moving in Aperture to LR and looking for general comments on the Organization of the image before you start the migration. Since the opening, I will export edited JPEG version final (with metadata), the image of origin (without metadata), which is usually a RAW or TIFF file. I want the original version, in the case where I want to re - edit in LR, while most of the images will never hit again. I intend to place the images in the folder structure as described below and use the import option 'Add' to keep the pictures in the files when importing to the RL. Records will be organized by "Year" with subfolders for files 'Final' and 'Original '. The hierarchy looks like this:

    Folder "Images".

    > file "1983".

    > File "final".

    > JPEG 1

    > JPEG 2

    > etc.

    > File "Original".

    > TIFF

    > TIFF 2

    > etc.

    > file '1984 '.

    > File "final".

    > JPEG 1

    > JPEG 2

    > etc.

    > File "Original".

    > TIFF 1

    > TIFF 2

    > etc.

This body will allow me to easily find the original file in case I needed to re - edit an image (the original and final images have different file names). Will there be a major drawback in the use of this method of organization? For example, it seems that the images can be stacked if they reside in different folders.  I thought 'stack' the original and final versions, but discarded the idea for other reasons. However, I'm not sure if I will create other problems by using a folder like this system.

Many of my images are scanned family photos dating back to 1880, kind of organization per year seems to be a good choice for me. I use keywords to group events in the year (1983, 1983 b, etc.). I'll create smart collections using keywords for the display, I don't need a folder structure based on events.

Otherwise, I could use the import options 'Copy' or 'Move' and let the LR to organize files. I don't know how the default LR organization works (in "import session or date?). I suspect that it is not simply place them in a single folder.

I appreciate all the thoughts about the proposed organization. I prefer to learn from mistakes of others rather than mine! It is quite possible that the good answer to my question is "it does not matter."

    Thanks David

In my opinion, the only thing that works reliably is a simple year-> Date structure. Another thing is just a waste of time and doesn't complicate your life. It is the structure that Lightroom does by default when importing. It is simply:

    2015

    2015-01-01

    2015 01-02

    etc.

This greatly simplifies organization because it is always consistent and allows you to easily backup or move folders to external hard drives if your a resident fills up too.

It is unnecessary to have initial and final records. You only need the originals. Any edited image, you need is exported a lot faster since Lightroom when you need so you can make the size and format you need, when you need and it is much easier to find the desired image in Lightroom quickly to scroll through the folders in the Finder Explorer / in any case. The key is really well-organized metadata as dj says. If you the keyword you can find something quickly. Finding accurate and such dates is also trivial using the filter bar.

That said, Lightroom doesn't really care how you organize your originals so do what best suits you.

  • Suggestions for the Organization

I just bought LR 2.0 and trying to find a way to better define the organizational structure now so I don't have to redo or re - fix things later.  I can't really understand the difference or the advantages/disadvantages of the collections from the records.  I have 5 years worth of photos organized under the title of my normal folder structure in Windows Explorer as My Pictures\Year\Event\picture name.jpg.  The majority of my photos (~ 90%) is taken in diving (~ 2000 photos by dive location ~ 2 sites of diving a year), which I then use the following folder structure: My Pictures\Year\Dive Location\Name of diving site\picture name.jpg.  Initially, I had to put in place a new catalog for each dive location; However, I would like to be able to perform keyword searches on all my photos of diving at the same time.  From what I understand so far, you can run a keyword search in a catalog at a time, which, after 20 + dive sites, may end up being boring for me.  Is that a good conclusion, or can you run a search with the single keyword on multiple catalogs at the same time?  I also want to compare photos of diving from a place of diving with another place of diving.  I should rather create a catalog for all my photos of diving and then establish several records in this catalogue?  How many levels of records can I create in a catalog?  I could create a catalog of diving with the following folder structure: Year\Dive Location\Name diving spot?  Is it possible that the collections feature could help me as well or instead?  I know that some of these answers can be personal preference, but given what I would do with my photos and how much I might have someone can provide recommendations?

