By clicking on the back button twice in IE7 for previos page in our WL portal.

Hello
We develop applications of weblogic portal.
And I noticed that on all our pages (we have JPF and JSR portlets) please click the back button twice in Internet Explorer 7 to get the previous page.
We have not this problem when we use FireFox, Opera or Chrome, please advice, what we can do to solve this problem.
Thank you very much!

Do you mean that you still see the #id after that you set scrolling window as false and republish?

I tried with a dummy gate and a portlet and if the property is set to true, you see the fragment identifier and if false you do not.
Using Async desktop?

    Hello

Where you store the value? Try to store it in a variable pageFlowScope or a property of the pageFlowScope bean.

    value = "#{pageFlowScope.testVar} '"

    value = "#{pageFlowScope.testBean.testVar} '"

  • Authenticate when the user clicks on the "back" button after disconnection

    Hi all

Is there a way that the user can be required to authenticate, if simply disconnected, then click on the back button.

I have a situation where a user who works on relatively sensitive data disconnects (yeees they should close the browser and all, but they never obey instructions...) and someone else can come around and click on the back button and see it as what he had worked on.

Is it possible to disable this behavior, or otherwise force a reload/re-authentication.

    Thank you.

    Hello

You can do this by writing this code in each page of your application

Write this in the html header:

and write it in the Page HTML Body attribute:

    onunload="javascript:history.go(1)";

It will not allow users to go back.

  • [ADF, JDev12.1.3] step-recording-shape built with fragments: validation should not happen when you click on the "back" button

    Hallo,

I have a btf containing fragments of 4 in the order who are at the stage of the registration form.

Each fragment contained fields for the same instance of VO. the points of the fields is managed through the property Required for the APP.

Each fragment has a front and a "back" button to go to the next/previous step (buttonthe Action property is set to the name of the species of specific control flow).

In each fragment of the automatic validation - occurs when the user clicks the next button if the form is not well filled. It is very good.

The problem is that validation also occurs when the user clicks the back button: in this case the validation should not happen.

    How can I achieve this?

    Thank you

    Federico

Have you attempted to immediately assign = true on the "back" button?

  • Right click on the "back" button to see the history? You got to be a joke.

    Every day, it's something new...
Why the hell see you correspond to remove the arrow on the buttons ' back/forward' that has allowed to look through several pages of previous or next drop VERY PRACTICE? Yes, I am well aware, that you can now achieve through a right-click on the button, but come on, that's just stupid. Nothing of that at all intuitive.
Stop the deletion of these options. You may want to it a certain way, but that's great for you and you alone. We give users the ability to keep these settings very simple and ridiculous way we want that they.

You can also hold down the left button of the mouse on the active back or forward button until the list opens.

  • Impossible to return to the place where I ieft off after clicking the back button

When I browse Smugmug photos, after you select the gallery that I want, when I'm done and I click the back button it brings back me initially galleries and not where I chose the last Gallery or photo. IE and chrome don't do that.

Thank you for your question and I'm happy to help you. I understand that the back button does not work as expected in Firefox, all seeking to smugmug.

At the same time as a work autour, if you right click on the back button, it will give the list all the pages that are visited.

  • When click the "back" button after filling out web form, I can't, a message says that Firefox must send information that will be rpeat any action... Why can I go back?

My current Firefox is version 9.0.1 update
"when I click on the"back"button after filling web form or make payment online etc, I can't go back to my homepage, if I press the BACK BUTTON (arrow) a message said.
"Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (for example, a search or order confirmation) that was carried out earlier.

I don't want to re - order or repeat the process over. The only thing I can do is to leave Firefox and start again which is very painful.

    Any solution will be appreciated.

Older Firefox had this coming message in case you have used the back to go to a page that is requested from the server with the POST data specific to a form previously sent.

You receive an alert to send POST data if you return to a page or refresh a page that was requested in advance from the server by submitting form via a (hidden) MESSAGE form data.

Firefox can only make sure to get the same page send this POST form.

Firefox doesn't know what it means shape data, so Firefox asks for confirmation before sending the form data so action can you take to repeat an action and buy another article or post a message once.

