  Yes, it's normal, and you cannot increase this call log view... at this place.

  For more historical log, look at Messages > view folder > phone call logs

  I have a missed call sign, and it has not disappeared after about 4 days. I tried out my battery and removing all my call log... help! It is so annoying to see this symbol here!

  You take the battery without turning it off? It must be turned on when you do the battery pull.

  Otherwise, you will need to clean your appliance.

  This isn't really a problem if you are connected to a Blackberry Enterprise Server, because all will be synchronized back to the top wireless. But if it's your own personal phone, the back only to keep anything on this subject, is to do a backup/restore.

  You just bought a Blackberry 8330 with Verizon service, and in the call log, it shows the wrong telephone number in the section "my number."  How can I change it to the correct number for my device?  I already tried the update of the program through Verizon * 228 update with no luck.  Help would be appreciated.

  Thanks for the comments, it has helped point me in the right direction.  I use Verizon's network, so my phone doesn't have a sim card. but, I realized that my phone was not updated correctly after reading your message.  Verizon called and they helped me to go to the program page and manually correct the problem.  Appreciate the info.

  Hello! I'll jump in here (and Xandrex will correct me if I'm wrong )

  To log calls in Messages, go to the phone application (press the Green key). Above (under "My Number") will be three icons... click on the middle. Then press the BB button (the button just to the right of the green phone button), then select 'Options '. Click on "Call Logging". Click on the option button "all calls". Exit and save.

  Now, to save messages in the Messages, go to messages (a list of messages showing). Press the BB button and select 'Options '. Click on 'General Options' and then scroll down... change this setting (keep Messages) to "Forever". Exit and save.

  I just changed a Pearl in a turn and I miis the icon on the home screen of the call log found on the Pearl.  does anyone know if the call log icon can be installed on the Tower?

  Could be in any folder, configuration, applications, etc.

  Or just press the GREEN line to access your call log and save icons for those that are necessary.

  You are facing constraints of memory in your device. Perform the following steps-

  1. Give a soft reset by removing the battery for 30 sec.
  2. Check the amount of memory is free in your device to Options -> status -> free memory. To view all aspects of database go to Option -> status -> click on the Menu button and then select the database size
  3. Remove the less frequently used application. To remove go to Options -> Advanced Options -> Applications -> highlight the application you want to delete-> click Menu , and then select Remove
  4. If you stored your image in the memory of the device to move them to your media card

  Like every week, my delete messages and my call log too...

  and then if you send a text message, or make a call, it will stay there for a little while, but then delete again.

  It retains this doing until I pull on the battery, and then everything stays as it should remain prohibited.

  Is that what I can do about it? It seems always clear when I have important things in y =]

  Looks like you are running low on free memory.  Click on Options (icon)-> status and after return to the free file.

  I can't change the settings of call logs. I would like to put on "Hide call logs", but for some reason any, that is not the case (it worked before). It is based on some other setting that may have changed, or?

  Try this-

  When your device is turned on, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery. This do a reboot your device that addresses minor issues with the BlackBerry.

  in the column on the right ago early in the first line (time/min), on the other lines I would expect date (day/month)... but only the first issue fits... it seems to be Connect minutes! :

  

  as you can see, I called the number 30 minutes ago, there a good hour Journal (01:30) and journal to correct day (27.6 is today) but shows a few minutes instead of months!

  I have the same problem. If you select the English language (Option > Language), you can see the log the correct day. I think that, Czech translation contains some bugs. :-(

  Hello.Since I had my phone (6 months now) any previous call / direct connection would show when I hit the green button 'send '. He was always the most recent at the top, what he always does, but it no longer displays the date and time of these previous calls. It shows the phone number or contact number.

  After that you go in this screen, press menu, then go to Options. Then, go to the General Options. What is your 'Phone List View' set to call log?