I suggest that you use a single catalog with your current folder structure.  When you import, let the photos in place.  Once all the files have been imported, you can then add keywords by selecting individual files.  Lightroom will allow you to move photos between folders, if you want more later to reorganize, but it seems that if you are already set in this area.  Start by letting the Lightroom to use your current structure.  Don't worry collections at the beginning - just get the records first, then keywords, and any form of ratings/classifications you can use.  Later, you can implement the collections, but don't forget that the collections are only virtual, and they can come and go.  When you move a folder, it happens on your hard drive.  The best thing about Lightroom is that you can try this approach, which will give you the overall research capacity.  If you don't like it later, just export records various catalogues and move on to plan B.

  • Import 'date', how to move for the Organization?

I must have missed something earlier.

I am blocking set a 90-minute film, make clips composed of 'scenes', using numbers at the head of the securities to keep the scenes in the order.  I have just re-edited a scene, creates a new compound clip.  I have a collection of smart "composed of Clips.  But the NEW compound clip is a date... of course a date of creation... which is removed from the chronological collection already established.  I want to be able to have all my "Compound Clips' in a direct timeline, 1-20 so to speak.  This new clip is sitting under a way to the date heading down in the browser.

I wonder what is the Protocol if I don't care about the dates of creation... but I just want to have all my clips in a neat timeline?  How to bypass the thing "date."

I'll go back to tutorials that I ask this question.  It bothered me for a while... but I still put out to understand.

    All ears,

    Ben

    Hello

is it possible to require approval just to the point presentation web app and not for editing? Once authorisation has been granted for client presentation should be able to freely change the web application element...

Please let me know. If this is not a function of the default system, maybe someone knows no work around?

    Hi Ray,

I'm afraid, not in this case, because it has a ' either or ' option at this point.  If check you approval it will require approval every time that an item is submitted or published.

  • Hierarchy of approval for the movement commands

Could we have a trust hierarchy to place orders allow the amount of approvals-based?

The business process is the following:

A good eAM work is created for electrical work. Because misfortune, foreman finds he needs 2 of section 1 of article B, 4 A, the point C and 6 of article D costs. Item was $100, $500, $250 C and D $ 300 B. Thus, the total material requirement because this misfortune is (2 * 100 + 1 * $500 + 4 * $250 + $ 6 * 300) = $3500 TTD. So now move command is generated. If the foreman does not have authorization to obtain $3500 in stores, it should go to his supervisor. Not necessarily a name, but could be a position as Manager of materials. Once supervisor approves, go command generates Slip Pick and material is delivered to the good work eAM.

Doc sent u. This is the solution of the sample to Move approval command. You can also go through Planner set with ceiling authorized in de FACTO forces, like u said.

  • Categories of attachment for the OKC workflow

    Hi all

I'm having some trouble with the variable #Attachment to the workflow, I created the attribute local #Attachment who call the attribute of the element with the following constant:

    FND:entity = OKC_CONTRACT_DOCS & pk1name = BusinessDocumentType & pk1value = - & contract_type - & pk2name = BusinessDocumentId & pk2value = - & CONTRACT_ID - & pk3name = BusinessDocumentVersion & pk3value = - & ATTACHED_DOC_VERSION-

up to this point, all right, but when I run the process, there is that one attachment (should be three), after some research, when I checked the attribute to 'Update of the attributes' values he gave me:

    FND:entity = OKC_CONTRACT_DOCS & pk1name = BusinessDocumentType & pk1value = - & contract_type - & pk2name = BusinessDocumentId & pk2value = - & CONTRACT_ID - & pk3name = BusinessDocumentVersion & pk3value = - & ATTACHED_DOC_VERSION -& categories = OKC_REPO_CONTRACT, OKC_REPO_APP_ABSTRACT

My question is, where can I replace/find these parameters of the categories?

    Thank you

    Adelmo

After some research, I found the thing that became troubled.

A basic workflow procedure OKC_REP_WF_PVT.initialize_attributes was setting this attribute point with these categories above.

    The categories are:

    OKC_REPO_SUPPORTING_DOC

    OKC_REPO_CONTRACT

    OKC_REPO_APP_ABSTRACT

    OKC_REPO_CONTRACT_IMAGE

To change the value of this attribute, I called a step in the workflow that would set the value of this attribute as I wanted
