  I have a combo box (ComboBox1) with three other areas of text with three different Option A and Option B Options (or Option C) with numbers in them (NoBox1, NoBox2, NoBox3), I want to use to add up to a total figure.

  I want to assign a numerical value to the text options in the combo box so that I can use in the calculation. Let's say Option A = 8, B = 12 & Option Option C = 16

  Each combo box item can have an assigned value export, so just set it to the number, you want to use for each item. The value of exports of the selected item will become the value of the field to the drop-down list box.

  If more than one element is to use the same export value, it is best to use a different approach, so report it again if this is the case and I'll give you more information.

  So why it is always a good idea to display the version of your database with your question, especially if you use a version not supported by the database, otherwise we have to assume that you use one of the latest versions supported. This saves also we are wasting our time.

  I am trying to write a function that receives an XML as input parameters and return updated XML output

  -nodes are removed from the input XML code

  -a node must be inserted and the node value must be 1 or 0, based on an XPATH expression

  I discovered how to remove nodes, I discovered how to insert a new node, but I can not set the value of the conditionally inserted node an XPATH expression.

  You can use the if-then-else statement, like this:

• How to disable the LOV values based on the State of some?

  I have a requirement like this.

  (1) LOV Field (1), when I get a value here then based on the query I get two new values and assign to another two LOV Fields (2,3) and then disable them. However, when I enter the value in the field LOV (1) based on one of the conditions I won't have no default value then LOV fields must be enabled so that the user can select the values of LOV.

  (2) now an another LOV domain (4) when I go here again, then again two fields a LOV (5), and the free text field must be filled in.

  To do this, I wrote the logic in the following way:

  (1) get the LOV box-1 value and deriving the new values and set the session Variable to 1 and then refresh the Page. Now in PR get the Variable from Session 1 and assigning new values to LOV fields 2 and 3 and then using the property Setdisabled I deactivation.

  (2) getting the value of LOV field-4 and then drifting two new values and set the session Variable-2 and refresh the Page. Now in PR get Session-2, and then set the new values for the LOV-5 field and free text. But once the Page Refreshed and assigning values, values that we have given in the Point 1 in the LOV-2 fields, 3 turn white and field's get activated.

  Can you please let me how to achieve this? and also why the values are empty when I implement Point-2.

  This VO have no matter what right SQL query, so even if you run the VO by using vo.executeQuery (), you will not get all the lines in the VO.

  So in the PR you need createRow and insert VO (otherwise your page no mistake) the below blog can be considered as an example.

  On top of which is explained in the blog above, you set the values for the attributes of the useful, likely to set the value for the other LOV.

  I know this question has been asked several times here, but I'm working on 5 Apex and need to know the correct way to do it in this version.

  I need to change the color of the text of the entire line (no background color) based on the value in one of the columns of the classic report. I have just two conditions, if the value of column = Yes, color should be red, otherwise it must be green.

  I am new to jscript and css, so appreciate if someone can tell me the solution with steps.

  Hello and thank you all in advance for your help. I'm trying to calculate a value based on the boxes checked. Specifically, I would like to add a particular value $$ each CheckBox and if this box is checked, I want to add to the total rental value (see screenshot below):

  

  As you can see in the screenshot that I have different areas that can be selected (first floor, court before, etc.), I want to assign a value to the checkbox of each region (and added value for others) and calculate a total in the "Balance of rental fees" less the deposit. I'm new with java and scripts but not know how to do it in an excel formula. I guess it's very different from what little I know of Java. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

  Calculation options are in the text field. In this screen, you only need to set the value of exports to the amount this box represents.

  I'm developing an application that uses forms 6i with oracle 10g. I have the "Grant" and "Deny" options in my application. I have also two icons is TICK icon and next is WRONG icon.according to the corresponding status icons ("granted" or "Refused") should be displayed for me.for this i have used multi-record block composed of 10 documents. Here is my sample code.

For example, if the first status of cases is "granted" then TICK icon should appear to runtime.similarly if second status of cases is "denied" then ERROR icon should be displayed for me.but for me that the TICK icon is displayed for all 10 records if the State of the first record is "granted". How do the visibled corresponding icons according to status ("Granted" or "Refused"). Kindly give me a solution.

  Well, I don't think you can do it by making visible or invisible button/item. I can share an idea to create two image files a given and one for refuse. Multi record block you create an element of the image (non-database) and read the image on this element in the post (at the block level) based on the State values that you so condition...
