audio plays music/ads without running programs

There is no audio playing on my desk. There is no open programs or whatever it is running at all. I stopped and restarted several times... What do I do?

Hi, Brandibethel,

You have recently installed a new toolbar?

Open Control Panel > uninstall programs

See the list of installed applications.  If nothing is not familiar to you, do an online search to determine if it is significant or not.  Uninstall the application if this is something you don't have not added intentionally and do not need.

Restart your computer and start typing the F8 key to display the logo of the manufacturer

Select Mode safe mode with networking

Download the following tool and run a scan complete to rule out malware

When you are done, reboot and let Windows load

On lollipop 5.0.2 last game google music does not detect the settings of audio effects of Motorola. I am not clear that another 3rd party audio player detects or not. When you play music, it is the only way to access the settings of the audio effect i.e. users must take the thrower Nova. From activities of NL option widget can be accessed. The thing if someone dnt want to use Nova how it will access audio effects to play music? Motorola should consider it in future updates.

If the above does not check the disable Desktop Composition.

  • host process for windows services, play music

last week, I started hearing random music on my computer, even if no other known program were running. I hear he plays a kind of music of Asian style, something that resembled a broadcast radio ads and a moment ago techno style music. Happens, I think, random time of day/night, so I have to mute the speakers. While browsing the web, I saw some thing on the opening of the mixer Volume and audio playback programs list, I've seen the music playing under "Windows Service host process" and I would like to know if there is anything, I can do to get rid of this and prevent it playing music again. I cut only this one, but it will disappear and come back and become audible. I thought it could be a virus and did a full scan with McAfee (which is updated), but he returned again.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thank you

You really need to do is to turn off System Restore before you run Malwarebytes. Re-start, and then run the anti-malware, followed by your antivirus.

    Re-run Malawarebytes

Re-boot then turn on the system restore and immediately set a restore point.

    Or try this.

    See you soon,.

  • Windows 7 sound crackling while playing music and do something ELSE who chews CPU.

    The problem:

OK, the problem is when playing audio I have meet a crackling if ANY operation requiring the use of the CPU, as minimal as is. For example, when using Media Player or MediaMonkey if as I scroll through my 10,000 songs while playing a song, the music starts to Crackle terribly and only becomes worse if I do something requires more juice for example opening a program or even Firefox. In addition, when you watch videos online, YouTube for example, I hear the crackling unless that maximize the video to full screen. Even if doing nothing just by watching the video, it will play not clearly without be maximized to full screen.

    Corrections have already tried:

Of course, the first thing I did was uninstall and re-install the drivers. Then make sure that they were more current and compatible Win7. Then, I tried to disable all processes except for those organized by Microsoft. Then, I tried to disable the network adapter. Then I downloaded a latency checker and it ran. It stings whenever I do everything that uses the CPU so this basically just confirmed what I already knew that it is some kind of problem with the memory or the CPU during audio playback usage. Finally, I bought a new Creative Live sound card that is compatible Win7 and abandoned the Realtek edge. Still having the same problem.

    My specs:

    Windows Ultimate 7 32 bit 7600 build

Creative SoundBlaster Live 24-bit sound card

    2 GB of Ram

Pentium Dual Core 2.2 ghz processor

I know that my system is not too far above the minimum requirements, but everything worked perfectly with Vista and it takes care of everything including the games important enough such as WOW and C & C without any problem whatsoever, including sound problems. As I said, it is only a problem when listening to audio and trying to do something ELSE. Tried everything. Will be eternally grateful for any help!

    PROBLEM SOLVED!

After months of trying to get this problem resolved I finally thought to it today. I found a YouTube video about hardware acceleration that made me think that this cannot be an audio problem at all; and it was not. The problem was that my graphics card is not good enough to deal with the high demand for Win7 Aero. Although the GeForce 7300 THE I use runs the Aero settings and allow me to play the current games that require directx 9 or higher, either the card or my PC (or a combination of the two) has not enough umph to run Aero themes and still provide a smooth audio playback using other features that require system resources. It also fixed my problems with YouTube and other online videos choppy playback while not in mode full-screen! So, thank you all for the useful suggestions that finally led me to the source of my problem!

    Best regards

  • Windows media player does not when I try to play music, says

my windows media player unresponsive when I try to play music?

    Hi Leo,

-Have there been any changes made on the computer before the show?

-Is the issue limited with a special music or with all audio/video files file?

I would suggest trying the following steps and check if it helps.

Method 1:   Run the Windows Update troubleshooting tool and check.

Open the troubleshooting Windows Media Player settings Troubleshooter

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/open-the-Windows-Media-Player-settings-Troubleshooter

Solve the problems of Windows Media Player video and other media or library

    http://support.Microsoft.com/mats/windows_media_player_diagnostic/

    Method 2:

Set up your computer in a clean boot State

To help resolve the error message, you can start Windows Vista or Windows 7 by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

Please note: After troubleshooting, be sure to start your computer in normal mode by following step 7.

