Authenticate when the user clicks on the "back" button after disconnection

Hi all

Is there a way that the user can be required to authenticate, if simply disconnected, then click on the back button.

I have a situation where a user who works on relatively sensitive data disconnects (yeees they should close the browser and all, but they never obey instructions...) and someone else can come around and click on the back button and see it as what he had worked on.

Is it possible to disable this behavior, or otherwise force a reload/re-authentication.

Thank you.

Hello

You can do this by writing this code in each page of your application

Write this in the html header:

and write it in the Page HTML Body attribute:

onunload="javascript:history.go(1)";

It will not allow users to go back.

Thank you

  • When click the "back" button after filling out web form, I can't, a message says that Firefox must send information that will be rpeat any action... Why can I go back?

My current Firefox is version 9.0.1 update
"when I click on the"back"button after filling web form or make payment online etc, I can't go back to my homepage, if I press the BACK BUTTON (arrow) a message said.
"Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (for example, a search or order confirmation) that was carried out earlier.

I don't want to re - order or repeat the process over. The only thing I can do is to leave Firefox and start again which is very painful.

    Any solution will be appreciated.

Older Firefox had this coming message in case you have used the back to go to a page that is requested from the server with the POST data specific to a form previously sent.

You receive an alert to send POST data if you return to a page or refresh a page that was requested in advance from the server by submitting form via a (hidden) MESSAGE form data.

Firefox can only make sure to get the same page send this POST form.

Firefox doesn't know what it means shape data, so Firefox asks for confirmation before sending the form data so action can you take to repeat an action and buy another article or post a message once.

A way to prevent that pop up is not to use the back button, but to open the links on a page that have been requested from a server by sending a MESSAGE form in a new tab (window) with a middle click or a Ctrl + left click.

Then you can close the tab or window to go back.

  • [ADF, JDev12.1.3] step-recording-shape built with fragments: validation should not happen when you click on the "back" button

    Hallo,

I have a btf containing fragments of 4 in the order who are at the stage of the registration form.

Each fragment contained fields for the same instance of VO. the points of the fields is managed through the property Required for the APP.

Each fragment has a front and a "back" button to go to the next/previous step (buttonthe Action property is set to the name of the species of specific control flow).

In each fragment of the automatic validation - occurs when the user clicks the next button if the form is not well filled. It is very good.

The problem is that validation also occurs when the user clicks the back button: in this case the validation should not happen.

    How can I achieve this?

    Thank you

  • Captivate 9 - trying to switch between the States of an object when a user clicks on this object?

Try to switch between the States of an object when a user clicks on this object? I have successfully used the function of the State of the object to change the object to a different State, but I need it back to its Normal state when it is selected again in the State has changed and then continue to turn every State when you click on it. It is an interaction of flashcard. I can do this using several objects and hide/show, but I would do it with States and unique objects.

You're talking about custom or InBuilt States. What kind of action do you use: a simple or advanced/shared action?  If you simply switch between two States, use the approach I described in this blog post:

    1 share = 5 buttons toggle - Captivate blog

You will probably need a user variable to track the status, but you can use the shared conditional action described in this blog.

I thank very you much for trying to help me.
I think you pointed me in the right direction, I tried on IE (ugh!) and he worked there. It's been awhile that this HARD drive has been in service and I think it's time to do a clean reinstall of everything.

  • Impossible to return to the place where I ieft off after clicking the back button

When I browse Smugmug photos, after you select the gallery that I want, when I'm done and I click the back button it brings back me initially galleries and not where I chose the last Gallery or photo. IE and chrome don't do that.

Thank you for your question and I'm happy to help you. I understand that the back button does not work as expected in Firefox, all seeking to smugmug.

At the same time as a work autour, if you right click on the back button, it will give the list all the pages that are visited.

  • How can I stop the page to reload automatically when I hit the back button?

A few months back, I upgraded to a new laptop, and since then, when I hit the back button, it refreshes the previous page from what I can understand. On my last laptop, if I was doing some research on a site and click the previous button, the search bar would be automatically ready to hit the BACKSPACE and delete what is there for a new search. Now, when I hit the back button, I have to manually click inside the search box to do, and I hate it. When you are doing research on multiple sites, like this time savers really help. This applies to regular sites (forums, online stores, etc.), not search like Google sites.

I don't have this problem on my old laptop and does not know how to solve this problem on this one. They are the two Win7 x 64, and version of the browser is not the issue. I started Firefox on this computer that same exact on the last of them, and after the updates, it's always the same. I am currently on 8.0 but will soon be upgrading to the new.

Do you mean that the search bar on this page focus?

Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > appearance/themes).

  • Can I disable the new shipment when I hit the back button

After you send a form (search form, say) and then by clicking a link on the page of results ("action"), I want to go back to the page of the form and change the criteria of form. However, when I hit the back button Firefox always want to re-post form data before I can go back further in history. Very clumsy. Is there a way to prevent this re-post and simply open the cached page?

Google Chrome altogether kindly view of a page instead of the page of 'action' of the form which gives you the opportunity to submit again, or you can simply click back to return to the page of the form. I don't think that Firefox should force you to submit a form if you just try to navigate back in your history.

I used to work around this problem by using the slot back button to choose the page of form directly, but the navigation/FF4 FF5 default buttons is not that much longer (that I can find anyway).

Is there a topic: config that will prevent this re - submit forced?

Use one of the following methods to open the history list and work around the page that gives the alert:

    • Right-click on the back or next button
    • Press and hold the left button of the mouse on the active back or forward button until the list opens

  • What happened to the button on the address bar which allow you to see the pages you had been so that you don't have to click the back button several times? I use it all the time and it is not on FF4.

What happened to the button on the left end of the address bar which allow you to see the pages you had been so that you don't have to click the back button several times? You can look at the drop down window of pages and just choose whatever you want. I use it all the time and it is not on FF4. I want to go back to the old FF.

If you right click on your back button, or click and hold down the mouse button, it will display the list. (I prefer a click-right, because sometimes my fingers slide when I try to click and hold)

I tried with a dummy gate and a portlet and if the property is set to true, you see the fragment identifier and if false you do not.

    Hello

Where you store the value? Try to store it in a variable pageFlowScope or a property of the pageFlowScope bean.

    value = "#{pageFlowScope.testVar} '"

    value = "#{pageFlowScope.testBean.testVar} '"

    Kind regards

    Ruben.
