  Sometimes you have to force the installation manually, then go to ACPI peripheral unknow, update/install drivers manually search for and navigate to the folder drivers and let windows choose the good.

  Hello, I recently bought ACER Aspire V3 - 112 p 11.6 "(pink version). It has 2 GB of DDR3 memory, and it was written that there are 8 GB maximum installable RAM.

  I have two questions if you don't mind:

  (1) what exatcly RAM model buy to install extra RAM? Can we for example this one: INTEGRAL PC3 - 10600 DDR3 memory - 4 GB SODIMM RAM Laptop?

  (2) can I buy 4 GB and add to what I have already (2 GB) to have 6 GB of ram? Or I can purchase only 1 x 2 GB (4 GB) or 2 x 4 GB (for 8 GB)?

  (3) is there any video or description or a video of a model similar to see how to install additional ram memory in this laptop?

  I was very disappointed to discover that my new Aspire V3 - 112 p apparently is not able to generate a full screen on our TV 1080 p display. Instead, there is only a small window in the middle of the screen. The display resolution settings available are very limited. I find it surprising in a modern laptop. I checked on the Intel site but it says that the Acer screen is a sort of decorum device which can only be improved by Acer and Acer does not appear to be any new drivers for it. I find that very disappointing. Is it possible to improve the capabilities of this computer display output? Surely, it must be possible to at least fill the area of the TV screen.

  Your laptop is able to output 1080 p without problem, the problem is that you are cloning the laptop screen that has resolution 1366 x 768.

  If you switch to single screen, you will be able to have a full 1080 p resolution.

• Aspire E3 - 112 cannot start after win10 own attempt installed

  The installation is wrong. He went right through the extract process and install OK but then just went along in a loop to keep reinstalling the usb drive. To install windows click OK to restart the computer, and then restart the installation. "It makes no difference if I close the window or click OK, it goes through the same circle.

  Thanks for the reply. I tried that. In the end, I found that the solution was to wait for the beginning of the (umpteenth) reinstall the process and then press the power button for a few seconds until the machine stops. Then I powered up while pressing the F2 and is gone in the bios where I restored the original and the machine parameters and then started in the new clean install.

  Unless the OS is nuked, how to perform a clean install is using the settings > update & security > Recovery > restart now and use the boot from usb option. And leave the bios alone.

• Problems connecting to HD TV

  I have an Acer Aspire E3-112-C10V.  I recently bought a HDTV with HMI slot so I thought it would be good to look at the files and the contents of the internet on the TV by connecting the two using a HDMI cable (using the dispositifs/projet/deuxieme display only method).  At the beginning it was good and I was soon enjoying some Netflix programs on my HDTV.  So I ran into problems and after a few small problems the laptop itself has crashed and I had update the operating system.  So the problem is now I can't watch the Netflix or videos on my HDTV (which is a PLDED4022UK Proscan) Although the TV works great as is the laptop.  I think to buy a new TV, so I can connect the laptop using an HDMI cable and watch internet content, but this is expensive and may not succeed.  I know that some Smart TVs have Netflix and some TVs are also active DLNA.  This means - it is more likely that they will be compatible with my Acer?

  an HDTV with Netflix or DLNA is more compatible with your laptop, it's just an additional service/software.

  Please also check the HDMI cable, sometimes they may have problems, try also another port HDMI on your HD TV if they are all available.

  I got an Acer Aspire One 110 with Linpus Linux lite. Nobody has updated, so the browser to this topic is Firefox 2.0.0.14, which is a major concern for safety.

  F30 is a little older series laptop I think about 3 years or more... you cleaned the cooling modules in the meantime?
  I think there is a lot of dust and debris inside the laptop and I think that keeps air from traffic and therefore fans run faster.
  Try the compressed air jet that should help to remove dust and debris.

  I just bought and received these weekends laptop Qosmio X 70-B-112 with Windows 10 64 bit (Version 'German'?).
  After installing initial (without personalization), I said that two Cyberlink programs are completely absent: PowerDVD and media history, they don't are certainly not preinstalled as they supposed to be based on my description of the product and as it is reported by other buyers. I tried to recover with "reboot + 0" method, but it did not work: I get the error message about "device is not found.

  I didn't want to do the recovery to the factory via Windows settings, if this should solve the problem or does it make sense to order the special recovery USB Toshiba (~ 50)? Is it possible to issue "image corrupt" or rather unlikely?

  UPD. : need to correct myself, error message by the attempt to retrieve through '0' indicates: "your PC / device needs to be repaired." A necessary device isn't connected or are not accessible. Error code: 0 x 000025. You need recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media, contact manufacturer.
  I managed to create the recovery USB key and tried to boot from it with F12, however, there are a lot of options.
  Are at - it all the manuals for the use of recovery media (!) expecially for Qosmio X B with Win 10 set to absolut factory settings, with recovery partitio etc. ? Thank you for your support...

  P.S.: to restore factory via Windows is not possible - it does not have this third option 'presets"or like that, only"keep files' and 'finish the restoration', which, as I have red, erases all preinstalled programs completely.
