In fact, I see two of them in my activity monitor in the drop-down arrow under Adobe Photoshop CC 2015. Why have I not two. I checked my old laptop running Photoshop CC 2014 and there is no such thing CEPHtmlEngine Helper listed below Photoshop CC 2014.   I have an application that runs in the background and runs at every 15,30,60 min based on what the user has configured for. I made a quick call to a Web site gets a little info and then farm the connection. I have a realtimeclocklistener to track the number of minutes configuration is passed since the last update.
