  Thanks for your quick response.  I found the problem.  I am using a subdomain and the registration page as the start page for the subdomain.  For some reason, BC did not like this.  When I went directly to the page, it worked fine.

  -for example, when I went to the trituns.com/testregstration.html page, everything worked well and I could record and see the secured information.  (FYI - these aren't the actual URL - examples)

  -However, if I tried to go to testreg.trituns.com with the testregistrationl.html page to set as the start page for the subdomain, the system would allow me to fill in the electronic registration form and add me to the secure area, but it would not open automatically log me into the secure area.

  - As a work-around, I created a new redirect page that is the start page for testreg.trituns.com that takes people to the page complete trituns.com/testregistration.html.  ... This isn't an ideal solution, but it seems to work for now.

  Securezones on Web sites are nothing to do with your BC OR login your cloud login creation.

  A securezone on a website is to secure content and customer CRM with user name and password on this website with access and a login to access this content if they are assigned to one area.

  If you create an account of BC and you talk to develop sites using Adobe Business Catalyst, then it will be at some point to synchronize/merge prompt your creative cloud account.

  I have a problem giving access to users who register for the video service I provide. The form that they fill out includes it a chosen user name and the password, which should give them access to the secure area, but is not currently. I'm puzzled.

  In the CRM, the recording of the customer in question has a user name and current password? and on the "Subscriptions" tab, they are subscribed to the appropriate secure area?

  Your form online, under the 'Edit properties' button, "Safe Zone" is set to the appropriate secure area?

  If these channels are not there, it is acceptable to right click on an empty space and create them.  Make sure that you request them to .default under the HKEY_USERS location, this is the logon screen area.  The "HKEY_CURRENT_USER area is just the person who is recorded at the same time (it is a copy of the corresponding user's location, but that's beyond the point)."
  Adding these lines to the .default desktop settings should work as you wish.  However just to clarify, this will affect the login screen, so it only works if no user is connects to the desktop computer.

  What you can do is to have a site web form created that fills according to booking with javascript. (jQuery is great of course) It is hidden, but has its own created workflow attached to this.

  With say jQuery you can submit both forms at the same time (based on. submit() for example) and then you have the booking, but also a case generated with a single wofklow.

  In the client area, you might have a page that refers the case based on a certain workflow so you could just show all these reservations. It would not be a summary, they could not enter and change the reservation etc but would you display.

• Why the Secure areas not at my disposal when I manage my site?

  I just rebuilt my site in Muse and transferred to the Cat Business. I tried to add a protected area, but the option does not exist. Is it a thing of Muse and admin thing?

  Hey, I suggest to contact support if the problem persists. In addition, mention the URL of the site and the user name, that you connect to when the safe areas is not displayed.

• Can't the secure area.  At work, but now the Login Page crashes when enter name and password.

  Site built using Muse, then used Business Catalyst to implement the safe area.  Site has worked for several months, but the Login Page looked pretty little professional, since the area name and password may appear almost anywhere on the page.  Ask for help from Adobe and tech sent Adobe page 'Test' to check the presentation. Now Login Page does not work.  When to enter name and password and press return - nothing!  To 'Escape' off-page - it just hangs.  If members of the community site can share is no longer internal data.

  Would appreciate any help trying to solve this problem.

• Detect the secure area

  I have a site I'm building that has five levels of secured areas. I know how to detect if a person is recorded using the module that renders a 0 or 1. Is there a way to detect which specific secure zone, a person subscribes to the?

  To my knowledge, this is not possible. I currently use the {module_subscriptions} with a redirect javascript to do what I need, but I would have preferred a cleaner method if it exists.

  No other while Lynda did not.

  Best way of coding that but essentially this method.

  I do myself often to avoid Firefox to save pages in the disk cache.
  Firefox 15.0 had a bug on this issue, but that has been fixed in Firefox 15.0.1 and private browsing mode should work fine now.

  I have a few hundred users registered on a site already in the CRM and I want to create a new free secure space for only registered users.  It's easy for new users, such as the registration form can automatically add the new safe zone.  But is there a way to to bulk follow those who have previously applied?  Will be a pain to go and manage subscriptions individually.  Thank you very much.

  Have you tried to generate a report of these saved contacts customer and subscription then results in the new "free zone"?

  

  It would be the only possible workaround solution I can think outside of the application manually individually.

  You can use the bc connected to the module. Write some JS that indicates if the user is logged on, display the div that contains the payment form. If the user is not connected - 0 - hide form command, display the login form.

• Multiple simultaneous connections to a secure area with the same id/password user

  I was wondering if someone can answer this.

  We are creating a secure member area - there will be 3 area secure, air-conditioned and equipped with identical conent - a (one-time) 3 day trial, monthly subscription (recurring) and annual subscription (recurring).

  The user logs in the generic secure area.

  At this point, we can have multiple simultaneous connections with the same credentials in the secure area user - I was expecting it to be like the administration area where you get hunted if someone else logs into your account.

  Is there a way to limit the number of simultaneous connections with the same ID and password to a secure area (generic)?

  This is actually a bug that they re not for awhile. If you connect to another place he should expel you from the other source of security.
