  I have improved my Aspire V3 - 471G I need drivers because I did a clean install of the operating system. I checked the support Web page for my laptop and under drivers, there is no Windows 10 only Windows 7 and Windows 8

  Try the drivers of windows 8. They should be ok. I used the drivers bluetooth for win8 on mine. Also, you should be able to update the graphics drivers from Nvidia automatically.

  As an additional info, I did a clean install of windows RTM 10240 10 before and the only issue is the display driver that has been automatically updated in Device Manager and the missing bluetooth which was resolved by drivers in windows 8. Your should be ok.

  I installed it even if the dolby in the taskbar icon is not but the open control panels > hardware and sound > sound

  Click with the right button on speakers > properties > dolby goto tab > there you go the toggle

  Just bought my first laptop Acer E5 - 471G and I would like to add another 4 GB of RAM, it is native 4 GB.

  I was wondering if upgrading RAM by myself will void the warranty?

  There are some brands of ram sticks as Acer laptops computers prefer? Should the two slots have the same number of GB of RAM on each stick?

  When I start the pc and try to go to the bios by pressing f2 at the time...

  After a month, when I press f2, it just beeps (like before), clears the screen and proceed to load the operating system...

  2nd thing, hyper v is not in the bios, I can't even enable or disable but in msinfo32, I discovered that 4 hyper v's are all on yes...

  also, there is no hyper v in windows features...

  the manual also says it can charge when connected to the laptop via a usb port.

  If I insert the USB key, it allows to use, but when I connect the mobile to laptop using data cable the mobile isnot responsible... Why? Please help me... I m in prblem... I think that usb 3.0 is not damaged but not chargin... makes me using trouble.please! 11

  Hello.

  I bought a laptop Acer Aspire V5 - 471G with Windows 8 SL preinstalled.
  I reformatted it and downgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate x 64. All the drivers were intact except the Web Cam!

  I went to the page of the Acer driver and a driver of Crystal Eye of Acer HD does not Aspire V5 - 471G.

  There is an application requirement (from Cyberlink) but the IMAGE QUALITY is degraded. Until I reformatted my laptop, images that capture my Web Cam are very clear and has no noise, but now the image quality is lower.

  I went to Device Manager and only a HD Webcam is installed and not an Acer Crystal Eye driver.

  I downloaded and installed the latest Driver Helper button RF and Dritek Launch Manager Acer Web site. I have an Aspire V5 - 471g (Windows 8 single language) and it cannot warn me if I pressed the Caps Lock key or trigerred the NumLock and scroll stop.

  There is no cap lock indicator in windows 8 as you have had in win 7 with launch app Manager.

  Recently I opened my Matthew acer aspire E5 - 551 G-T018 to replace my 1 TB to 240 GB SSD HARD drive.

  And now I recently saw on a website that there are these caddy that can be used to replace the DVD rom for extra HDD or SSD.

  My laptop has a DVD. It is held by a screw in the back. DVD rom doesn't have a SATA connector, but some small connector and SATA, I don't know his name.

  What I was wondering is would it be possible to replace the DVD rom on this model for a caddy with my old HDD in there?

  And if it's possible. Thickness of which would I need for my future caddy?
