  Please don't be crazy on me, but why put just PSPA4E as description of the laptop model?
  If you see the Toshiba download page this info can be useful right on step 4 to choose the right laptop model.

  In any way, if you can't find it on the support page of Toshiba which means your laptop model is not supported for 64-bit operating system. Identify the sound card and try to find it on the manufacturers support page.

  I have problems with my sound on my XP SP2 L40 - 14N, too.

  The Realtek driver on the Toshiba site is version R1.74, the one on the Realtek site is Version R1.84, none of them works on my laptop!

  How did you find your information and you have solved the problem of noise yet?

  I've been in contact with Realtek, and they have not indicated that their drivers do not work with XP SP2! They also did not come with ideas of why I have no sound!

  So I had a helmet, and it worked perfectly. (Believe me I don't know what it is to not ask) I downloaded the game Just cause 2 on steam and had audio problems with it. SO I searched all over the internet for solutions, and none of them work. In Device Manager, I saw that I have definition NVIDIA high definition Audio AND the Realtek High Audio. I tried to find out if we had need of updates and nope. I have a Windows 7 so if you can help me with this that would be great. My microphone is not broken, because I pluged in my ipod and did a test it works (I have a high quality microphone and you can tell the difference between my microphone and the generation ipod touch CMI). Please help me with this!

  The best way to find that out if the problem is with the hardware or not is to test the device on another computer. This will help us to determine if the problem is with the device or drivers.

  I recently bought the Toshiba Satellite L300-01:00 which has 4 GB of memory RAM. The thing is, 32-bit Windows cannot allocate more than 3 GB of RAM and there is no drivers for Windows 64 bit on this site.

  Can I use these drivers XP, downloaded from the site, as well on XP64 and XP32? If this is not the case, what am I, what to do?

  Are you bother just did 3.2 GB can be used or you think really with 4 GB, you'll have more powerful laptop?

  There is no sense to think about installing 64-bit if the phone is not supported for 64 - bit. Maybe you can find some drivers on the internet, but you will have all the other stuff specific to Toshiba.

  I can't find drivers for the wireless in this laptop. I searched for hours and still nothing... does that internet with LAN cable connected and in the settings of the adapter (Panel) there is no available wireless adapter to enable or disable, only region conection.

  I don't know what model of laptop wireless card has, then please do the following, and I'll post the link to the drivers wireless and bluetooth, you need.

  Go to Device Manager find the other devices category and click the network controller needing drivers.

  Then click on the Details tab in the upper part of the window network controller.

  Now, you see a drop-down list of property and it is set by default to the Description of the unit.

  Drop down on it and select the second item in the list (Hardware ID).

  After the first string of characters you see in the window.

  Do the same for the remaining unknown device after installing all the drivers that I posted.

  For the first unit, see if it works.

  This package contains the driver for the card reader JMicron for the notebook models and operating systems.

  File name: sp41703.exe

  Windows Update can have the driver for the second device.

  To install the driver for it, being connected to the internet... go to Device Manager and click on the device of ACPI\ITE8715 who need the pilot.

  Click the driver tab.  Click update driver and select Auto search.  Wait for windows to download the driver or reports there is no driver available.

  The driver you need is for the infrared transceiver of ITE.

  There are pages of driver for this device on the HP support site, but no download link to the driver.
