AppStore refund request confirmation email indicates incorrect reason for refund?

A month or two ago, I requested a refund for app purchases. The reason that I wrote was because the developers released an update that completely changed the game. the update made it almost impossible to move forward, unless you paid a lot of money on app purchases. The reason why the emails show that I put is '' unintentional or unauthorized in-app purchase by a minor'. This is not what happened and not what I entered. I want to cancel or change the refund claim because I don't want a refund for the wrong reason.

The thing is that to repay people, Apple employees have mandatory standard reasons for a refund and your wan't reason in their list, so they had to choose one closest to your case or they have a choice, but prefer to use standard for more tasks than to have answers to treat each case individually. I wouldn't worry on this subject

    Usually, you can remove the unwanted form autocomplete entries using the keyboard:

    • Start typing until appears undesirable entry
    • Use the down arrow key to select the unwanted entry
    • Press DELETE or shift + delete to delete this entry

    If you want to make a more general cleaning on the form entries, Add - ons are available. For example:

    There are some recent critics complain that it does not work as well as Lazarus for the recording of the work-in-progress on the forms you fill out currently, but I don't think that there is no complaint regarding its ability to change the saved form history entries.

    If I understand, you went to have the screen of your iPhone repaired to the Apple authorized service provider, but did not receive a confirmation email from the provider regarding your visit in? I understand that you want to have a form any registration. I would recommend that you please contact the store by their phone number and pull them to the top of your repair/service order and send a copy of you if possible. They might not have your voucher by e-mail or e-mail only those details when requested directly by the customer.

    I think you set up by using the parameters of this mail client only.  For example, if you have a Gmail account, you will need to go to Google for it.  If it of Yahoo or AOL or e-mail address for your ISP, the same is true.  There is nothing I can find in the preferences of Mail dealing with the confirmation email.

    OK, today I clicked on 'Collection' and received the confirmation e-mail. I clicked on "Send again" and got notice that the confirmation email has been sent. Clicked on the link in the email and all went thru. Don't know what was the original problem or that the fix was. He just decided to work today and not yesterday.

    Please do not post several times. It may take at least a few weeks for a podcast to be evaluated after is submitted; You should have an email notification when you submit, but it's not unknown for them to go astray. Try to submit it again - you will probably find that told you that it's already been presented, which is a confirmation that it is under review and if it is just a matter of waiting.
