  I had purchase Dell inpiron 910 mini two years before now out of warranty. I got error on blue screen and then I restart the machine, I got the mode without failure when starting in safe mode, it stops and a disk read error occurred press Ctr + alt + del to restart I could even not to format the machine. could not start for winodow cd. Same blue screen message when starting from the cd, the message is as below

  Here are the steps that you can try to solve this problem:

  1. connect with the main administrator account: How can I connect administrator?

  2. Once you are connect to the main administrator account, click Start , then Control Panel.

  3. click on user accounts> adding / deleting account> choose the account to delete.

  4. click on remove account> choose delete files> click delete account.

  Hello paula407, the 6 in 1 card reader shows there: cards 6-in-1 Reader + 2 USB + 1 taken line-in

  This suggests that the card reader has only two USB ports on the front of the system and the other USB ports would be on the back or side of the system.

It is not a Windows 7 Starter pack.  It simply does not work.  He ran at some point, but no more (at the same time I have tried a few other themes from the Control Panel, but now, it and ALL of the Aero themes are "grayed out" out on the personalization control panel page).  I can't even try to select here.  I went into the Windows/themes directory to find the base file and double clicked on that.  And got the message noted.  Any help would be appreciated.  All the help I've found talks about running a 3rd party fix but that seems to be 3rd party themes.  This is the Microsoft theme given real deal who DID run at a time.  Thanks for your time.

  If your computer is connected to a Group Policy administrator may have turned off themes in order to not, users can change the theme. I had the same problem on a laptop computer connected to a network of school, it took me weeks to find a way around it.   follow these steps:

  Step 1: Click on start and open Panel.

  Step 2: In the Control Panel click on system and security, and then click Administrative Tools

  Step 3: In ATools click on Services

  Step 4: You must scroll until you find the themesin Services, and then double-click themes

  step 5: Start Up Type should say disabled click on it and change it to Automatic

  Step 6: Close everything down and restart your laptop for the settings you changed will apply.