If the problem persists, I suggest you to check the Event Viewer logs.

What are the information contained in the logs of the event (Event Viewer)? http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/what-information-appears-in-event-logs-event-viewer

  • iPhone 7 - load & play music

With the new iPhone 7 announced without the classic headphone jack, I'm confused about how the iPhone 7 will work when load and play music.

I currently does not have a bluetooth car radio - I need to plug the power cord to the classics to play music in my car. My phone is not always 100% when I get out of the House/work order...

HOW CAN I LOAD THE NEW IPHONE 7 AND PLAY MUSIC AT THE SAME TIME WITH ONLY A LIGHTNING PORT?

Is there some sort of adapter/splitter?

It may be make or break for me...

I found this with a search very fast. I don't know if that answers your question though.

    http://Gizmodo.com/the-iPhone-7-is-here-everything-you-need-to-know-1786260590

Schiller made sure that we knew that there are over 900 million devices connected to the lightning to companies such as JBL. But what happens if I wanted to use my headset on, say, an iPhone 7. Fortunately, Apple will be including an adapter for audio jack in each case for the iPhone 7. Get ready to lose!

  • Cannot play music files in the Amazon (m3u)

    Windows 7 x 64
    Firefox 39.0.3

I still managed to play music in the Amazon files until either a Windows or Firefox recent update - don't know which came first. No matter now as Amazon apparently use m3u files & I don't seem to have a plugin for them it keeps wanting me to download or save etc, which is not what I want to do with I want to taste a few tens of individuals.

I have VLC and WMP plugins media both always active value & restarted Firefox many times while working through this issue, but probably none of these work for m3u files? I've read more articles on similar issues, but none of the various fixes have worked for me for example on: plugins options - True (not sure exactly that one is that I had to change). I downloaded and tried to install a 'media pack' for Win 7, but that no longer works.

Never had this problem until recently through several updates to Windows & /or Firefox so a bit puzzled as to what else to do. The only types of files mentioned in the Options are mp3, 4, mpeg4, wmp.

    Appreciate any ideas. Thank you.

Please upgrade to the latest version of Firefox:

The former autour work should do an add operation, try Firefox is Mode without fail to ensure that it is not not a problem with an add we:

Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily disables hardware acceleration, restores some settings and disables add-ons (extensions and themes).

If Firefox is open, you can restart Firefox Safe mode in the Help menu:

    • Click the menu button

      click Help

then select restart with disabled modules.

If Firefox does not work, you can start Firefox in Mode safe as follows:

    • On Windows: Hold down the SHIFT key when you open the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.
    • On Mac: Hold the option key during the startup of Firefox.
    • On Linux: Exit Firefox, go to your Terminal and run firefox-safe-mode
(you may need to specify the installation path of Firefox for example/usr/lib/firefox)

When the Firefox Safe Mode window appears, select "start mode safe."

If the problem is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, theme or hardware acceleration. Please follow the steps described in the section Troubleshooting extensions, themes and problems of hardware acceleration to resolve common Firefox problems to find the cause.

To exit safe mode of Firefox, simply close Firefox and wait a few seconds before you open Firefox for normal use again.

When find you what is causing your problems, please let us know. This might help others with the same problem.

  • Firefox will not stop playing music to youtube

    Firefox 38.0.5 OS X Yosemite 10.10.3

Played music on youtube. YouTube to stop smoking, stop. Come back 2 hours later to start Firefox still play music.
It was yesterday. Since then, I have disabled all the extension and plug-in power off the laptop completely and signed my youtube account. Open Firefox - still play music.

I'm about to completely uninstall Firefox, but I'm open to suggestions first.

    Thank you

The issue is actually with Shockwave Flash Player. Sometimes the Flash Player remains running even after Firefox was closed. I'll try to uninstall flash player.

YouTube should work in HTML5 mode without flash player. I suggest to try on the web without flash player and then only install flash player if it seems that you really need. These days most sites work just fine without flash.

  • ATV4, play music with TV

    Hello

I think to buy an Apple TV Gen 4, but I was wondering if it is possible to play music without turning on my TV. In other words, I wish I could say the ATV to play music using my phone as a remote control without having to turn on the TV at any time.

The reason why I have a concern about a requirement to have the screen on is the HDMI licensing restriction that blocks audio if the monitor is on, now that there are no optical output more.

    Thank you

Users have experienced different results when you try to use the Apple TV for audio only. Some have found it works well, others have found that they need to have the TV on get audio and others have found that they need the TV to start with, but may turn off when the audio starts to play.

I suspect these variations result from the type of connection that the TV offers and therefore may vary depending on the make and model of TV.
