Audio window appears do not

I'm trying to add audio to the text boxes in captivate 7, but whenever I click "Add audio" or "insert audio" window does not appear, but captivate is frozen until I hit the 'Esc' key It's as if the audio window appear off the screen or is it invisible. Is this a bug that everyone knows? I tried closing and reopening the project.

As RodWard points out, Captivate "may think" the window to another location.

In case of re - arrange the monitors does not resolve the problem, then remove the Captivate preferences folder is a quick way to Captivate 'forget' the invalid position (but, of course, your other preferences will be lost as well)

In general Preferences for Captivate 7 folder will be located in C:\users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\Captivate 7.0

You can stop Captivate, rename the folder to 'Captivate 7.0' preferences to something else, then again the Captivate. If the problem disappears, please share the renamed folder Preferences so that we can investigate on what went wrong with it.

    I'm not sure that understand the exact nature of the problem. Given, I'm not sure a) where you 'Default Still' fits into the workflow of new title, or b) which window you closed and cannot come back.

    If the goal is to open the window title once again, here are the first two things to try

    • Double-click the title in the project Panel or in the timeline panel
    • Window > Actions of title (or all others that begin with 'Title')

    If this does not work, then go to window > workspace > reset the workspace current, then repeat the steps above.

    And if none of this is what you were asking, then please specify.

  • authentication window appear does not correctly

    Authentication popup window does not display the buttons to send or cancel submission of credentials. Keyboard still works, but the pop-up window is the frame is smaller than the content of the window.

    This is probably caused by the additional content that is added by LastPass extensions and AutoFill that do not fit in the authentication window.

    Regarding your concern in the installation of your Bluetooth headset, please follow the steps of fixation of error Bluetooth via the Device Manager:

    1. go in Control Panel > Device Manager.
    2. click on the Bluetooth driver that you should update.
    3. click on driver tab > Update Driver.
    4. click on automatically search for an updated driver.
    5 Windows will search for the latest version of the driver. Once this is done, follow the instructions on your screen.

    Method 2:

    1. press Windows + R key.
    2 type appwiz.cpl, and then click Ok.
    3. search for Intelproset/wireless Bluetooth (r) software, then uninstall it.

    Method 3:

So of course I wanted to open it and see how it would work and I am went to my task bar of the bar/notification to X on the icon of the globe and instead it showed a 'setup' icon I put my mouse beneath him and he says "Mozilla Firefox" so I went ahead and x'd on it waiting for FF to open. Instead, a small warning telling me I had to restart for the installation to complete, I did, but no change. So basically, I have what I believe is a software on my pc, corrupted/malicious who is called Mozilla V #13.0.1 - I cannot get rid of and also impossible to reinstall the version I had, less I complete installation of the one I have, but don't think that I want now. Remember also, I can't make suggestions of in the browser of FF that have been suggested, because I never saw, only IE8 and Google... Any suggestions?

    No sound on DVD playback.  Music CD works fine, as the general computer audio.  Mute is not on.  This has happened between a start and another.  Maybe had something to with a nuisance 'Power DVD' (may be not the right name) program this dominant kept Windows Media Player.

    Uninstall Sonic. I recommend that you only use Revo uninstaller to uninstall.

    I checked the previous messages and can't seem to find a solution to this problem.  Recently I ran 3 different scans, i.e. sbybot, avast and Malawarebytes virus. After that I ran these anti-virus programs and remove viruses, I was not able to open any more virus scanners. Every time I tried, would open a window saying "Choose the program you want to use to open this file." If I try to download a new virus scanner, it says the same thing.

    When I try to open the Control Panel, add or remove programs, a window appears saying "C:Windows\system32\rundll32.exe Application not found. I checked this file on my c: drive\system 32 and see the rundll.exe file. I also copy and pasted the file rundll.exe my CD of Windows XP in c: Windows\System32

    Everything else seems to work fine on my computer, and I get no message on the rundll.exe file when the computer starts up first.

    Any help would be popular!

    Just in case there are persistent pieces of malware here is the method of complete elimination.

    Try Mode safe mode with networking - repeatedly, press F8 that you start.

    The best two methods allow scanners to run and/or AV.exe out of the way or removing.

    CTRL SHIFT ESC - task manager OR right click on the taskbar - task manager

    Process tab - complete the process on AV. EXE and continue with the uninstall Guide.

    If necessary use start - computer or Windows Explorer to navigate to

    C:\Program Malwarebytes Anti - Malware\mbam.exe or where it is installed - if
    necessary right click on the shortcut of Malwarebytes - Properties - tab - target line to see where it
    is installed.

    Right-click on it and rename it to ZZMbam.COM (or something different than now) and
    Double-click it, and then run it like this. You can rename it back later. Do the same with
    other programs according to the needs. Use this method to others as needed - NOT assume all
    a program deletes all or that it is no other malicious software.
