• Crop Photo Alters Pixel color value data - is there a work around?

  Hi all

  So basically, I'm batch cropping of the thousands of images at once. Here are the multispectral images - so that they have 5 channels. I crop in chimneys-5 layers by highlighting the layers and cropping the same dimensions for thousands of these (automated as a batch) multi-layer images.

  The problem I have is that when I crop a picture, it alters the colors very slightly compared to the battery under cover; Each layer in the stack is modified slightly in color. I need to keep the same values of color for pixels after cropping.

  Does anyone know a way I can crop an image while maintaining the same values of color/DN for the pixels, as the original game? I use Photoshop CS6.

  How are these images saved - file format? PS open them in the same color space as the original files and saving them in the same color space?

• Processing multiple files makes more pixelated?

  I have pictures for my online store which can be really big zoom without distortion.  So I leave the dpi to 300, and run several tests on my mac all with the exact same start/size of the picture everything.

  1. I'm resizing in PSE 14 without using several files processing.

  2. I'm resizing in PSE 14 using several files processing.

  3. I resize preview and don't use all PSE.

  In these contexts - each time, the size of the file is greater with PSE with preview (547KO vs 114ko) - which is a big problem when I have lots of images per page.  The quality of these tests are all to minimal difference range - it is negligible.  However, the quirks start when I add a watermark to the image by using the function 'treat multiple files' - this is where it goes south on me!  Using the preview resized OR resized ESP - anyone, as soon as they get a watermark (and we are talking about only a line of tiny text at the bottom right), the quality gets worse.

  After tattooing, the size of the file on the PES to PES "multiple files" resize watermark (test 1) version will 547KO to 79 KB - and the photo quality is a noticeable difference as well.  Using the preview resized, then PSE "multiple files" (test 2) for watermark, it passes from 114 kb to 83 KB.  Not much difference in size - but I would not have expected a big difference in both cases honestly since I'm not actually resizing - but only watermarking.  But the quality of 'Trial 2' is still significantly different from the version "nothing other than the Preview" without watermark (hands down better on the version without watermark).

  I'm completely stumped on how to make good quality, very "zoomable", a watermark images that remain small in size, while maintaining quality.  Any help is greatly appreciated!

• PS cc 2015 Delete cropped option missing pixels in the crop tool

  After the last update, I noticed that delete it cropped pixels option is missing in the crop tool. I want to disable the removal of cropped pixels but cannot find the option. I tried to reset the tool and reset all tools with no joy.

  Anyone knows how to bring this option back then I can disable it?

• Value of the element after replacing the automated process of line does not?

  I have a standard process of line automated filling in the fields on my current form after the header. Certain values that I need to replace by calculations from the data in other tables. If right after the line, I inserted another process for this. The results are actually stored in the database, but does not reach the customer. Why? Somehow it seems, once the line is completed, the html elements are not affected more during the processing of the page.

  So I resolved to set certain values with a call ajax after the page is loaded, but which actually is not the best way to do this.

  In coordination with the question: what is the difference between the headings of before and after? I looked in the documentation, but wrong in details. Myself I havn't found no difference between the two.

  I hope you can help me get clarity on who and how to implement the calculation as well as the shape of line.

  If your item has as the Type of Source database column, and I think you do since your using an automatic process of line Fetch, in the properties of the element, you'll find a region called 'Source '. If the Source value or expression is not null and the Source is set to "Always replace the value that exists in the session state", then the value of the source will be taken from what you put as the source and ignore session state values defined by other processes. Assign to this "only when there is zero current value in session state" to use the session as a source value.