A way to prevent that pop up is not to use the back button, but to open the links on a page that have been requested from a server by sending a MESSAGE form in a new tab (window) with a middle click or a Ctrl + left click.

Then you can close the tab or window to go back.

  • How can I disable the menu drop-down list on the back button?

I use a laptop and my hands are not too clever. Whenever I click on the 'back' button, I get the drop-down list, which means that I must then back up my hand to the pad (gently!) to move the pointer, and then try again. It may take me several attempts to turn back a site now!

I searched for hours how activate the drop-down list, nothing is done and even looked through all the settings in: config to try to find a way around it. Seriously impact my ability to use my laptop on the web now, so if someone can you please come up with a way to return to the old back button, with no menu when my finger slow old cannot move pretty fast down the key, I would be very grateful.

There are two other ways to return to a page.

    • Right click on a box empty page you visit and use the dos command
    • From the keyboard, press {Alt + left arrow}
  • Why the 'Back' button often fails for the first time after moving to a new page to work?

During further testing, I can repeat this bug every time: it happens when I clicked on a page background (focus it and allow scrolling arrow key). After having done this, clicking on the back button does not work as expected: don't not visually get "push the button" and the browser does not return to the previous page. Instead, everything on the menu (help, all file) becomes grey as if Firefox just lost focus.

It almost seems like Firefox 7 has a 'smart' function to prevent accidental 'Back' presses, but if so, it does not work!

Please let me know if you need more information about this bug.

    See:

The default value of the pref Network.http.Max - connections has been increased from 30 up to 256 in versions of Firefox 6 +.

Try to decrease the value of the pref Network.http.Max - connections 256-30 such as used in versions of Firefox 3.

Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > appearance/themes).

  • The back button brings back me to the top of the previous page instead of the place in the previous page, where I was before. How does it evolve?

On a list as Craiglists which has 100s of lists on a page, you click on the link to access the item description page, after the ad, I then click on the back button & instead of back to where I was on the previous page, I went back to the top of the page. It's a lot of time, because I then locate the list I was before so I can continue my review of the list of others.

Maybe it's a problem of compatibility add-on or extension.
I had the same problem and I seem to have solved by uninstalling APTURE HIGHLIGHTS 1.6. following the standard diagnostic test not more white flashes and now my scroll position is known.
It also cleared up a bad freeze/hang up, I had after waking from sleep/hibernate.

  • I have most of the software UTD and the magic mouse 2.  I continue to have these episodes where Safari zoomed spontaneously and I can't cancel it without hitting the back button of the browser.  Did someone came across this?

On an IMac 27 "OS is El Capitan 10.11.2 Magic Mouse 2, Safari 9.0.2

Seen the episodes while in Safari, it suddenly zoomed in and let even me not to scroll the page.  I have to click on the back button to cancel it. It seems to happen spontaneously, but my hand is still physically on the mouse, just I don't do anything with or to the mouse.  Seems to be developed after I went to the Magic Mouse 2.  Any ideas?

Please, open the mouse in system preferences and uncheck that smart zoom.

Hi I have a folio with a series of projects, and I wanted to use the back option as different access for each project points

    Goto://FolioNavigation/lastview

but each project has a section of the image that are associated with him, and it has a button on the back specifically to main article of the project. But when you click on the back button now the main artcile, need you for article image, not back to where the person wud have wanted to be.

I can't think of one work around other dating back to the use of specific page navto, but as the means to determine the access point that are not possible. Or double the articles entirely.

    Any help appreciated.

    Rob

found the solution. you use the goto://FolioNavigation/lastview

I think you pointed me in the right direction, I tried on IE (ugh!) and he worked there. It's been awhile that this HARD drive has been in service and I think it's time to do a clean reinstall of everything.

  • What happened to the button on the address bar which allow you to see the pages you had been so that you don't have to click the back button several times? I use it all the time and it is not on FF4.

What happened to the button on the left end of the address bar which allow you to see the pages you had been so that you don't have to click the back button several times? You can look at the drop down window of pages and just choose whatever you want. I use it all the time and it is not on FF4. I want to go back to the old FF.

If you right click on your back button, or click and hold down the mouse button, it will display the list. (I prefer a click-right, because sometimes my fingers slide when I try to click and hold)
