  release disk space and short-term memory are two different things. If your computer is running more disk space, it will have a negative effect on your system.

• Audio from Mail will not play on the lock since 9.2 screen!

  This is verified a discussion with an expert on the AppleCare, last night and it of a real disappointment for me and people like me who get a lot of attachments audio (mp3 etc) and should consult with them on the go. Used to be that if you open an audio file as an attachment to an email in Mail (up to iOS 9.1) and start playing, then lock your screen, the audio continues to play without interruption, and more you can use the commands to switch the lock on that screen the sound signal. Now, when you lock your screen in iOS 9.2, the sound just stops! Yay for promotion! In addition, when you switch from mail to say, Safari, the sound stops too. Apparently the iOS does not recognize Mail as a background audio source. It is a GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT and really needs to be fixed as soon as POSSIBLE.

  Anyway, just to say that if you rely on this feature, please do not update to 9.2. I really wish I didn't.

  Thank you for the HRT, thought it was just me. Even disbarred icloud drive because of this, but now I see that apple really messed that one up.

  I keep seeing references to the issues with older models of iPad after the upgrade to 9.3.  But I brought a brand new iPad 2 Air, upgraded to 9.3, yesteday and this is as good as useless.  Mail and safari links do not work, causing the iPad to freeze.  No amount of restarting, restart, juggle parameters seems to work.  Come on Apple, not good enough, where is the difficulty?

• Audio embeddee don't play server.

  It plays fine in the preview but does not play on the server. I use Dreamweaver CC and have used suggests three sources, mp3, wav and ogg. I am very new to HTML and Dreamweaver CC so looking for the simplest way to address the issue. I don't want to be a burden too so if I could learn to have my song playing in an OS (iOS) and a browser (Safari) that would be good enough for me. Thank you very much.

• Late 2009 iMac Sierra gel & incomplete close

  Hi all

  I did a clean install of Sierra on my iMac late 2009, 3.60 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, the 12 GB of RAM, a 1 TB drive, ATI graphics card. Everything seemed to happen. Now, I have two problems:

  1. at least twice daily than the iMac just hangs. The mouse moves, but can not select anything. Cmd - Tab will not pass applications. Keyboard does not respond. All I can say is that I always Mail, Safari, & Open Office 4.1.2 running. Have to hold the power button to turn off and restart.

  2. at the end of the day, when I stopped, the process is not finished and I just get a black screen (computer for desktop is black, but the items on the desktop are not visible), with the only docking station. Still, the only way out seems to be to hold down the power button to turn off.

  Anyone else having these issues? Is it that I can save for a clean install of Yosemite that worked perfectly before?

• Help with a beach running slow filled iMac ball

  We have problems with our iMac, like below. If anyone has any inside. There is plenty of space on the hard drive and I have just run Cocktail to maintain and made sure the operating system is up-to-date.

  We often live very slow behavior in task such as launch of mail, safari or anything else besides and sometimes even just type text in boxes. It is also very slow at startup and shutdown.