  I did disk cleaning and started to repair corrupted files.  I went on a new user account and the problem still exists in the new account. While working through process of corrupted file, it says, select all the files except three oldusername form to move.  When I select everything I do not know how to deselect these three and not sure what I should do.   Since you have already tried the system restore and sfc scan, allows to perform an inplace on the computer upgrade
  InPlace upgrade will replace the corrupt files

  STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR THE INPLACE UPGRADE
   
  1 back up all you data, especially C:\My Documents on a media (thumb drive/CD/DVD)
  2 uninstall the security software.
  3 Please unplug all the USB devices on the computer.
  4 disable drivers 'Device Manager' (sometimes drivers come into conflict during the inplace upgrade)
  (a) click on 'start '.
  (b) in the research area, type "Device manager" and press enter and you will see open Device Manager
  (c) click on sing it '+' next to the graphics card that it will expand
  (d) right-click on the driver and choose the option "disable."
  (e) in the same way, you will need to disable the network and sound card video controller and game
  5 turn on your computer in a clean boot

  2. type msconfig in the search box and press on enter

  Yes, they look blurry when zoomed because canvas mode uses a target fixed-resolution. If your course is, say, 300 x 200, you get 300 x 200 pixels, regardless of how much you're zoomed in or out. This may be attenuated (but not completely resolved) in creative at 2 X or more than the resolution of your screen, then reducing the canvas in the browser.

  If you do a keyword search on these forums for "blurry" or "pixelated" you will find several discussions discuss.

• Schedule an automated process to reduce the size of PDF files

  I am trying to find a way to automate a process which would take place every night at a certain time. PDF files is saved by my colleagues in a certain folder for printing purposes. My job is to take these files and reduce their consumption of the web size. Currently, I have to do it manually, which is a bit of a problem because these files come very late in the night.

  The optimal goal would put in place a process that allow to monitor a folder and automatically save any PDF placed in said file in a file size reduced. Using the Action Wizard in Acrobat XI, I can't find a way to set up to run automatically.

  If anyone has any information on how to accomplish this task, I would be extremely grateful.

• Automation of Lightroom to create some Revel Albums

  Is it possible to automate the publication of records of Lightroom as Revel albums?  I would like to create albums of my folders in Lightroom without having to select the pictures in each folder, create new album Revel and re-enter the Lightroom folder title under the title of the album of Revel.  I want to just Revel albums with the same names as my Lightroom folders.

• Pixel & crop tool

  I was using the tool of cropping for some time now. I had no problem and she did my job.

  Now, I'm trying to configure a report for the crop tool. It confuses the hack out of me... Someone help me out please (I don't know if it's really considered a question of photoshop...).

  Let's say that I started with a photo of 300 px * 300 px resolution 300 dpi (or 1 in by in 1). Then I use the crop tool (w / setting width 300 px, height 300 px and the resolution of 300 dpi) to crop a little piece. How is that possible? Expanding pixel? I thought that the initial 300 * 300 would have 90000 px. By cropping, I would cut some to. How can I still end up with the same pixel size? Of course, it works; But why?

  In addition, there is a better way to deal with fix ratio cropping, but not size-wise (pixel or physical)?

  For the benefit of the walkers and others confused by all this, I thought I could elaborate just a little bit on the concise answers to Christmas.

  If you enter a dimensionless number in the width and height of the options bar boxes, Ps automatically apply pixel dimension. To avoid this, you must type in one dimension other than pixels, i.e. inches. Otherwise, Ps will be re - sample.

  You can also configure presets for various reports aspect as below and do with it.

  The last days I had some problems with the display screen. I had a few mistakes of color-mistakes and pixels. Colors erupt anywhere on the screen, icons disappear and if I move quickly around the screen (with her pinter) ex a document in Word (Office), I have interference with some pixels/points in the text and also a strange thing as some want to erase the text with an eraser.

  May I ask if you have installed another display driver for your laptop? You should only use the display directly from Toshiba drivers because they are pre-tested on the laptop.

  In addition, it would be interesting to know what happens if you connect an external monitor. You may notice the same problem there?
  Maybe reinstalling Windows can also solve this problem

• crop to selection in action while maintaining the cropped pixels

  Is it possible to use the image > crop without deleting pixels outside that culture?

  I have a lot of images with a shadow I want to crop by using their path (selection)

  I do a deed which

  -selects the path (all named ' 1') of an image

  -image > crop the image to this selection

  In this way, the ratio is not contained in the action, BUT the pixels outside of the selection are removed. How do you define culture pixels cropped remember?

  Note: double click on the crop tool will give me the opportunity to uncheck 'delete pixels' but will contain the report of the harvest, making my action null.

  What structure in a layer?

  If there is only one layer to change it to a smart object, then using Image > Crop (with selection) might be an alternative.
