  I'm Keith, our admin of TI. We have recently updated a user to a new computer and a new version of adobe (which went from X to XI).   OK, the problem is the following: Acrobat has really no functionality, or is not supposed to convert a PDF text in images for the economy. (People have asked for it, but he never appeared). So my first thought is that your original PDF is already the images, or something that happens after the backup.

  * Check they use Acrobat or Reader

  * Check the file they open: is it already images

  By chance, I came up with this workaround. Of course there are other methods to get your data from a web - app, but if you want to use the 'Web apps search form', it would be a workaround.

  I noticed that the "Web apps entry form" contains all the fields of web applications for your web application (including the fields of the data source).

  It is possible to add the fields to the form of the "Web apps entry form" in the «Web apps search form»

  If you insert the "Web apps entry form" on a blank page, you will see all the fields in your web App including the "data source fields. The names of form fields contain something like.

  Sounds like you are clicking the button send in the window in the designer of the LC. When the form is displayed in preview, is assigned a temporary name. If the form is opened in Acrobat directly, the e-mail button attached the form with the clean/full name?

  If you want the form to give a name based on the data entered from the user, you will need a function of confidence (.js file) on each user's computer. See this discussion: http://forums.adobe.com/message/2266799#2266799.

  I understand that you run into questions of scan.  I would like to help!

  I recommend you to perform a power reset the printer.  Unplug the power cord from the printer and the power outlet, then wait 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug back in the printer. Make sure that you connect the printer directly to a wall outlet. Make sure to bypass any surge protector or power bar.

  I would recommend then download and run the HP print and Scan doctor.
