Auto align layers of the image

You are looking for an alternative to Photoshop CS3 (because it is no longer available for me) and hoping to emigrate to photoshop elements.

Running a test print but find a feature I use a lot that seems to be missing... or at least severely restricted as far as I can understand.

I want to be able to auto align different (although visually similar) images in several layers in a single document so that each layer can be hidden/edited individually.

Pretty basic editing things, but (guided) photomerge options all seem to want to complete the merge for you.

I don't - I want just the layers oriented so that I can edit each layer manually myself.

Is there a way to do this?

I don't know exactly how the different your project comes from a fusion of standard panorama.

When Photomerge process ends with elements, you can switch to "expert".

I would ignore the merged layer obtained by hide it or delete it.

Now you have the usual layers aligned by default, which might not be exactly what you want.

You can play with the alignment of layers or masks to customize your results.

Once you want to save the result, you can select the top layer and do the usual shortcut Ctrl Alt Shift E allows you to merge the result in a single layer.

    No, you really can't focus stacking in PSE without a third party plugin of some sort. This thread is about 8 PES, but it applies to PES 9 as well:

  • Align layers to the selection within the artboard does not not in 20151114.r.301 x 64

    A very annoying bug has been introduced since the last update:

    If you perform the following steps in a work plan

    (1) make a selection

    (2) select a layer in the layers panel

    (3) layer > align layers to selection > (al six options)

    The layer is not aligned to the selection, but to the artboard instead! Is anyone have a work around?

    By aligning the selection is essential for the harmonization of layers in a drawing or model. I hope that Adobe will solve this ASAP!

    Screen Shot 2015-12-02 at 16.03.07.png

    This is a bug.

    It's a side effect of change where we allowed layers be aligned with work plans parent; We does not check for an existing selection mask before allowing the artboard to be a widening of the entire alignment.

    Fix is in preparation. Can't comment on the ETA for you, unfortunately. Just know that it is in the pipeline.

    My apologies for the inconvenience.

  • flatten layers in photoshop by causing a change in the image

    I'm having a problem with PS CC (most common) when I flatten (or create a stamp from lower layers). When I flatten a layer of 5 or more adjustments of the layers of the image changes and is not exactly the same as the last cumulative layer.

    No idea what is the cause and how to avoid it?

    If you zoom (100% or more), always seems to move?

    I noticed something similar when I have visible stamp on a great layered document, usually when you do a final pass or something.  If I click on the new layer on and off it seems to barely less than a pixel.  However, it seems that it is actually an optical illusion; If I see it at 100%, it happens.  I tried to understand what it was and finally let down since I came to the conclusion that this does not really affect my final image.

  • Try to line up and the image of the product turn to all air essentially uniform - what is the best way to do this in a jackpot?

    Hi all

    I recently did a photo shoot with about 150 different, but very similar products on a white background totally blown away. Each is turned a little differently and positioned slightly differently than others. I want all upward line them in the same place on the chassis so that when you view a catalog online page they appear uniform.

    What I come up with so far is to bring them into a photoshop file stacked in the layer, then slide guides where each corner should be (they are roughly square, but turned to a sort of diamond) and adjust each layer and turn to adjust. Subsequently I toggle visibility on each layer and save it in JPG format.

    Any thoughts on a better process? I have the creative suite together to work with.

    Thank you!

    Without some of the images to test, the following is offered as a possible solution that spin, align and Center the image. It's the strategy:

    Write an Action that will be:

    1. open the file and garbage of the lock.

    2 Cmd + click click the new layer in the layers panel to place a layer underneath the product.

    3. return to the upper layer and double-click it in the layers panel to bring up the layer Style.

    4. in the section mixture if at the bottom of layer Style, move left until that disappears white blown in the illustration the high gray-scale slider to the right page. (It will be the same for all).

