Select Yes, some fields, right click and you will see the different options that are available.

You can also use the guides, you can get by displaying (Ctrl + R) leaders first and dragging horizontal and vertical rules. If you drag a field near a guide, the side of the field the closer the mouse cursor emerges slowly to her when close enough. They will also align to guides (with lower zoom settings) when selected and uttered by using the arrows of the keyboard cursor.

  • Auto alignment and sizing in form elements - cannot turn off

For some reason any form I'm working on Acrobat 9 Professional on Mac, Leopard 10.5.8, has a problem.

It has a feature enabled, I can't understand how to disable. Form items sizes and positions are not adjustable in the range micro as usual.  A button is a given height and can be set to two or three times (etc.), this height. Similarly, it cannot be moved in increments of same. It cannot be pushed.

I'm used to be able to move with the mouse or the arrows such small increases that form elements seem infinitely adjustable in size or position.

Is there a setting somewhere that disables this feature?

See the PDF attached with transparent buttons on the first page (TOC).

Have you line up on the grid running?

  • Distribute objects (groups) so that they touch, but do not overlap

Hello everyone, I am currently working with Illustrator and Inkscape. I'm trying to move away from Inkscape because it has all of the features that I like in illustrator. However, there are a few things that I can not find its equivalent options in Illustrator. The principal a right now gives me questions is a tool that Inkscape is called to remove overlap. It is with the align attribute and distribute options. For example if I have 16 objects on my screen, I can use the alignment tool to align everything in a nice line. I can then use for overlap removal tool distribute so that they all touch but do not overlap. Research online I found that Illustrator used to have an option in the attribute align and distribute Panel that allows you to specify no space between objects in the broadcast. I do not see this option in Illustrator CC. My hypothesis is that it is out there somewhere, or has been replaced by a new option, I don't know where to find it. In illustrator, I can use snap to grid and try to do it manually by hand, but it is not always as precise as I need it to be.

The reason why I need this tool is so that when I'm ready to export the graph for my games I do sprite sheets, which require that all objects are aligned in a grid of 32 x 32 or 64 x 64 with no overlap and no spacing between them because it will cut the sheet into squares and use them as frames in an animation.

If I have 16 items aligned in this way all the 64 pixels in width, which should be 1024 total width of my image file. It's how can I know if there are overlaps or gaps in my line of image objects. In Inkscape, I can do that very quickly and have yet to make it appear incorrectly. In illustrator, I do semi manually, and after the export of PNG, there are often problems with the exported image. It does not matter correctly. The software that imports them allows me to tell him how many objects listed in the file and then will cut in a grid accordingly. For my example above, if I have 16 items each to 64 pixels wide, it is 1024. Then when I import the PNG file, I say the gaming software I have 1 row of 16 objects. It will then automatically do the math and cut wide 16 objects 64px upwards. It works very well with files that I export from Inkscape using the remove overlaps option, but rarely work properly when they come from illustrator. My hypothesis is that it is just my lack of features on the way to the aligned and distributed evenly with no gaps or overlaps between them.

Also, if anyone has any advice on the workflow between illustrator and inkscape I'd like to hear it. Things like stroke (softness and thickness) seem to get lost in translation between other small details. I'd like to drop inkscape all together, but until I can generate predictibly leaves sprite with it exporting with objects aligned properly without spaces or overlap I must keep Inkscape in my workflow...

Thanks for any advice on this and I apologize in advance if there is a position that already covers this. Most of those I found the deal with the removal of overlap on the features by merging or by using other pathfinder operations, which do not seem to fit what I am looking for.

OK I found how to get this option to display. What is the best way to get the above behavior? Align to the artboard, key or selection object? The only one who seems to allow me to specify the spacing is key. However, what object is key? The first selected item or the last?

Now that I have it I work, I also see another oddity... When I use the distribution based on the key object and specify a spacing of 0, I get what I want. If I select all the 16 items (each is wide 64px) it displays in the properties panel that the selection is indeed 1024px wide. However, when I export png, it ends up being wide 1026px who throws when I need to cut the image into 16 pieces of 64px each. Any ideas on why it adds 2 extra pixels to my image to export? If I can solve this problem I can very well stop using inkscape.

  • Alignment and distribution of objects in InDesign

    Hello

I use InDesign CS4. But I can't get a align objects. I know that in illustrator, it is possible to align objects to a principal object. For example, let's say I have several square shapes on my page. I can get one of the squares as the main object of others aligned or distributed to the.

I wanted to do the same in InDesign, but was never able to do. I wonder if it is still possible to do so. InDesign does not have this option. But it is a very useful tool.

Can you help me with the thing?

