  1. On the BlackBerry, open your messages.
  2. With the list of messages, open, hold down the Alt key and press P to display all phone call logs.
  3. Turn the wheel and stop the date before which you delete call records.

  I can't change the settings of call logs. I would like to put on "Hide call logs", but for some reason any, that is not the case (it worked before). It is based on some other setting that may have changed, or?

  Try this-

  When your device is turned on, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery. This do a reboot your device that addresses minor issues with the BlackBerry.

  I woke up this morning and realized all my emails and calls were missing. After getting over my fustration, I learned that it is because I ran out of memory, so the phone automatically deletes logs.

  So I have two questions:

  1: who is the cause of my missing emails and logs?

  2: buy a micro sd card would help? Would the logs stored on the sd card or sd card help just for storage media?

  You are facing constraints of memory in your device. Perform the following steps-

  1. Give a soft reset by removing the battery for 30 sec.
  2. Check the amount of memory is free in your device to Options -> status -> free memory. To view all aspects of database go to Option -> status -> click on the Menu button and then select the database size
  3. Remove the less frequently used application. To remove go to Options -> Advanced Options -> Applications -> highlight the application you want to delete-> click Menu , and then select Remove
  4. If you stored your image in the memory of the device to move them to your media card

  Is it possible that when this happened, the phone was in a State of forgetfulness and corrected since then with the battery pull?

  Messages and lost data problems are surrounded by the low-memory problem, for further investigation and monitoring of memory must be done in order to understand why this happened. If FB is the only 3rd party application, that you have installed, then something else is depleting the memory. I don't have any solid answers and perhaps another user of the forum can sound to shed light on this.

  There is another option and that's to update the OS on your Blackberry. That would solve questions surrounding the corruption of the BB OS if you recharge the appliance.

  Missed calls can be removed from your list of messages, if you want to. From the home screen, press the green call button, press the menu/blackberry button and click 'options '. Go to "Call logging" and set it to 'none '. That will remove the missed calls from the message list, but not your call logs.

  N ° of BB devices lack a complete email client on them. Instead, they depend on the BIS service to provide messaging functionality.   Blackberry question, why don't have an application like Viber or Skype where users who have blackberry as 9900 or the 9860 in which the two phones have front camera could Skype call or an application like viber in the blackberry users can call on voip... it is a reall fall in expected an app for blackberry for almost a year rang also edge to do something about IT... most users go for iphone so because of these two applications that maintains the connected in time video reall... enjoy some answer on this...

  It is perhaps a question better directed to Skype and not HERE in the forums.  Skype has an application for BlackBerry, but it is only available to U.S. subscribers using Verizon.  (This information can be updated to date, it's updated information I have.)  Given that these forums are composed (not the right choice of words) of volunteers who love BlackBerry phones and not by RIM developers, your chances of getting the answer you are looking for may be thin.

  View call logs in the list of Messages, the value none.
