  You must use the new API set to create the request. OIM 11 g R2 supports model not application so your code will be changed.

  I have a few users who belong to the group "admin".
  
  Any request for a particular resource goes to this group for approval.
  
  I tried most of the tables in oim 11g r2 to find a relationship between the request and the approver group.
  
  The demand table has information about the request but no relationship with regard to the approver. Approver as a group, I need to know the status of name and the Group (pending, approved, rejected) request.
  
  Please could you all expert let me know the table I can find information on these...

  I am trying to assign a resource to multiple users using IOM identity console as a system administrator.

  But when I assign the resource to multiple users its takes the same value for both users.

  Please let me know how to add the different value for different users.

  Here are the rules of its operation.  An application has 1 application form by resource for all users of the application.  These fields must be marked as available in bulk as well to consider if you have more than 1 user on demand.  If you need to provide different values according to the user, your best option is to pre-fill the cards on the form of courses and use logic to fill in the fields.  You will not be able to manually provide different values during the request.

  Log in as an end user and account application. The request ID is generated automatically.

  In the case of R2, if you increase the request using the admin (xelsysadm - SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR) user he act as direct supply. therefore no such a request will be generated. If you increase the request using the end user, the request ID will be generated.
  This decision taken by catalog engine.

• Get the approvers list using the ID of the request

  Is there an API in OIM 11 g to get the approvers list based on the request ID. I have a requirement to get the current status of application based on requestID and if the request is pending at a certain level, I need to get the information from approver also with 11 g of the API.

• Conversion to the process - vs CS5 CS6 spot

  When I use a color Pantone in CS5 and then convert the process, I get some values for CMYK. However, when I use this same Pantone color in CS6 and convert to process, I have different values for CMYK.

  For example, Pantone 2685C converted to the process in two requests yields:

  (CS5)  C-96, M-100, Y-0 K - 10

  (CS6)  C 90.73, M-100, Y - 30.6, K - 16.54

  Any ideas or similar experiences?

  Why a certain task series color Pantone Plus in CS6 appears different from same spot in CS5 and older versions?

  In CS5 and earlier, including older versions of Pantone color Pantone, most of the spot books had two - Lab and CMYK definitions. In addition, the default setting of the dialog box Options of Spot is CMYK. The CMYK values had priority over values of laboratory. The task of color added to the document usually supplied with the CMYK values.

  In CS6, with the introduction of the Pantone Plus Series color books, there is only one definition for all tones. These definitions can be found in the laboratory values. It is therefore an unlikely that an individual spot Pantone color may appear different in CS5 (and earlier versions) than how it appears in CS6.

• A single application for all the resources of the target in IOM

  I have a requirement, once a user is created in the IOM then it should be placed in service in all the resources of the target with the single level approval workflow. How we handle this?
  
  I have in mind one of the approaches is
  
  Creating a strategy for access with approval and adding the target resources to access this policy.
  
  So after creating the user, this access policy triggers and sends the request to the authorizing server.
  
  After its approval, all the resources are going to get put into service for the user.
  
  Does this approach work? Is there a better approach?

  I think you will want to use a generic object, even if you do not want. I think you need to create a unique group of IOM with an access policy for all these objects and object of generic resource, add the user to the IOM group and delete the user for cancellation. So I think you should create another access strategy to get the generic resource for all users and have an approval related to this. This should give you an approval for the "All Access" resource object, which then gives access to all others.

• AMT-01190: the user is not authorized to perform the requested listener com

  Hi all
  I just reinstalled forms10g oracle and oracle 10 g rel 2 on windows vista. The first time I installed both software, I swithched d pc switched off without turning off the earpiece on my laptop. When I rebooted, I found that I could not start the two forms 10 g and oracle 10g database, not to mention loggin. I have therefore re-installed two prodcts. Whenever I try to turn off the listener I get error TNS-01190: the user is not authorized to perform the requested listener com. I tried several ways to turn this off, but every effort has failed. After reading several books on this subject, I learned that if you change the password for any user who knows the password should be able to turn off the listener. But I still get the same error when trying to add a password. Please can someone help me by telling me how I can deduct the oracle user who has administrative rights to perform this task.
  Pls forgive me for the long text. Thanks again. PLS, note I'm not an expert so pls be explicit in your explanations.

  Another method could be this:
  -try to identify the Oracle home for the listener. This should be the same house where the DB.
  -Open a prompt on your vista, the ORACLE_HOME value this folder location, and then cd to this location of ORACLE_HOME.
  Now, enter the following text:
  lsnrctl start

  You should do as a user with administrator privileges.

  Looks like it's a firefox issue, because that never happened on IE, Safari or Opera on me.
