  I'll make sure that your Remote Procedure Call (RPC) server is running.  Right-click on my computer-> Manage and go to the services section.  You start and stop the services from here.  You can also right-click and select Properties... and see the service dependencies.

  I decided, rather than installing programs from discs, that I have not, I would like to download the most updated version of Cs4 design.  The two files downloaded successfully in the "downloads" folder and I ran the .exe file, which was at the end without error, and I clicked on 'Finish' at the end.  Twice.  But no programs don't appear in the list of programs, and none is in the program files folders.  I am running Windows 7 on a computer recently restructured previously ran, also on windows 7 64 bit, 4 GB memory.

  Sounds like a Windows problem, not an iTunes one. Do not encrypt files unless they need.   Look for the service to the Windows Firewall Service if it is started or not.

  4. develop unmanned plug-and-play, select Windows Firewall authorization driver.

  5. right click and click Properties. Set it to request and start the service.

  Method 1: Follow the steps to start the firewall service Windows for authorization.

  (a) click Start, type Device Manager in the search box start and click on enter.

  (b) now select View menu and select Show hidden devices.

  (c) now expand Non Plug-and play drivers and then select window firewall authorization driver.

  (d) now right-click on the window firewall permission pilot, and then select Properties.

  (e) now go to the driver tab and start the service and then click ok.
