  You can try to uninstall and reinstall the game.

  -Click Start > type turn on or off windows features > click Windows turn on or off features in the results

  -In Windows features, expand games > expand Internet games > uncheck asset stings on the Internet

  Click OK

  Restart and follow the same path to add asset Internet hearts return to Windows.

  Why not enable asset stings on the Internet?  Yes!  I left alone there for 24 hours.  Yes I tried to install previous versions (the system is too new - it is not all previous versions).  All other games work.  Why doesn't sting?

  From your problem description, I understand that you can't play trump stings on the Internet.

  To better understand the issue, answer the following questions.

  Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab

  Click on the Reset button

  Check delete all personal settings

  Click on Reset

  Click Ok

  Close the window

  Restart the computer so that the changes can take effect
