  I've seen other people having this problem as well, we tried the keystore process, as well as change the authentication in IIS, but none of these have solved the problem. If anyone can help?

But I'm, I was wondering why this page points to NULL Pointer Exception to NegotiationCreationAMImpl on JDEV however its fine on the side of the demand for labour. Its very strange.   Spend most of your messages out of the Inbox and then create new folders to send and sent items box after having moved the messages you want to save to a local folder that you create.
   
  Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.
   
  In Windows XP, Win2K & Win2K3 the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.
   
  With OE closed, find the DBX files for the items in the Outbox and sent and delete them.  New ones will be created automatically when you open OE.
   
  After you're done, followed by compacting your folders manually while working * off * and do it often.

  I can send & receive emails. I can't send documents or photos. I get an error that says: there is no associated messaging program to perform the requested action. It is said to go in the default programs control panel. I did, but then I don't know what to do. I guess I'm not understand it. I'm not too good computers. I have a Dell Inspiron that is 1 1/2 years. Any help would be appreciated.

  2. Please post any error message in its entirety. You can left click on it to highlight then right click to copy and then paste in this thread.

  I did it by following the instructions with no result

  This problem may occur if the Outlook registry key is corrupted. When other programs try to use the Simple MAPI Outlook interface, they cannot retrieve the required information from the registry.

  You must first remove the corrupted Outlook registry key, and then perform an operation to detect and repair to ask Outlook to re-create the key. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Click Startand then click run.
  2. In the Open box, type regedit and press ENTER.
  3. In the registry editor, locate the following subkey in the registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Clients\Mail\Microsoft Outlook
  4. Select the subkey and press DELETE.
  5. Click Yes.
  6. Exit the registry editor.
  7. Start Outlook.
  8. On the help menu, click Office Diagnostics.
  9. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the repair.

  I am working on Windows 8 and using Adobe Reader XL (11.0.03) and get the following message appears when I open a file

  I went to Edit - Preferences - e-mail accounts - and added a gmail account, but it is always the case!

  I get no such message with AA XI and Win7 (32 bit). It may be a problem with Win 8 or Reader XI. As I said, you might want to ask in the forum reader because it doesn't seem to be a problem with Acrobat XI, unless it is a matter of winning 8.
