  Reinstall El Capitan without erasing the drive

  Make sure that you have a current backup before continuing.

  HD recovery start:

  Restart the computer after the ring, press in and hold the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen to appear.

  Repair

  When the recovery menu appears, select disk utility and press the continue button. Disk utility charges and select Macintosh HD entry indented from the list on the left.  Click the first aid tab in the toolbar... If disk utility reports any errors that have been corrected, then re-run first aid until no errors are reported. Wait until the operation is complete, then quit disk utility and return to the main menu. Select restart from the Apple menu.

  Reinstall OS X: Select reinstall OS X and click on the continue button.

  Note : You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest to use Ethernet if possible because it's three times faster than Wi - Fi and more reliable.

  A few possibilities:

  1 > you click with the right button on the files and chose to remove them from Lightroom.

  2 > you have created a new catalog, and records that are not part of another catalog.

  Each of these scenarios seem like they could be a possibility?

  If I type in an address like 'Amy's parents' list I can send is no longer a big e-mail to all members of my family in a single click.   Something like that didn't used to happen before late August 2014 or the beginning of September 2014.

  I even had a one-person e-mail fail this morning (08/09/14) because I tried typing a few letters and he knew to send the e-mail message, but it included these letters in the address.   This has been reported as Bug #1060901. It is fixed in a next version of Thunderbird that is not yet available. Read further for more options back to a working configuration.

  Go back to a previous version of Thunderbird and avoid the automatic updates

  In Thunderbird Windows updates are automatic by default. In order to avoid similar situations in the future, you could change that and decide to have a more cautious approach to updates.

  Before trying what anyone, make a backup of your Thunderbird profile.

  You can uninstall the current version of Thunderbird via Control Panel > programs and features and reinstall a previous version, download it from here:

  • Version 24.8

  Click the type for your operating system. for example: If you use Windows select "win32", then select the language for example: en-GB British English = then download the .exe file

  You can customize the behavior of automatic updates, however, it is under Tools > Options > advanced > update.

  My suggestion would be to check the updates but let me choose whether to install them.especially if you depend on critical business e-mail / important or personal questions.

• Adobe Story lost script files - why and where are they?

  I've always been nervous about cloudy systems and their reliability, and this is my worst nightmare became reality.

  A bunch of files for scripts that I wrote and that were made on the history and transferred a year or two back are not there now. If Adobe lost them? If this isn't the case, where are they?

  If they are lost give me a good reason why I should never use an Adobe product again?

  So after an afternoon of cardiac arrest, he proved that the files were all there.

  The explanation? When Adobe accounts were hacked a while back and we were informed that we should change password I need to have finished by opening a new account - by mistake I think. Anyway, the missing files were on the other account, and all is well and thank you Rohit for a swift fix!

  So, before you have a heart attack if your files are not displayed, check if you have more than one registered e-mail account.

If I delete the mails in gmail now, I don't want have disappeared them from thunderbird. Basically, all the mails that I remove to the gmail trash and is it shouldn't be deleted from thunderbird.   One thing to check is that your IP address has been blacklisted for some reason any. Visit a page like check the blacklist, which detects your IP address and then, when you click check blacklists, find it in the most common block lists used by mail servers to filter junk e-mail.

• Attempt to send e-mail (e-mail Postbox Windows) from Acrobat DC returns an error message "Error during the creation of message"?

  I seem to have all the information to my email (ports / passwords / etc) correctly in my Acrobat "preferences / e-mail accounts ' and when I 'Attach to Email' in the 'File' menu, it returns this error.  Maybe it's a 'post box' (email program) or a problem with Acrobat?

  Remove your under preferences-> e-mail accounts e-mail account.

  Then try to send the email using Acrobat DC, let it search automatically e-mail account & the port number.

  I would like to know if it works.