I think that distribute might work if the locked object is at one end (but then you would not need to lock, would you?), but not if you use spacing. I have a memory of filing a bug on this and it was postponed, so you can essentially be out of luck.

My suggestion for a workaround would be to position a few guides for you can reposition, unlock the object, to make your distribution, group, and move the group.

  • Align the largest object of two objects

    Hello

Let me explain with an example. Suppose I have two horizontal lines spaced 1 in. I have a square box with sides 2 inches wide. I would like to focus the housing vertically between the two horizontal lines. Is there a quick way to do this without grouping?

A way of centering the box is horizontal lines of group two in an object, and then align the box in the middle of the group object. But I would like to know if I can do it in fewer steps without grouping. If the box was smaller that 1 in., about I could place the box between the two lines, select all three objects (box + two lines), and distribute the portrait. Alas, the box is larger than the space between the two horizontal lines, so it does not work.

    This is for CS4.

    Thank you.

    sPretzel,

I am afraid that grouping is the easiest and simplest. There are of course other ways (worst).

  • Bug? Illustrator CC 2014 and parameters of the pixel grid does not.

    Hello

I noticed that in Illustrator 14 CC when I make a new web document with 'align new objects of pixel grid"selected, as I work in the document any of the new forms that I would actually align to the grid without enter me the transformation Panel and selecting the option for each new form manually.

Is it a new parameter in 14 I'm missing? Obviously it is not a totally disabling behavior there is a work around, but it of still pretty annoying and slows down my work flow. Any help or insight is appreciated.

Right, new tool Rectangle Live objects are free to align it on the pixel grid until you release them expanding their.

  • Auto align layers of the image

You are looking for an alternative to Photoshop CS3 (because it is no longer available for me) and hoping to emigrate to photoshop elements.

Running a test print but find a feature I use a lot that seems to be missing... or at least severely restricted as far as I can understand.

I want to be able to auto align different (although visually similar) images in several layers in a single document so that each layer can be hidden/edited individually.

Pretty basic editing things, but (guided) photomerge options all seem to want to complete the merge for you.

I don't - I want just the layers oriented so that I can edit each layer manually myself.

Is there a way to do this?

I don't know exactly how the different your project comes from a fusion of standard panorama.

When Photomerge process ends with elements, you can switch to "expert".

I would ignore the merged layer obtained by hide it or delete it.

Now you have the usual layers aligned by default, which might not be exactly what you want.

You can play with the alignment of layers or masks to customize your results.

Once you want to save the result, you can select the top layer and do the usual shortcut Ctrl Alt Shift E allows you to merge the result in a single layer.

  • Align vertically an object in the browser window.

    Hello

I searched the previous posts on this subject, and I have not found an answer.

I need to align vertically an object in my browser window. Here is an example: http://www.adgcomunicacao.com.br/valign/

How is that possible? The PIN options only let me PIN to low or high, but not the vertical center!

    Where is the button?

Well, I'll be more specific: There is no Center vertically to window option in Muse.

The only element that centers vertically, is the Lightbox slideshow/Composition widget.

  • Tracks audio 'Auto align '?

    Hi people,

    I have two files:

    (1) a video recording from a Panasonic G7, divided into a dozen files (separate musical pieces of a concert), separate and

    (2) a separate audio file, which took place without interruption, of a Zoom H1.

While the audio from the G7 is OK, the audio from the Zoom H1, which was just to the top near the performers, is much better.  I see that Premiere Pro can place audio syn automatically follows two different ways ('synchronize', 'merge'): tutorial Adobe Premiere Pro CC | Audio Auto-Align - YouTube

Is possible to do the same thing with Premiere Elements?  If not, is it possible to do this simply / cheap (I have a dozen alignments do)?  I also use Audacity for audio, but no luck there.  I also saw a $200 program, called 'Plural Eyes', here: red giant. Features

I'm just a parent struggling to put together a decent video of a musical, so I only need the tool for some projects and not-for-profit, so it would be nice to find something much less expensive than the eyes of the plural, or Premiere Pro.

I would let the camera and the Zoom H1 just run all the time, which means I'd have while alignment to do, but countries G7 warms, does not have enough battery power, the more the 29'59 "registration deadline, just so let it run all the time was not an option.

    Thank you...

  • Disable the Auto align in Photomerge

    Nice day.

So far I got the right answer.

Because now I'm wondering, can "Auto align selected layers based on content" disabled in photomerge?

    Why would I want that?

= > First of all, most of the time the auto align the result isn't good

= > it takes time to wait for that window, sometimes crashes

= > When all the images are blurred together, it's like making the puzzle.

In fact I'm used to Photoshop CS2 when I disable auto align box...

And I manually create the "mosaic" (and not just a flat panorama) images taken of the microscope.

    Thanks in advance.