    5 layer > merge down (image precision silhouette is now a single layer and has a transparent border)

    6 file > Automate > Crop and straighten photos (since the skin is transparent, it will turn the picture. Selection not required).

    7. save the file

    Then:

    Load files into a pile

    Choose all layers

    Select the Options toolbar move and align on the center vertical and horizontal (or low) of each image

    Save layers as files

  • Align layers by name

    I have a photo that is accumulation of 1482 photo separate tiles.

    I have the tiles named 0 [top left] in 1482 [at the bottom right].

    Each line has 57 photos, each column has 25 photos.

    Now, what is the best way to align all these photos in a single large photo?

    I tried to align a line at the time, but it does not work: automatic alignment photoshop is not smart enough for that, probably, because the photos do not overlap, they connect perfectly.

    Please let me know as soon as possible.

    Perhaps this will serve your needs if all you need to do is put all the photos in a single document. Use the bridge and work space of production which are and create a pdf file. You can specify the number of rows and columns and auto alignment or specify the spacing between the rows and columns. This feature works well, even if I never tried using a number of too large photos that you have - if I remember correctly, the more I used was of 100 photos.

  • Disable the Auto align in Photomerge

    Nice day.

    So far I got the right answer.

    Because now I'm wondering, can "Auto align selected layers based on content" disabled in photomerge?

    Why would I want that?

    = > First of all, most of the time the auto align the result isn't good

    = > it takes time to wait for that window, sometimes crashes

    = > When all the images are blurred together, it's like making the puzzle.

    In fact I'm used to Photoshop CS2 when I disable auto align box...

    And I manually create the "mosaic" (and not just a flat panorama) images taken of the microscope.

    Thanks in advance.

    I guess the real problem here is the drive working, not RAM. They both found messages 'insufficient memory '.

    Historically, Photoshop has always been remarkably well with large files and little RAM. Excess data which cannot be held in RAM are written to the drive to work, and even if it slows down things considerably, it really requires a lot to run Photoshop to a complete stop.

    Of course, you must move to a 64-bit version of Windows. As it is, Photoshop can use less than 2 of your installed 8 GB of RAM. It's not much, but do not attempt to allocate more than 70% in the PS preferences. Process of the operating system and other applications need RAM too. Allowance too will choke the rest of your system and send it to pimples without end-of-file exchange.

    I don't know if it cultures, but it does not change the pixel dimensions (size) according to how to get your images out of alignment are if you use auto alignment.

    Why do you do this?  And how you want it to go?  Suppose the browser window is very wide?  Do you want it remains aligned on the right margin of the display window?  I wouldn't do it.  Here's the thing, though: the #frame div in which shows that the image is set here.

    {#frame}
    clear: both! important;
    text-align: center! important;
    overflow: hidden! important;
    Padding: 0.00! important;
    margin: 10px 0 auto! important;
    Width: 734px! important;
    }

    so if you want it to be right aligned, change that to this topic.

    {#frame}
    clear: both! important;
    text-align: center! important;
    overflow: hidden! important;
    Padding: 0.00! important;
    margin: 0 0 10px auto! important;
    Width: 734px! important;

  • Size and align the Image with Perspective Warp

    How do you get an image to the size and align it with the perspective distortion, unless I approach this wrong?

    You don't say how you approaching.  If something has a look of perspective.  He has a perspective not shape, size and resolution.   First of all, you need to resize the image to the size of the shape's aspect ratio. the boundaries of the shape. Hide the image resize to this form. Perspective transform the layer just perspective-looking mask.  And also to position the layer.

    To tell the truth do not know how to automate all this.  Automate everything resizes images for the limits of the perspective transform the final location of the image.  I align the image resize without perspective the limits of location and hide the image to the shape in the image of the perspective transformation.  I finished the automation here.  I leave the user with the responsibility to transform the layer to add the look of the perspective and rotation. I have no idea how to do to automate rotation and the appearance of perspective or create to a template that can be filled with automation of Photoshop.
