  • Outlook Express 6 can not find Excel files.

original title: OE 6 cannot find the Excel .xlsx files

OE 6 cannot find files saved Excel w / extension .xlsx.  When I want to attach an Excel file done w / Excel 2007, OE 6 cannot find the folder that the file is in the file itself.   Previously, when I was with Excel 2003, it was no problem.

The files appear when I go to start, Explore and search the files in the folder in which I stored.  They are in a folder germaine thereon, as well as in Excel.

When I search the folder and files using Start, explores, and goes where the file is stored, I can use the send to:, e-mail, send it to someone in this way, but I can't access the file of OE, then clicking on join.  The folder and the file are simply not.

I don't know if this will help, but it can't hurt.

Select Show files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.

  • Send an attachment with excel

Whenever I try to attach an email through excel save and send I get an error message that there is not an email associated with the program.  He is told to go to default programs and implemented.  How can I do this?

    Hello khemphill,

You must install an e-mail client program, such as e-mail in Office 365 or Outlook Express, then set it as your default e-mail program in Windows 8.

Otherwise, you will need to first create the email, and then attach the Excel file.

  • Attaching generated the file in the intrusion via cfmail excel

    Hello

I have attached the code in which I generated an excel file of my data, which the user can then open/save on their PC. Now, I want to join this excel file to an email (using intrusion via cfmail) and send it (the task will then become planned).

How do I save rather than the excel output file?

    Hello

Take a look at the following tags:

    1)
to generate a variable of your tabs-delimited content
to generate a file temp with your content
and attach this file to your e-mail
    or
    2)

to attach the variable directly to e-mail without prior establishment of a temporary file (have not tried myself)

Use the strings property [].  You may have to right-click on the property and put it in writing.

  • How can I bind 'click here' text to an attached Excel file where the link remains intact when opened on a different machine?

    Hello Adobe community!

    So basically...

I have a sentence in my PDF showing "click here". I want to join this text that goes to an Excel file that I attached using the "Attach a file" link.

I did successfully this link to another PDF but an Excel file seems to require a different process.

This link must remain intact, it will be sent around a large organization.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You can use the JavaScript doc.launchDataObject method. It is documented in the Acrobat JavaScript reference. If you set the nLaunch parameter, it can prompt the user to open the attachment.

  • ThinApp Excel 2007 and opened a specified excel files list

No, you assign application for file extension and there is no way to limit it only to some files.

  • How to save as Excel file type?

There is no type of Excel file under the feature "save under".  Is to include the Excel file type under this list anyway?  Attached snapshot.

    Hi NiCoder,

You have a number of different options to get data from the data portal DIAdem to Excel:

    1) record in TDM or PDM file and use the free Excel TDM importer to load the data into Excel

    2) Save to CSV file and use the Excel import feature built-in ASCII file to load the data into Excel

    (3) load the GPI - DLLS gfsexcel.dll and use the "file > save under...". ' option to export a data *.xls file

    (4) use an own VBScript to automate one of the above 3 options

    (5) use a VBScript custom to directly send each channel data of the data portal to a column of values in Excel via ActiveX

(Option 1) and (2) are easier if you want a purely interactive solution.  Option 1) exports all data and all the properties values.  Option 2) exports all data values and the name of each channel in the data portal, but none of the other properties.  If you choose to use option 3), know in advance that this feature is limited to 255 columns and will not export custom properties, only the properties that existed in DIAdem 8.1.  (Option 4) can add in any custom properties that do not appear in option 2).  Option 5) can export all data and all custom, properties but there are also the slowest option and implies more programming.

  • How can you save an Excel file to PDF?

    Hello list,

My VI to save an Excel file in PDF format is attached.

If I run the VI, it saves a PDF file (probably because I'm recording with the PDF extension).

When I try to open the file in Acrobat, I get the error that it is an unsupported file type.

I use "17" as "File Format" (I found online and it is supposed to work for Word, so I thought it would work in Excel).

If I change the format of 'file' '56', I can open the saved file back into Excel and then save it in PDF format using the menu drop down and it opens correctly in Acrobat, so I think that "17" is not correct.

What no one knows the correct value for 'File Format', or I'm doing something wrong.

    Thank you

    Mike

  • Migration task list

Data forms are no longer available in the task lists when I migrates the Server of Test to the Server of Prod or vice vrsa. Data files are the same in both the server.
When I click on the task to form the messege appears the folder is empty.

When I change the list of tasks it requires file path and attachment form.

Is it possible to migrate to-do lists without disturbing the attachment of forms.

You can use LCM or TaskListDefUtil, more info - http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E17236_01/epm.1112/hp_admin/ch09s07s12.html

  • Import Excel file into address book Thunderbird

An Excel file can be imported into the Thunderbird AddressBook? If so, how?

Save the worksheet to a CSV file, which can be imported into Thunderbird address book.

This article lists the fields that can be used by Thunderbird. You will facilitate the import process if you can organize your spreadsheet/CSV file to match.

Here is some info about the import process.
