Authentication failed in the content viewer

I have a client who cannot log in to the display of the content with its Adobe I.D. so he can't see the project that I have developed for him. When you connect, it gets the message "Authentication failed" dreaded. He used the viewer of content in the past without problem, can connect to Adobe.com, is connected to the Internet, and his account is verified. I even changed his account email address so it would be re - check, but nothing helped. I know that this subject has been discussed here with varying results, but nothing has solved the problem. I tried his account information on my iPad with the same results, but my account works fine. I chatted online and on the phone with technical support, but it was absolutely worthless. There is a known problem affecting some customers. Can you send me a private message with the Adobe ID of the person having this problem and I will have a product support person to investigate and solve the problem (there is no they can do I can't for this problem)

    You will need to register for Apple Developer account and then gather all the UDID (Apple this limit to only 100 devices) you want to your application must be installed on. Create your mobile configuration profiles to include these ID's and you can then use TestFlight to get your app and the monitor that installed it. Of course Testflight is intended to monitor the performance of your apps, but I'm sure you can get away with it if you use it to push you app. One thing to keep in mind is that the mobile profiles provisoning are valid for 1 year. I hope this helps.

    In fact, it will update almost immediately (less than two minutes at most) and lets you know that an update of the folio is available. You will need to close and reopen Content Viewer.

    Now if you want to preview your content immediately without updating the article, use the Preview on characteristic unit in Indesign that will start the Preview on your Adobe Content Viewer.

  • Folio not appearing is not in the content viewer

    I have a folio that I worked on what was initially appear in the content viewer, but was not updated when I added items. So I have archived the folio in the content viewer and the folio was no longer available for download. The folio appears in the Digital Publishing Suite Dashboard, so I don't know why it is not displayed in the content viewer. I use the latest version of Folio Builder and Content Viewer. Any ideas what could happen?

    I thought about it, I inadvertently two articles (in fact ads) which had the same name. Once I renamed the article in Folio Builder, he appeared in the content viewer. Thanks for your help, Bob.

    Try to open the 6 files in photoshop and using save for web & devices to save the images in jpg to a reasonable size and then put these images in their own folder and try again. I think you're using an unsupported file format or your images are too large.

    Looks like your folio has been only partially downloaded to the viewer of content. With the new Viewer, you can begin to consult the folio while the folio downloads yet.

    So RADIUS returns an Access_Accept and the switch treats it as a rejection of access and little esteem RADIUS as dead.

    As for free using the Radius and cisco-av pairs. Please can you activate debug on switch output and reproduce the problem with the attempt to authentiation of customer:

    I agree, the KMAC is correct, even if you named KENC

    At this point, the ICV is zero

    The mac algorithm is MAC final retail (single with final MAC of triples)

    Make sure that you do not mix the key pieces to use for the only part OF THE, here, it should be C4 42 F0 64 F4 BD 2 8.

    Also make sure that you calculated the MAC with the CCMC, not the MAC KEY DERIVED SESSION KEY because I think that you did!
