The next screen that appears includes "Download windows 10 get installation files."  I canceled the update. The message on the screen that results is "some updates were not installed cancelled 2 updates. He has also "two important updates selected."  When I click on "Try again", windows download 10 configuration files will reappear. I chose a small update to see if the file would actually download and the next screen is the screen with the message Windows 10.

  View update history to know which update is not installing.

  (a) open Windows Update by clicking Start , all programsand then click Windows Update.

  (b) in the left pane, click view update history.

  (c) to view more information about an update, double-click it.

  Once you know the update's KB number then visit the Microsoft Download and put the number in the search box, download and install the update manually.
