Assign values to a field to another field in Acrobat DC

If I scan a document with the repetative fields how can I assign the value of the first entry to all other cases. Or if I have a 10 page document with the "Last Name" on each, how do I register my name on the first page and have it entered on the next 9?

You just give the text fields of the same field name, and it will be done automatically.

I have a form that has text_field columns below, from the RECEIVED_FORM_15G table. This table is empty.
(1) CUST_CODE with 1 line item. (Number of items displayed = 1)

The first value gets displayed in the first column, then the cursor moves to the first line item in the second line of command,
the second value is shown in the second line of billing, (it's because of NEXT_RECORD in my code)
more later all the values displayed in the second line item only. (I checked with message call.)
I want it to display one under the other.
The problem is that the cursor does not move to the third line item after the second line item.
If the remaining values gets displayed in the second line item only.
So what is the problem in my code?
Where should I put the next_record to move the cursor from one line to the next line item item IE the second line item to the third line item
& the third line item in the fourth line of billing and so on... Please let me know.

The only error was in the palette property of CUST_CODE, 'required' was not set to 'Yes'.

So after the setting for the 'YES', this has worked perfectly well.

How to set the value of a field from the LOV of another field.
I'm trying to figure out how to set the value of a field (P_PROGRAM) to the value of another field of based lov (P_STATE).

The P_PROGRAM field is a hidden field. The P_STATE field is a required field and is based on a list of values for the State Codes.

When a user selects the State to P_STATE, the field of the P_PROGRAM should be set to this value, as well.

I tried different ways to get there via a function call on the post for the calculation of the field P_STATE, defining the source P_PROGRAM to the value of the page item P_STATE put varialbles, creating a process before SENDING, and they all still come back as having a NULL value for P_PROGRAM, therefore impossible to create the file in the db as the PROGRAM is a mandatory field in the table.

It is always helpful if you provide information about the Apex version you are using. The Apex 4 you can use Dynamic Actions to achieve this. In earlier versions is possible using processes to submit or javacsripts, as well.

Heres how you do in 3.x with treatment to submit, to make it work in 4.0 as well.

1 do the P_STATE ' select list submits the Page.
2. Add a calculation on the point P_PROGRAM, or write to him assign a value based on a process. The treatment should be OnLoad after the header
3. If the page does not have an unconditional branch that loops on itself, add a. NOTE: The direction must be the last branch (larger sequence number) and should have checked "Save Session State".

This is what will happen
a. when the State is selected Page will be submitted
(b) it will take the unconditional branch to himself and save the value of P_STATE
c. the calculation process / fills the value of the P_PROGRAM element when the page reloads

How to pass parameters/field values from one screen to another screen in blackberry

Hi all

I have two screens in my Application UI that is, login screen and continue the screen.

Login screen has some fields of seizure as a user name and password and default language (French or English) for the application (Group of radio buttons).

There is a button for the next who directs the user to another screen.

This second screen has an input field. This input field is mandatory. The user can only go further if it is entered in this field of entry with valid values (i.e. numbers only).

This screen has continue button so that the user can go further is on the next screen after you have entered a valid value in the field.

Now, when the user clicks the continue button on the second screen so I have to validate the credentials of the user, he has provided in the first screen. Also, I need set the locale for the language he has provided to the login screen.

So, to summarize.

(1) user enters user name, password and language on the first screen. The user clicks NEXT and goes to the second screen.

(2) on the second screen, the user enters a name click continuous. ((3) user credentials are validated, defined locale and user is illustrated below third screen).

So, my question is how do I access username, the password, the language of the first screen in the second screen fieldChanged method?

fieldChanged second display method will be called when user enter a value class we second screen and clicks continue.

Store text values in the fields in your application class, and then pass it as a reference to each form or retrieve your instance of UiApplication and cast to the name of your class.

Here's the thing.

I have 4 points messageTextInput in my page. each of these 4 field is associated with an attribute of the VO.

3 of these items have their value already defined in the processRequest of the Commander, like this:

Function to analyze the value of a field to another field of the contact form contact

HI - we need for the reports to be able to take part of the chain of values in a field.
For example we would bring in a field called Service_Name and take the Tactic_Code starting from the attribute and put it in another field of tactical called contact Code as shown below.
Does anyone know how to do this using a feature in the program generator. I tried using a rule to update but could not understand it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yep, Michael there as usual, it is the way to go. You will need a regular expression (regex - if you are not familiar with the regular expression, a good tutorial is here: Regular Expression Tutorial - Learn how to use regular Expressions) pull the tactical code out of your service name - you want to use the 'replace regular expression' in cloud connector.

I think it should work, but you'll want to test:

Regex to find:. * ? T_(.*)$

The regular expression to replace: $1

I'm still a little new to this, through forums, that I managed to learn a lot of things. But I met another difficulty. I have
I created a form in LiveCycle with two pages. On page 1, the fees are calculated by multiplying Field1 * Field2 and by adding the value of another. I managed to accomplish this with the following code:
This.rawValue = Field3.rawValue + (Field1.rawValue * Field2.rawValue)
As I said, that seems to work.
To Page 2, I have a drop down list with five options. In the object > value tab I checked specify point values but has not changed a thing. If the value of the option range from 1 to 5.
When option 5 is selected I want to set a value for a field that is Page 1. I tried with the following script:

I'm now writer at all, but it seems to work somehow. Not that I want to :-).

I want to first Field3 on page 1 to 0 by default (entered in the object > field value tab 3) and set it to 149 if you have selected the option with the value of 5 in the drop down list on page 2.
Any ideas?

How to read the values of the field of LOV disabled?

Hi all
I have a requirement, based on values that we entered one of the LOV fields, then we are arising from the new values based on the value that we entered this field of LOV. And then I must by default new LOV values derived in a two other fields of LOV and then disable them. Once the fields are disabled, then I'm not able to read the values using the pagecontext.getparameter... I get nothing when I tried to read using the pagecontext.getparameter.
Pointers on how to read the values of disabled field/LOV?

1. you already have values, and that's what you set in the LOV before turning off, right? So why do you need to recover again from the LOV.

2. are you disabling or making it readonly? I think that if it is disabled, you might still be able to get the value using pageContext.getParameter.

3 have you tried to get the handle to the LOV bean and get the value using lovBean.getValue (pageContext)?

4. another Option is to combine the value of a FormValue Bean also (as well as the LOV bean) and retrieve it from FormValue.

5 BTW, why are, why you're seen LOV if you disable it? Can't you just a TextBox?

Federico, you cannot use a flow variable scope for this page. The region has no access to the bean. You must use a workflow for this parameter.

To get an attribute of the currently selected line you make slide data vo of control on the page attribute. This will create a link attribute for this attribute. Once this link exists, switch to source mode and remove the component that you do not want.

The framework passes the value of the current row in this affair of the attribute (table should be in single selection mode).

Click on the button, you switch the binding of the attribute for the setting of task flow using a setPropertyListener.

In the workflow, you call the setCurrentRowWithKeyValue with the parameter of workflow as the default activity.
